If you come here on Sunday evening at 6:00 PM, there is practically no food left to get… very little choice

The food was really good. I did drive past. But it wasn't anything fancy. Quite expensive for what I got, though.

Two of the four ordering terminals weren't working, so I decided to order at the cash register, since I still needed cigarettes. The woman behind the counter clearly didn't like this, and she verbally told me so. I finally got my sandwiches, but the meat was burnt, and the eggs tasted strange. I used to love coming here, but the quality has plummeted.

Around 00:53, I ordered two kapsalons; the delivery time was supposed to be 45 to 70 minutes. Within a few minutes, it was supposed to arrive after just 35 minutes, and around 1:25, it also stated that it was almost ready for delivery. I then waited until 2:25 to finally receive my order. The food was cold. He said it was busy, but my housemate happened to have just come from your restaurant and saw that there was only one order (ours) and that it had been in the oven for a very long time to stay warm because, according to the staff present, that one order was not urgent. I find this quite absurd and have therefore contacted them, but to no avail; they are unreachable. Thuisbezorgd has entered into discussions with them, but they are not willing to compensate in any way whatsoever. SO, NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

The kibbeling wasn't fresh and was greasy. I had to go back for mayo, the surprise, and applesauce.
