It has been a year since Vivi and Kevin took over the business. We pick up food on a sample basis and my compliments; it is good and just like we used to make it. I also drop by regularly and see that everything has remained the same. Products, recipes, working methods; the vast majority of colleagues are still there too. And it was a tough year, staff being poached, purchasing costs rising enormously, energy prices going through the roof—all in all, no walk in the park. Vivi and Kevin are working hard to build something for the family. And if something accidentally goes wrong, they fix it. Keep up the good work, my compliments. Very satisfied.

Fast service with friendly staff. Unfortunately, the satay sauce was nowhere to be found in my 'patatje oorlog'.

Social deal: made a reservation, but nothing was known. The ice cream was okay, but I happened to open the wrap I brought home and inspected it first. Thank goodness, because there were two chicken pieces with bones in it!!! In a wrap??? I would have sunk my teeth into it... Unbelievable. I won't be going back there again.

Got a bamibal twice, both times lukewarm on the inside and way too hard on the outside...snitzels taste different every time, not to mention that cold room where you have to eat your schnitzel, you can't even do your food under the table normally

Got fries and satay croquettes here. Only the fries were already cooked. They put them under a lamp because the croquette wasn't ready. They said they came from the freezer. The fries were cold and soggy, and the croquette, yuck, still had ice in it. I was really disappointed. It was the first time I went there.

On this cold afternoon, I craved a warm snack while grocery shopping. At Het Trefpunt, I ordered some super special fries. They were exactly the comfort food I needed! The frikandel was delicious, and the fries were perfectly cooked. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Het Trefpunt is also a spacious restaurant with plenty of seating. The staff was courteous, customer-friendly, and helpful.

Ordered 2 portions of fries special online here today. Good, thick, crispy fries and plenty of them. Tasty croquette with meat inside, the gypsy stick and hamburgers were fine.

The business has gone downhill considerably. It used to be a great place to eat, but now it tastes awful. The burgers are expensive and tasteless, and the fries were completely drowned in sauce. Very disappointed.

Everything used to be great. Now it's a complete mess. I ordered again tonight to see if it would improve... IT WAS NOT!!!!! Dirty, soggy burgers with no flavor, and the fries were a train wreck. This place has gone downhill 1000%. I'll never order from them again.

Until the takeover a few years ago a top snack bar. At the moment 1 senior employee keeps the business going in terms of service. She prevents many mistakes. If she is not there, the chance of an incomplete delivery is high. The snacks are reasonable to good, but the art is in the preparation. Sometimes a bear claw is okay, but sometimes with almost raw onions and half-cooked meat. Today a special fries that looked like this; a container on the side with only mayonnaise. And when I had almost finished the fries in the fries section (nowadays mainly tough instead of crispy) I came across the onions and some curry at the bottom. Very mediocre. I would definitely go to another snack bar in the village, but the 2 alternatives are either from the same lousy Bakhuus chain or otherwise insufficient.

I had ordered a kapsalon, excessive sauce 0 raw vegetables and black chicken. Finally also mushrooms in the kapsalon which ruined the whole taste. The fries were good though.

Delicious food, we picked up. The Diemseburger in particular is highly recommended, well filled and for a very affordable price. Order was in perfect order, everything nice and hot. Nice owner and nice staff.

Peanut sauce didn't taste like anything. The fries were poorly cooked and the hamburger for 6.50 euros also had very poor toppings and who puts carrots on a hamburger. Snack bar Trefpunt offers friendly staff and excellent service. There was a boy behind the Bali named Klaas, it was quiet so we had a nice chat, he helped us fantastic and the food was really delicious. Recommended!

Average fries. Snacks too. Everything is potion controlled. Give me the old-fashioned sauce! Anyway, not bad, but not super enthusiastic either.

The lady had to refill the fryer before she started helping me as if she was very busy. Which is very strange because I was the only customer and they still had three fryers that were running. Ordered ice cream and a croquette and she immediately started with the ice cream instead of putting the croquette in the fryer first. The nice thing is that they are smart enough to then write such a sign with a brilliant text. The text reads that they are not magicians and only have two hands and that the customer should show a little more patience when it is busy........🤣😅

Well happy new year and best wishes pff what a grumpy person is standing behind the counter and this time I don't mean the older lady with glasses but the lady who was wearing her jogging suit and her dark hair. A customer had a complaint and the response to it was strange. The door also had problems. Sometimes it opened and other times it didn't. My son had already opened the door 3 times and another customer had already opened it 2 times. We didn't know that she had closed the door at some point and my son got up again but the door did not open. Because he had heard that we could leave the business through the back door, he sent the people to the back door. That grumpy person comes around the corner and snaps: he didn't close the door for nothing. It was half past seven and we had been there since a quarter to six. We don't think that is a problem in itself. But the reactions really weren't normal. It was that I had already paid otherwise I would have left without it. A young employee then gave us our food and really if she had given it to me I would have made the comment: it's that I paid otherwise I wouldn't have had to do it anymore and maybe you should look for another job if you can't stand it . But customer friendliness is hard to find. I don't come here anymore and I have been a customer for quite a long time, pff when I got home it was just regular fries instead of French fries😡

When you order Berenhap, you ask for satay sauce, you get mayonnaise and you don't eat Berenhap either

Good food for take away or to eat in the diner. Personal favorites are the “Ambachtelijke friet” with Belgian mayonaise and the “Diemse burger“. Don’t order them together ;-)

De diemse Bürger was volgens mijn man, overheerlijk. We hebben goed gegeten.

Het eten is super lekker en het personeel is super lief en behulpzaam en voor deze tijd van het jaar kan je een ijsje bestellen en op het terras opeten echt een top tent.

Nette cafetaria. Sinds de overname door (Chinese ? ) eigenaren merk je wel een teruggang in kwaliteit. Ook merk je dat het personeel meer wisselt en er meer druk op ze lijkt te staan. Jammer: sterretje minder..

Een heerlijke Diemse burger met friet gegeten. Vriendelijk personeel en het ziet er allemaal verzorgd uit. Twee ster minder nu twee keer de verkeerde bestelling opgenomen terwijl we er zelf bijstaan. Te veel patat en ook de saus is veel te veel. De prijs van zigeuner saus €1, 25 is echt belachelijk! De burger met champignon/ ui is een zielig broodje waarop weinig ui en champignons opzitten.

Lekkere friet en snacks, altijd erg druk, personeel vriendelijk. Leuke stempelactie waarbij je spaart voor €7,50 korting op je bestelling.

Heerlijk gegeten en mooie zaak. We werden vriendelijke geholpen en als we in Nederland zijn komen we vast en zeker nog een keertje friet eten.
