The Thuisbezorgd system made a mistake with the delivery, called the restaurant and they helped us immediately. Otherwise very tasty food. Definitely recommended.

Ordered 70m ago, nothing delivered yet. When you try to call they don't pick up... Call twice. The food was cold but tasty. If they fix the delivery now, that's great.

Tasty healthy food with varied ingredients - I always get it takeaway

In itself the food is ok, but ordered at 16:15 and only received at 18:15. SO COLD food received. Delivery very bad takes way too long, we have had this several times. Now we are done with it!!

I found a piece of nail in their food, the 7 km delivery took 2 hours, I heard on the phone that I should go fuck myself and if I want I can cancel the order, people, don't go there, you will poison myself, today I call the sanitary inspection to deal with people who provide them with food, hopefully they will eliminate you soon

We ordered take out from them. After 2 hours, we called and they said the order will arrive in 10 minutes. After 2.5 hours, we called again and they said the order should be here in 10 minutes. After 3 hours, the order doesn't show up and we are told they can't cancel it. Their take out is a scam.

Super tasty poke bowls. I always take the spicy salmon, it is super tasty. I'm not a fan of the regular salmon bowl because I really don't like cherry tomatoes at all. I always pick up, not deliver. That's really much faster. The atmosphere for takeaway is fine, but the fluorescent lighting is not so cozy if you want to eat there.

I ordered food for 5:15 PM. I had to call twice and the food was finally delivered at 6:10 PM - almost an hour late. The hot dishes were now on the cold side of lukewarm, because they were also poorly packaged. On the second phone call it was admitted that the delivery person had only left at 5:30 PM. "The problem is, you ordered before 5:15 PM and we don't open until 5:00 PM." Well, then you shouldn't offer a delivery option before 5:15 PM.

Impolite people, can't take orders on the phone or in the shop, says sorry but just makes excuses. The terminal in the shop doesn't even have their full menu, they are taking cash orders only, probably because they are dodging taxes. Hope they get an audit. They even have the guts to talk down to customers like they are being a problem. This is not a restaurant it's McDonald's,just worse. Don't buy here, they treat you like a robot.

I ordered on a Wednesday at 18.45, it said it would be delivered within the hour. We waited until about 20.15 and then called to see what was going on since it hadn’t arrived yet. The person on the phone said that the delivery guy was about to leave and it would have been about 10 minutes from there to my place. It just never arrived. We called so many times before the closing time to figure out why that happened but from 20.40 and on they did not pick up any of my calls. ???????

Pokebowl gehaald , sushi rijst was warm, avocado bedorven, meerdere ingrediënten misten en ook de topping miste. 40€ voor 2 pokebowls, 1 daarvan was echt niet te eten. Waardeloos afhaalrestaurant, voor ons nooit meer !

By far beste pokebowls in Utrecht. Rijst is mooi in balans. Pokebowl wordt voor je neus vers bereid en je proeft het verschil. Lekkere kruiden en goed vlees. Aanrader!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel maar vooral onwijs lekker eten! Als pokebowl liefhebber ben ik niet snel onder de indruk.. maar hier dus wel! En ik kan niet wachten tot de kapsalon extra kippig weer op de menukaart komt. Een must try! Blijf zo bezig! 10/10!

Vers en je proeft healthy food.. geen zooi geen soya ingeknald , sausjes apart bij je bestelling En het is meer dan genoeg , de vegan kip is zo lekker .... een aanrader en de bezorger was zo vriendelijk

Vanavond, na jaren patatzaak als avondeten voor mijn wekelijkse avondshift maar eens Susu Poke geprobeerd en de Pokebowl kip genomen. Erg vriendelijke man die even een praatje maakte vanachter de balie en ter plekke de bowl in elkaar aan het zetten was. Mijn ervaring: geweldig! Het komt zelden voor dat ik iets écht geweldig vind als fijnproever, maar dit overtrof mijn verwachting. Ik kom zeker bij je terug ! het eten is een dikke 10! Het geld meer dan waard! groeten van de fysio om de hoek :)
