Stolen money and zero customer service We have been ordering from Sushi to Go Leeuwarden for a while now. Although there were occasional delays in the past, the food always arrived—until today. Yesterday, we placed a pre-order for a specific delivery time today, paid online, and received an email confirmation stating that the money had been debited from our account. After today's delivery time had passed, we repeatedly called the phone number listed on their website and in the confirmation email. No one answered, and there is no other contact method available. My husband cycled to their shop only to find out that they are closed until tomorrow. They withheld €33 from our money and simply did not deliver the order.
