More rice than toppings but still yummy

Staff are very hard working, I was there on 06-July around 7pm and it was very busy (delivery orders from several platforms, people coming in off the street, long lines) and they handled it very professionally. I was honestly impressed and hope they are take care of well. The food was well-prepared, even thought the menu items are complex (but it is a higher price point). Being able to order take-away from Sushito’s own website is also a good idea for people who don’t trust other platforms in my opinion.

Got a pokebowl, it was super tasty and the staff were very friendly.

Very tasty, fast, and friendly staff.

This is what a fresh Poke bowl should look like! 🥑🐟 The biggest plus of this place is the absolute freshness of the ingredients. No tired ingredients. My Creamy Poke bowl with marinated salmon was perfectly balanced in taste. The salmon was tender, the avocado was just ripe and the cream cheese fit in perfectly. When you eat it together, the flavors connect in a whole new dimension.

Not taking ordered 20 minutes before you close. If the food has to be cooked I completely get closing the kitchen 30 minutes early, but when the food is already prepared and you just have to put ingredients in bowl, then it doesn't make much sense to be not taking orders before closing time. The food is really great from here, but the service needs to be improvement. Even when you order online, it's never ready on time and there is a constant wait. Staff always seem stressed and overwhelmed

The food is so delicious, I really enjoyed it!! The preparation was also done quickly, as I had ordered quite a lot; a classic poke bowl with extra chicken, extra marinated salmon, extra avocados and tempura shrimp, a box with even more tempura shrimp, spring rolls and veggie gyoza, and I also had Korean fried chicken... I was ordering for a group of about 4 people. They prepared this in about 30 minutes, plus another 10 minutes for the delivery person to arrive. All in all, this was a good experience and really tasty food of good quality!!!

They trick you with an online spinning wheel. You never really receive the price, a classic bowl of your choice. Also when you contact the costumer service for that they don't even consider you.

The food is often tasty and we return here regularly. I would give 5 stars if we hadn't also had an unpleasant experience or if it hadn't been resolved properly. On one occasion, when picking up two Greenery bowls, we noticed that there was an incredible amount of salt, mainly in the quinoa. Unfortunately, we realized this too late, and the food had been mixed and we had to throw it away. The location was inaccessible, and we were no longer in the vicinity to report this personally. The next time we were in the store, we mentioned it, but it was not resolved further. A waste of money and food.

I've been eating here weekly for a long while. The food is excellent, but the portion sizes have gotten noticeably smaller in the last couple of weeks. The bowls that used to be full to the lid are now around half or two-thirds full, and the miso soup has less substance. I'm not sure why this has happened, but I may reconsider spending money here if the pattern persists.

I have had the food arrive late or not at all twice; that is absolutely unacceptable. I won't be ordering from them anymore.

The Chicken Teriyaki bowl along with the the side dish of the Chicken Yakitori were a great combination together and were both very complementary.

DO NOT EAT HERE! One of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. After placing my order, I had to wait for more than three hours without any form of communication or clarity. During that time, I tried to call more than twenty times, but no one answered. Eventually, I went to the location myself to pick up my order. There, I encountered three young employees, one of whom did not speak Dutch. It was indicated that you will only be served if you speak English, which is remarkable in the Netherlands. I found the staff's attitude to be very unprofessional and very unfriendly. When I asked why there was no communication and the phone wasn't being answered, I received the response: “WE ARE BUSY, SO WHAT!?” I was also spoken to in a disrespectful manner, and an employee tried to intimidate me with non-verbal aggression. At the end, I was even verbally abused by the staff. I cannot write down what was said here because foul language is censored by Google. All in all, a very negative experience. I would not recommend this place if you value clear communication, customer friendliness, and a reasonable waiting time. It is also important to mention that people who speak Dutch are not welcome here.

The gyozas were too crispy and greasy; I'd have preferred them a bit softer and less oily. I also had a classic sushi roll, which was delicious!

The food at sushito is always great, but the service of the guy today was just something else. Very positive vibes and great help.

I ordered my food from Uber Eats. It clearly stated that the sauce should be served separately. I waited two hours for my order, and it had an abnormal amount of siracha mayo on it, and I didn't get any soy sauce or wasabi with it. I paid extra for it, too. I called to ask for a new one. I could send an email or buy a new one. Very strange.

I come here often, but today I was treated exceptionally well by Luka. He's customer-friendly and definitely offers a level of service that's superior to others who work there.

I had a bad experience with Thuisbezorgd. The delivery partner came without the courier, and the said he will come back in 5 mins. He went away and marked the order as delivered. I callled sushi to and they refused to help

I’ve been a loyal customer of Sushito for a long time, but I get the feeling that the management has changed. I always order via Uber eats and in the last 6 months, the quality has drastically dropped, whereas before, my order was perfect every time. Now, sometimes there’s barely any fish, other times it’s drenched in sauce, and sometimes the avocado is inedible. Sad to say that I may have to change where I order from.

Manager not friendly. This isn't normal

They are using the same mixing bowl for every customer even though they have a desent amount of metal bowls. All the flavors would get mixed. For example, my order would have beef taste in it even I order a fish meal. Because the toppings are mixed in the same bowl.

How can a restaurant think it's okay to serve a completely rotten avocado to a customer?!? Absolutely disgusting. If I'm paying almost €20 for a bowl, the least I expect is fresh ingredients. On top of that, the staff seemed uninterested and forgot to give me soy sauce and wasabi. Overall, a really disappointing experience.

Other branches of Sushito are much better, the portion does not match what you pay. The bowl is half empty and you pay full price for it.

Delicious poke bowls! We ordered through Thuisbezorgd, and the delivery was quick. The ingredients were fresh, crisp, and full of flavor. The regular portions already felt big, which was a great surprise for the price. We would definitely order again!

The burrito only had one small piece of shrimp and way too much carrot, the seaweed salad tasted old, and the spring rolls were cold. Moreover, the delivery took no less than 40 minutes, even though the restaurant is less than 1 km away from me.
