⭐☆☆☆☆ This was without a doubt the worst dining experience I have ever had. We had been sitting at our table for an hour, but no one came to take our order. It was ridiculous, especially since there were only a few people in the restaurant. The staff seemed completely disinterested and made no effort to help us or even notice us. If this is how they treat customers when the restaurant is almost empty, I can't even imagine what it would be like when it was busy. Definitely not recommended!

Very cozy. I don't know about food. The fresh ginger tea was delicious.

We only had a latte macchiato, which was very tasty and inexpensive. The biscuit that was served with it was returned "spit out". The toilets were clean. The food seems good, the tables were full for dining. Unfortunately not suitable for disabled people - neither the entrance nor the path to the toilet. The waitress in the outside area (where we sat) was unfriendly and had to be asked to serve us.

Had a nice meal on September 10, 2024, even though it was a weekday it was quite full. Good sign. We had the chicken satay and the steak. Both were fine. Friendly and smooth service. Paid for €52.45 with 1 Grimberg beer and 1 Radler.

Nice place. We came to eat here from Germany. Nice place but the food was disappointing.. the hamburger sandwich without sauce is way too dry. Schnitzels small and thin so different from in Germany

We came here spontaneously because the weather was still good. We sat outside and treated ourselves to a delicious dessert. The choice was a delicious piece of apple pie and two cappuccinos. The apple cake was MEGA, large pieces of apple and a portion of cream with a kick, luckily no unnecessary granulated sugar. The cappuccino was also great. TOP. A matter of taste. Recommendation.

A beautiful place in the heart of Winterswijk (where we also did some nice geocaches) and ended our Happen en Stairs tour with a delicious dessert. Smooth service and a nice terrace

After years, back in Werden. Now I like it fine. Had Italian style beef, delicious and lots of good quality meat, partner and fish and also excellent. Nice and great help, recommended 👍🏻

I haven't experienced such bad food in a long time. Food cold, coke stale, didn't get a new one after complaining. Steak so ten. There was only one answer from the waitress: then you have to stay in Germany. Always came here when we were here. But now I will no longer enter this restaurant. 😡😡😡😡😡

The service was friendly and quick. The food was good and varied. Hence the 4 stars. The ambience is rather simple, and the local visitors also disturbed the atmosphere, as these visitors tend to have an unfriendly and disruptive influence on the food.

Too bad, but apparently it was too busy. The food was not what was normally served, the wine was a real travesty, all in all a disappointment.

In short, disappointing. We had a party to celebrate with family, made reservations well in advance and were told several times that we wanted to eat on time because one of our guests had to get up at 4 o'clock for work. We waited more than 2 hours for our food, but the salmon was cold. Reading back in reviews, they have had problems with the kitchen for some time, reduce the number of tables so that you have to apologize less but more satisfied customers walk out.

Es ist schon unglaublich, dass, wenn der Außenbereich geöffnet ist, keine Servicekraft vorbeischaut...gestern geschehen und es war nicht viel los, auch im Innenbereich nicht. Hätte ich nicht auf uns aufmerksam gemacht, säßen wir heute noch da...schade, ich dachte die Gastronomie ist auf Kunden angewiesen...

Prima gegeten. Service was niet al te snel jammergenoeg. Wat bijbesteld, wat kwam toen al het eten al op was. Dat was zonde.

Essen geschmacklich sehr lecker,aber das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis stimmt definitiv nicht. Schnitzel als Beispiel 200 gr deklariert laut Karte und es waren max 120 gr . Ich bin Koch und kann dies sehr gut einschätzen. Pommes eine Handvoll im schälchen für 2 Personen 🙈leider viel zu teuer.

Tolles Lokal, nette Mitarbeiter, guter Service, sehr gutes Essen, was will man mehr. Und dazu noch ein guter Preis. Wir sind bei jedem Besuch in Winterswijk hier und essen immer unterschiedliche Gerichte, sie sind immer klasse.

Een matige tot slechte lunch gehad, weinig smaak en absoluut niet meer van deze tijd! De keuken mag echt wel een paar stappen gaan maken! En gooi die plakkerige en kleffe boterhammen meteen van je menu af !!

Gezellige zaak op een leuke plek. Bediening is prima en doen zeker hun best. Het eten zelf vonden wij zeer matig. De saté was droog, het beslag van de schnitzel erg dik en vet. De rest is smaak, daar valt over te twisten. Maar ook niet om over naar huis ge schrijven. Prijs / kwaliteit is niet echt verhouding. Erg jammer, voor de locatie en bediening zouden wij terug komen. Voor het eten absoluut niet.

Prima eten met een nette prijs, goede sfeer die ook duidelijk is te voelen onder het vriendelijke personeel, mooie zaak en nette toiletten.

Heerlijke mixed grill besteld, netjes warm aangeleverd. Meer dan voldoende en heerlijke variatie vlees en warme groente. Prima verzorgd en complimenten voor de keuken.
