SushiPoint in Wijk 01 Nijmegen-Centrum

Ordered sushi. It took an hour and a half to arrive. The spring rolls and gyoza were already cold. The sushi didn't taste very good either. Not worth ordering again, unfortunately...

Pretty straight forward order and collect.

I waited two and a half hours for my order, without receiving a message saying it was busy or anything. I even had to call twice. It took way too long! Luckily, the food was good, and the hot dishes were still warm. It was a blessing in disguise. But waiting more than two hours is ridiculous.

Great, little to complain about, I will order here again.

My first experience was pretty pleasant. I ordered a 23 euro set for one person to try everything out for now.. And gosh i wish i ordered a bigger one. Everything was so good i was stunned. I definitely recommend this place.

I hadn't ordered from Sushipoint in a long time. I placed my order at 5:00 PM. It was supposed to take 55 minutes. At 6:13 PM, I decided to call. It turns out they'd forgotten to give our order to the delivery driver. Instead of calling us with the news, no one called. We were promised our food would arrive in 5 minutes. We received a €7.50 discount voucher for next time. (A nice way to make more money off us.) From Sushipoint, it's a 15-minute drive. So you'd think it should arrive around 6:40 PM. No, it was 6:55 PM, meaning the journey took over 30 minutes. Our sushi also had a fried outer layer. It was now cold and soggy from sitting in a sealed box for so long. The end result: sushi that takes far too long and a compensation that's useless.

Placed an order with home delivery. After two hours, still nothing. No one answered the phone. What terrible service!! I would never order from here.

Ordered from this place. Once and never again. Thuisbezorgd states that the usual delivery time is 30-40 minutes. Once ordered, it turns out to take 90 minutes, which can of course happen, but in this case it was inconvenient, since I still had to go somewhere. My brother called, with the message that we would like to cancel the order, because it would arrive too late for us. On the phone we were then ASSURED that the order would leave the door within 10 minutes. Great! 40 minutes later still nothing heard, so I called my brother again. "No, we are still waiting for 1 product, after that it will be shipped out immediately" at that point we were already grumpy, because if you promise something, you have to be able to keep it. But anyway, we wait again. When push comes to shove, the food still arrives after 95 minutes. The food that arrived was also not tasty, it did not taste fresh at all. In addition, it was spread all over the box... Sushipoint, don't make promises you can't keep. NEVER order here…

an unpleasant situation happened, I really like the food in this place, but today I was not warned that I would have to wait so long for the order, 30 minutes passed and I was already late for work (I ordered 3 handrols, one with salmon, 2 with tempuri) the cashier politely apologized several times for being late, put beans as an apology, but when I came to work I opened the box and saw that instead of 2 tempuri they put 2 with crab. I would like if you have some kind of delay in the kitchen for you to warn me that I might have to wait a long time and of course be attentive because I was late for work thinking well, at least I'll eat tempuri and in the end I was late for work and the food I received was not the one I expected

I am very disappointed. I was a regular and constant customer. I came in today, the door was open, I said hello, and they greeted me with such faces "what are you here for?!" and also said "actually, we are closed!" No "hello", no "goodbye", not a drop of politeness - rudeness. If you are closed, then why is the door open, why is there no sign "closed", in the end, why not just say "sorry, we cannot help you now, we are not working now"? It was not 5 am, it was not the middle of the night, it was after lunch time. If your working hours have changed or I came at the wrong time, then you could easily have hung a sign/sticker or calmly and politely explained, and not be rude and not even deign to approach me! In addition, the last time they put the overdue salmon on my nigiri. I did not think to write about this, it happens to everyone, but in light of today's events... I do not recommend

We ordered delivery service including sushi , rice, hot Japanese chicken but the food arrived 2 hours after we ordered it. No call to say we are running late. We live 8 minutes away but I was injured so ordered to be delivered. The prices are high for such small portions. So, I would stay away from this place. There are so many more sushi places in Nijmegen that are so much better. And cheaper but good food. This was first and last time ordering from here

We ordered at 19.48 and our order was in limbo 4 almost 2 hours. It finally arrived at 21.40 and he was on a scooter, food was almost cold. Thuisbezorgd is not at fault because Sushipoint has their own delivery personnel. Two hours for sushi, some rice and a bit of chicken but it was not even japanese karage...it was korean, hot and spicy but cold. Disappointed to say the least. First and last time we order from this place.

Well. I gave this place 5 stars once, but this time, it's 2 stars max. Comparing it to the picture and taking into account the lack of accurate description, I consider it a scam. +the amount of salmon in California roll is ridiculous, literally pea size.

yesterday we ordered sushi with delivery! we called the operator and asked how long to wait, the girl said 40 minutes already with the courier! exactly 40 minutes later they brought us sushi! the first impression is very pleasant, the box and the package are very beautiful, but the sushi itself is just a masterpiece! the sushi is fresh and very tasty! we had a big box, but we wanted more and more. we were very pleased! definitely the highest award! if you don't know where to order sushi? definitely here!

Ordered food at half past six, 10 to 8 still no food. Tracker has been indicating that the delivery person is on his way for more than 40 minutes. Are you going for a walk or something? Resolved well by telephone. Good food but delivery was quite disastrous. Complaint neatly resolved!

The lady on the phone said it was very busy and that she couldn't help me. I had my order canceled via home delivery. Poorly organised, will never order from here again.

SushiPoint Nijmegen has perfect service every time. If the food threatens to be late due to traffic jams in Nijmegen, we receive a timely and friendly call with the message that it will be a little late and that we will receive a gift voucher. The delivery people are also always friendly. The food is always good.

I had placed an order. Which should come around 7:15 and 7:30 PM. This was not the case I received the order. Arrived at 7:47 PM. I also ordered hot food, but once it arrived the food was cold and unedible. This is very unfortunate.

The service really sucks. It took 2 hours for the food to arrive. When I called to check the status, they said the delivery person would arrive in 20 minutes. They said it was because of the traffic on the road. It is a maximum of 15 minutes cycling from them to me. So they just forgot. As a compensation, we received a coupon of 7.50 euros discount, but they are already handing out that coupon on the socials. What a lame excuse!

The poke bowls were really good and ready quickly. The atmosphere is also very cozy.

If you fancy delicious sushi that is also affordable, SushiPoint Nijmegen is the place to be. The boxes they sell are just right in terms of numbers and contain delicious variations. The New York box is our favorite and there is actually just enough in it for the two of us. If it is just a little too little, you can always order some side dishes. Wonderful for an evening of sushi on the couch.

Sushi is generally good to eat here. Yakitori is fine, the New York's were delicious, but I tasted very little tuna with the Urumaki Tuna. Better than average, but certainly not top.

Way too expensive since a couple of months

The menu reads great and the pictures look fantastic. In fact, things look just like the pictures. And taste great. No wonder this sushi chain won an award.

Staff were extra friendly. The food was soo good and great quality. Only turn of is they don't have dine in and we only found out after we received our order so we had to walk around and find a place to eat . But the sushi was great and value was reasonable.

It takes more than 1.5 hours for the food to arrive.

Delicious sushi, it was worth the wait to get really fresh sushi, tip you can agree on a time and they arrived exactly at the agreed time. Oooh I will definitely do this more often, so delicious and so fresh sushi, that makes me happy, so see you later again soon ;-)

We always find the food really tasty! On busy days it sometimes takes a while, but I never mind. It has already happened twice now that we receive a box of sushi that has clearly fallen and it has sometimes become a large mountain of rice and fish. That's a shame, but it still tasted good.

I have now ordered sushi from various places in Nijmegen, but I keep coming back to SushiPoint as my favorite place to order. You pay more for it than at some places, but this is clearly reflected in the quality of the sushi.

Bought a voucher via Social Deal. This made the price-quality ratio more than worth it! This was about the Sensation Box. The downside to this deal is that SushiPoint cannot deliver it. But it is located on the edge of the center of Nijmegen, so it is easy to reach with or without a car. The staff is also very friendly and helped me immediately when I walked in. In addition, the kitchen is open and the location has a simplistic appearance.

I order from this location more often. Always great experience. Extra satisfied today. My order was delivered later than planned. I received a call a few minutes after the expected time with an apology. And that they were willing to do something extra for my patience. Order for 2 people was delivered 30 minutes later. With a voucher worth €7.50 and some warm, crispy large shrimps as a bonus. This is how you retain your customers in a city with more sushi suppliers.

Tasteless, soggy rice which resembled the taste and consistency of oatmeal. The fish made my poor friend quite literally GAG. Not a pleasant experience I am sorry to say. The pricing was unreasonably high for the quality you receive. We ordered and waited for our food for 2 freaking hours, unacceptable! DO BETTER

Really good, fresh sushi with a lot of variety in types/flavours. Presentation is also beautiful. Never had any problems with delivery. When our order was ready fifteen minutes later, we were politely called.

Always recommended. Sushi from Sushipoint. Neatly cared for, as always. And super fresh. Always delicious. As tasty and fresh as your sushi is, it's unbelievable. We always get the sushi to take away and then you should see that presentation when you get home. Beautiful box (black outside, red inside), all sushi beautifully presented with tufts of lettuce topped with ginger. Black napkins and beautiful black bags with red insides containing the chopsticks. The soya sauce neatly in a separate bottle, the wasabi in a separate lockable container and a cardboard container of course also black/red on the outside to dip everything in. And everything is neatly packed in a sturdy (of course black/red) paper carrier bag ! Well, that's not a party when you get home.

Ordered at 5 p.m., called at 6:30 p.m. to find out how long it would take. They said it would go out in 5-10 minutes. Called again at 7:30 PM and was told that I must have misheard, because it was still being made. No excuse for the long wait. Very annoying. We finally had sushi at 7:55pm, almost 3 hours later!

Actually, I am always satisfied with the excellent price/quality ratio. And just as important: fair delivery times. Order on time = delivery on time, or that it is ready at the specified time. Great that something is also delivered outside Nijmegen!

What should have been a surprise unfortunately fell through because the sushi was delivered to the wrong address, picked up again later and delivered to the right address an hour too late. This can of course happen and together with Sushipoint Nijmegen we have come to a good solution. Despite the later delivery, the sushi tasted as usual, delicious!!!

Fast service, neat presentation of the food and very tasty.

Unfortunately, at 2 p.m., we could no longer order for 7 p.m. No orders were taken. Too bad, then back to Shabu.

THE tastiest sushi in Nijmegen to pick up or deliver. You can also order online. They usually deliver the sushi within an hour. Not a cozy place to eat, there are a few tables. I've never seen anyone eat there before.

We have received very good help several times. The quality is consistent and good. Even when we had to throw away the sushi (because we had left it outside unattended for a while and it was covered in flies), they quickly brought new ones (just before closing time) at a discount. That's what I call service! Big thumbs up.

Received replacement tuna that looked spoiled! Staff indicated that they had already thrown away tuna themselves. Fobbed off with a €10 voucher. Very unfortunate because I was always very satisfied and order often.
