Stolen money and zero customer service We have been ordering from Sushi to Go Leeuwarden for a while now. Although there were occasional delays in the past, the food always arrived—until today. Yesterday, we placed a pre-order for a specific delivery time today, paid online, and received an email confirmation stating that the money had been debited from our account. After today's delivery time had passed, we repeatedly called the phone number listed on their website and in the confirmation email. No one answered, and there is no other contact method available. My husband cycled to their shop only to find out that they are closed until tomorrow. They withheld €33 from our money and simply did not deliver the order. Today, my husband and I ordered sushi. The delivery took a very long time, and instead of the roll listed on the menu, we received a completely different one. In addition, there were bugs in the food. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS ISSUE!

They wanted to give me food with gnats, and when I came back, they offered nothing but a replacement. I said refund my money, they agreed within two business days, and they haven't even changed. The restaurant is crap, so just put it back the same. Let them be responsible for their mistakes. They don't care about their customers. I called them twice, and when I told them about the gnats, they brushed it off and never took it back.

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd last night, estimated delivery time between 30 and 50 minutes, but it ended up taking 1 hour and 20 minutes. The delivery driver was great, the sushi was great, but 1 hour and 20 minutes for a 38-piece box. Box A was definitely too long.

The quality is really very disappointing! Don't order here, just look elsewhere!

Never order from there, we ordered our food at 18:05. The app said it would arrive at 19:50 (which was pretty long already). Well, it did not, we have called the restaurant and asked about that, they replied “we are very sorry, we did not mean to make it so late, we will send it with the next delivery driver, in approx. 30 min. more”. At 20:39 we have called there again and were met with the exact same sentence and the same time approximation. However, 4 hours later, at 21:43 (43 minutes after closing time) we still did not receive the order. Therefore, we have called again and the same sentence was said, additionally saying “we will make your order the last one because it is the biggest”. At that point waiting is not an option anymore, so we ended up cancelling the order. Now we are waiting for the refund.

Ordered various pieces of sushi for €50 - 2 items delivered incorrectly - dirty shrimp croquettes fried in old fat, the snack bar does an even better job - wet tough seaweed - thinnest sashimi I have ever eaten, also cut incorrectly which resulted in a tough bite - old fish with the well-known fishy taste Price-quality is hard to find, I immediately ran to the toilet when I took a bite of the crispy salmon I wouldn't feed this to my dog

Ordered from sushi to go for the first time today. Normally I order from Sushi house, but unfortunately it was closed. I ordered at 7:25 PM and it would be there at 8:25 PM. At one point it was 9:00 PM and we called to find out where the food was (they were delayed due to the crowds). Then the delivery person arrived at 9:11 PM and we thought he didn't feel like working at all. The price/quality ratio is quite disappointing for this company. Huge chunks of rice and a wafer-thin piece of fish on top. For €7.50 you get 6 small/thin pieces of sashimi. I would not order from here again unless the company changes the price and quality. Otherwise I will stick with my old trusted address.

Waarschuwing! Wij bestellen maandelijks sushi. Afgelopen maandag voor het eerst bij Sushi to Go. Ook de laatste keer! Het begon al met de bezorger die niet het fatsoen had om je te groeten of je smakelijk eten te wensen. Dan het eten. Niet mooi ogende Sushi met Plakkerige dikke rijst, hele kleine portie Wakame voor de prijs, tegenvallende kleine stukjes sashimi tonijn en zalm die er ook niet mooi uitzagen qua kleur, dan gefrituurde Ebi met enorme dikke laag paneermeel dat je de rennies wel klaar mag leggen. De ene naar de andere tegenvaller. Andere Sushi bezorgketens zoals Sushi House zijn vele malen beter. Ik zou Sushi To Go dan ook NIET aanbevelen.

We ordered sushi via the website and decided to pick it up as we live very close. Order was ready to be picked up 15 min after we placed the order. The sushi tastes very fresh and delicious. This is our second time ordering from here and we will definitely be back :)

Paar dagen geleden sushi en een pokebowl besteld, was er binnen een half uur en smaakte heerlijk! Had een handroll met krab besteld, maar kreeg 1 met zalm. Even gebeld en binnen een halfuur was het opgelost en mocht ik ze beide houden! Top service

Net een bak sushi gekocht. Vele malen lekkerder dan tao en sinjah. Ga zo door! Wij komen hier zeker weer halen.
