Good value for money, tasty food, service was also top, very friendly employees. Food was ready quickly. The only disadvantage is that it is in Osdorp.😔

Visited first time and has really good experience. Food was tasty and portions were adequate to the price. We were waiting a bit, but not dramatically long, but absolutely understood and took this into account when ordered food while place was busy. Staff there is working hard trying to complete all of the orders and is super friendly. Will definitely come back.

I absolutely love Taco Bell! The food was amazing as always. I only had to wait a minute for my order. Sadly the place was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

For the people having trouble with their orders, I have cracked the code: You order | you receive Chicken -> beef Beef -> beans Big fries -> small fries Small fries -> no fries

The worst taco bell in the world. I ordered 3 times and 3 times my order was delivered wrong. I have pictures and receipts of the orders. Their service is very very very bad

I think the workers there are not people, they are robots. We ordered 4 times and these are the statistics of our orders 100% of the orders were delivered with sth missing or wrong 75% of the orderes were delivered totally wrong (either for other people or instead of chicken they put meat or beans) I dont get how they make food, they need to hire a company to supervise how to make orders

I warn everyone not to eat here. I used to get something here quite often, but after what they did tonight(05-11) I will never get anything there again. I order a spicy cheesy fries (and more) and what I get is just disgusting! They just put some red pepper powder on the fries, no jalapenos, and then threw a white sauce on top that normally comes with a burrito (It's so disgusting!) I immediately threw it away because you wouldn't do something like that to your worst enemy. And if you have gone through something, have the decency to let your customers know instead of just adding things that don't belong at all. They also forgot that something still had to be made, so everything that was already in my bag had become cold! I didn't get what I ordered (received meat quesadillas instead of cheese quesadillas) THEY ARE GREAT!!🤮 Again, if you don't believe me, go there once for fun and see what kind of disinterested incompetent toddlers they have hired. And I assure you that will be your last visit to this chain. I advise management to just stay in North America for the time being. I think this kind of nasty ready-made reheated food is accepted there and you can't even do that! In my eyes you are never ever worth a star.

I’ve been here a few times and never once has my order been correct or complete. Either they mess up the meat content of the item or forget to add all the items you purchased. Maybe one time is a mistake but every single time?? Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location

Portions are incredibly small. And there was hardly any meat between the tacos. Also very bland... Waste of your money...

This was my first time at a Taco Bell restaurant and I have to be honest that everything I ordered was delicious. Food came to our place quickly and hot. And the atmosphere is really nice. Can't understand the bad recessions at all.

In the US you get as much hot sauce as you like and over here we have to pay extra for every single package :(

First ever trip to a Taco Bell and probably also the last. The self service ordering machine was out of paper, so no receipt. The staff messed up our order 3 times in a row. The staff seemed unfocused. The general atmosphere at the restaurant was lacking.

System gastronomy with its good and not so good sides. In any case, one menu alone is not enough to fill you up.

Its just so simple yet so good.

Ridiculously long waiting hours

The tacos and buritos are not well filled. The taste is fine, but overall too expensive for what you get. You also have to wait a long time for your order, the staff is unfriendly and it is dirty. In short, never again.

I ordered online via Ubereats, after waiting almost an hour for my food my order was canceled for no reason whatsoever. I also did not get my money back, so I could not order elsewhere and therefore had to go without food for an evening. I no longer trust this place and will never order from here again.

I've never eaten something so bad in my entire life. Fries were as limp as anything. The staff are eating from their noses. Then they also forget 2 orders, nahh, you really got me with that!! And not to mention a long wait in that sauna shop of theirs, can't they put air conditioning in that shitty dining tent??!! Completely done with it

4 people working.. Took them 20 minutes to prepare my order (1 meal + quesedilla). As I walked out they called me back to double check my order. When I got home I found out they gave me the wrong burrito. Fries were undercooked. Never again and I highly discourage you to try it.

Stopped by today for pick up. Got a cup to fill myself. I couldn't take this with me for practical reasons and asked for a can. You get this upon delivery, so I assumed this is also the case with pickup. I was willing to pay extra for a can but the employee was difficult. Can this please be looked into? For example, give the customer the option for an additional fee.

Threw all the food in a bag dumping everything out and forgot items

It was impossible to beat. The fries were cold. Where there was no cheese on there was cheese on it. Not worth your money at all, what a bland meal. I switched to vanilla mousse from Vomar for €2

The food was very tasty and ordering went smoothly. There were a lot of problems with receiving the order...at first we only received part of the order, after receiving the second part she forgot the drink...this was always resolved properly, but it shouldn't be allowed. to happen.

The lady that was on shift today evening (10 July 2024 between 5PM and 7PM) made my evening! She worked ALONE, she was super fast to prepare my loaded fries, she gave me the order smiled and wished me a beautiful evening The fries were the best I ever got from Taco Bell Dear lady thank you that made my evening!

The portions are unbelievably small. In the taco supreme there is a little meet, cold unmelted cheddar, sauce and literally 5 tiny shreds of lettuce. Waiting time (even if there is only 10 people inside is around 15 minutes!… Nice to have, but looks cheap

Bad Taco Bell, I guess Franchise. Glad they are in Amsterdam. In Spain are quite large, have good offers. In the Netherlands expensive and no quality, poorly filled products without taste.

Super super dirty food, it all tastes super old. The tacos are barely filled and the fries are super limp and soggy. They put a lot of sauce in everything, so every bite is just too much and the meat is hard to find. PLEASE NEVER NEVER NEVER EAT HERE. A waste of money and time because you also have to wait a long time

Burritos and tacos hardly contain any meat or chicken. Restaurant probably only has lettuce and tomato in stock. Fries too seasoned and soft/limp. Guacemole for €1 is barely enough in my bowl. Waste of my money.

I ordered food through Uber, waited 1.5 hours and the restaurant canceled the order! I was left without dinner. terrible place!

We arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes before closing time and were rudely thrown out by a waitress just because she didn't want to work anymore! I can't believe I would fire employees like that. There was dog poop outside the store, which made the rancid experience complete. Thanks for nothing.

A 30 minute wait if not for 1 taco and a fries.. Not very expensive, but such small portions! the tacos weren't even topped... all this preparation time for a taco that didn't even fit us... I don't recommend.

I've been sitting here for an hour and a half. I'm quite hungry, but these slow people take half an hour to make an order. I think it will take quite a long time. There was some entertainment at one point because there was an argument among the employees and ultimately also with the customers. Ordered the taco bell. It is now over an hour and a half later and still nothing. On average it takes 10 per order, even a simple taco.

Always fast and friendly service. Low prices for good quality food. Restaurant is always clean and plenty of different seating options.

I love everything about this place!! No human interaction required although the employees are amazing when help is required. Food is great too. Yamyam !!

Food is taco bell quality, mismanagement, personnel switched like 5 times but the owner, waiting time is 30min on average. Only on monday they seem to manage. Do not go here for a fun evening

🤮I've been vomiting all night after eating from this Taco Bell for diner, even though I didn't eat much because everything was disgusting and they completely messed up the order (a burrito missing, cheese and sour cream in a burrito and wrap that I asked without, and 5 buckets of cinamon twisters for more reason). The 2 people working there looked stoned. Run away from this place !

Ordered two Tacos, 1 of which was not even cooked, extra for the cup and the bottle of water. Take-out order, with cups without lids. Deplorable service, 20 minutes for two unfortunate Tacos. Really very dirty toilets. Ashamed

Just picked up an order at Taco Bell, we were going to eat it at home. Unfortunately received the wrong order and only saw it at home. Very unfortunate because we paid more than we got now...

Ordered twice, waited 100+ minutes twice and nothing was delivered.

I gave 2 stars because of the 2 people who were on shift that evening. Seems like nobody manages this place. As you can see from the video, they had to shut the door to not let other customers in. But that's also not very safe.........2 people instead of 5, imagine what kind of food they will provide. I feel I had to do something to improve this unbelievable situation: either you shut the place or find more staff. Fast food? Not really.

Waiting for more than 40 minutes to get my order. The slowest service I have ever encountered in any fast food store. As you can see in the video there are more than 15 active orders, the phone is ringing and noone is in the kitchen. The lady in the kitchen is screaming for some reason.

Ordered at 18:15 and waited 2 hours for it to be canceled at 20:15 !!!! Unbelievable.. you cannot even reach them. Not even worth 1 star.

Our order arrived with more then 1 hour of late. No contact number. We were missing an item and all the beef items were chicken. Small portions. Totally not recommend.

It was the slowest service, and not due to the workers but to the fact they only have 2 screens to order with and 1 of them was broken. They don't take your order at the counter, it has to be on the screens, the line of people was long just waiting to order on 1 screen.

The food was just as you would expect from Taco Bell, tastes exactly how it does in the US. The staff is not so friendly, not rude either but it’s easy to tell they don’t want to be there. The place is quite nice although it is a bit small, I can imagine their intention is to be for pickup and delivery mostly.

As an American expat, I can attest that this is authentic. Tastes just like I remember. I wish it wasn't so far from the center and that they gave more sauce packets but I want to give them a good review because I hope they succeed. Easy to order from the screen at the restaurant and ready fast. Thank you for your service!

The menu tastes and reflects that of the US. However it’s SLOW fast food. Missing what taco bell is really about Fast and Cheap food

I’m an American and missing Taco Bell. I can say that it is on brand and meets the same quality as the US.

30 Minute wait time and it was quiet!

Super Essen. Schön verpackt und absolut frisch. Man muss halt bissle aus essen warten. Und es gibt nicht viele Sitzplätze. Aber sonst wirklich gut.

Despite its hard-to-reach location far away from the centre of Amsterdam, the quality of the restaurant is solid. Portions are good, service is quick enough, staff haven’t made any mistakes with my orders as of yet. Really nothing to complain about. Except for the fact that my food is already cold by the time i arrive back in Amsterdam city center 40 minutes of traveling later.

Fully Loaded Fries med kjøttdeig der, med en skål meksikansk ris jeg helte oppå, var et mesterverk av absolutt verdensklasse med null ironi (Bedre enn selv Michelin-steder i Norge), og mye, mye bedre enn Taco Bell i Åbo i Finland. Drikkeautomatmiksing var veldig nydelig, jeg blandet 2 deler Pepsi, 1 del Susi, 1 del 7-Up Light, ¼ del Lipton blå, og ¼ del Lipton grønn. De ansatte så mellom fingrene med refill på kopp (En veldig bra ting), basert på en ungdomsgruppe jeg holdt øye med. Styr unna tacoskjell-tacoen, den knakk bare jeg så på den. Ganske trangt i lokalet.

Overall an experience that made me come back a few times. Drinks are refillable. The cheapest taco is around €2-€3. You have a meal for €7-ish. Combination of meat, cheese, guac, sour cream, tomatoes.... Yeah it's great!

Smaken zijn goed, echt Taco Bell, maar de vulling van de taco's en burrito valt tegen. Veel minder dan in de US. De service vond ik niet heel klantvriendelijk. Ik snap dat het een fastfood chain is, maar je klanten een sneer geven terwijl je ze juist moet helpen, dat is het minste wat ik verwacht als ik ergens geld aan uitgeef.

The location being an outlet of a chain, I was expecting a 'standard' restaurant, but the helpful staff made a difference!

Ist ganz okay, aber Taco Bell in den USA ist besser. Hab lange auf ein paar Quesadillas warten müssen. Konnte auch nur vegetarische nehmen, keine Chicken Quesadillas

This Taco Bell is great. It’s in a nice area, it’s clean, and the food is consistent with Taco Bells in different part of the world. Only piece of feedback is I wish they had the Doritos items, but they are not available. Neither is Baja Blast.

Nice new 🌮🔔 location in Amsterdam. My main gripe was that there was a bit too much sour cream on the supreme tacos. It was also a bit slow in prep. However, overall it was still up to my expectations for taco bell. I wish they could get Mountain Dew Baja Blast and Doritos locos tacos here, but there's probably no E number for whatever makes them so good. Anyway, yo quero.

Unfortunately doesn't compare to the American version. Flavor was much weaker and menu less extensive. And perhaps most tragically, no Baja Blast!

Was very excited to try Taco Bell. Heard a lot about it but never eaten here. I’ve ordered two times on location and both times my order was wrong or something was missing. The staff was very friendly and they offered a free meal right away. The quality of the food was okay. I ordered the crunch wrap supreme and the burrito. The wraps were a little tough at the ends but they meat was seasoned well. However they could’ve added some more meat inside wraps. The cheesy fries were nice. Overall a decent experience, would order again if you don’t want to cook and want some burritos. However if you want a true authentic Mexican food experience, Taco Bell isn’t the place.

Finally a Taco Bell in Amsterdam! I went there yesterday and loved it. Tastses like the O.G Taco bell in the states. And they give you free sauce with a taco,the way it should be,not extra. The service was good,clean and yummy!

The tacos 🌮 were as I remember soft 🌮 supreme. But the burrito was not as expected over priced small and full of rice. 7 layer burrito. Parking not easy. And expensive and lots of construction on the area so mess and more difficult to find the entrance. Do not know if I will return

Het eten was erg lekker voor ons en ik zou graag nog een keer terugkomen om de andere soorten te proberen, de prijs en de hoeveelheid was precies goed. We waren met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen, de rekening was 30 euro, en de hoeveelheid was goed en voedzaam. Het was prachtig. Ik hou van het idee om drankjes bij te vullen, het enige nadeel is het lange wachten.

Gisteren gegeten bij deze vestiging. Eten smaakte prima, vond het aanwezig personeel verder vriendelijk.
