Staff are so lazy and the food tastes and looks like it was prepared by a child.

I loved this Taco Bell location so much since it opened up. It’s the only closest Taco Bell from my home (distance 40km). I happily traveled all the way to Amsterdam for their churros, caramel dip, fries, burritos and tacos. Every piece of the menu was perfect. Since I tried Taco Bell for the first time in my life at this location, it’s my go-to location, despite the distance, because every time the food was perfectly made. That was until the beginning of this year. The crew members changed, I don’t see the regular crew members from last year anymore. And my visits this year kept resulting in the same imperfections. The fries don’t feel fresh anymore, almost like they keep the fries waiting long and cold to give them a dry taste before serving. The ingredients of the tacos and burritos aren’t well balanced anymore. Last time the sauce was too much. And the churros aren’t done well. Not to mention the caramel dip, completely dried out, hardly giving an experience of a real ‘dip’. And this is just a glimpse of their food. The crew members that worked a long time until around January 2026 were perfect. During every visit, the food was amazingly delicious. It’s such a shame the crew members from nowadays aren’t trained well enough to deliver the same quality from last year. After having this bad experience multiple times in a row this year, Taco Bell isn’t a reason for me anymore to happily drive 40km just for the food. Maybe the owner didn’t realize how well their previous crew members made their business run well. Please train your crew to keep the quality from last year, or bring back the crew from last year. As their work from last year, was the only reason in my life to just drive 40km for ‘fast food’. I hardly write any Google reviews, but my love for Taco Bell and the old crew members are the only motivation. Only because of that I’d still give it 3 stars, but honestly I would rather just give 1 star. Some of the mentioned feedback points are just simple to improve on. It’s such a shame there’s no quality control. Hopefully the management will take the initiative to improve the quality. I won’t be visiting Taco Bell for a while anymore to stop getting disappointed.

Had diarrhea after eating a taco with 10 hot sauce packages then got aussalted bij a tall guy who put ice in my nek and 2 of my 3 tacos were put in someones drink leaving me to starve i also put some caramel sauce on my fries and it was disgusting dont eat here

Okay, let's start with if you're expecting Mexican food, this is not Mexican food. This is TACO BELL. Taco Bell is its own form of Mexican food-adjacent type fast-food eatery. Sure, they use the words "taco", but I wouldn't compare their tacos to a full-on taco truck - it's just two different worlds. I don't compare a FEBO burger to, you know, an actual burger because it's a FEBO BURGER. So reading some of these reviews, it's clear a lot of people are missing this context. An an American, this is pretty darn close to the Taco Bell back home - such as the hard shell taco. The quality is the same. And like most Taco Bells, could the bathrooms be cleaner? (Yes) Could the environment be more gezellig? (Of course) Do I have expectations of an authentic mexican eatery? (No) So overall, good experience - and special shout-out to the delicious churros. The ones we had were hot and with caramel sauce that could probably give you adult-onset diabetes, but hey, sometimes you have to make trade-offs in life. Also, I have no idea what the heck those "tortilla chips" were (the corn tortilla ones at AH are 100x better), or why they serve fries (I know, Dutch), but hey, we gotta adjust for the locals.

Solid texmex, must try if you have not

The food was ready quickly and tasted good. Unfortunately, the restaurant was quite unclean. For example, some of the tables were still dirty, there were napkins lying on the floor, and the toilet was unhygienic without soap.

Not a miracle gourmet cuisine, but as a basic Tex-mex outlet, this sole Taco Bell is good enough for a quick bite on-the-go.

We do love a good tacobell, this location is clean and quiet.

Nice and nostalgic, went there quite regularly for a while. Free wifi and refills if you eat there, and the price-quality ratio is good.

Delicious food, easy ordering via terminal and a good location, 5 minutes away from the tram stop.

I enjoyed the food and the staff was nice. As a tourist it's a bit off the beaten track but worth a visit. opens at 12 which is oddly late but maybe that's only me hunting for an after rave snack

These are the tastiest tacos ever. Corral, that soft beef taco, thankfully it's halal, and the store itself is beautiful! The staff are also friendly.

Bad service, not customer-friendly at all, very antisocial, and they don't speak Dutch at all, they attack customers!!! They are unhygienic and sloppy, they give orders to the wrong customers!!! What I just experienced is beyond words. Absolutely outrageous! My order was ready, and I walked up to the counter to get it. Suddenly, the employee came over to me in complete disbelief. I explained that no receipt had come out of the machine, so he could check that I had ordered it. He called over another customer and told him that that customer had ordered it! The other customer repeatedly insisted that it wasn't his order, but the employee kept insisting. I repeatedly insisted that it was mine, but no one cared. I was ignored, and despite the other customer saying he hadn't ordered it, he continued to ignore me and insist that it was his. I could have sunk through the floor! After it was clear it was his fault, he didn't even apologize! Just that it wasn't my fault, but not theirs either? I'm never coming back!

The food was super tasty however the menu is a bit difficult as it doesn't seem very logical where you can find different stuff but once you've got your food it's so tasty and juicy, I love it!!

This is a very dangerous place where you can get seriously ill. I ordered tacos, and when I got home, I discovered the meat was already in an advanced state of decomposition and the sauce had a very foul odor. So I threw them away because I would never eat that again. Then I saw that they'd left the tacos in their packaging for so long that it stuck to them, and the smell was as if they'd been left out of the refrigerator all day. I didn't even remove the burrito completely from the packaging because it also had this same foul, rotten smell (even though it was a different kind of meat). This indicates that there are multiple rotten ingredients present, which they simply use in their dishes. I work in the kitchen myself, and I can assure you that these are employees who, after training, are simply let loose in the kitchen. They have no experience in the restaurant industry and no ambition to succeed. There's no manager present to monitor and ensure standards are met, and what you end up with is complete chaos. I almost quit my sous-chef job to teach these employees something about SOCIAL HYGIENE and HACCP regulations and how to comply with them. But after seeing them tonight, I'm certain they have nothing to teach. I've never seen such an incompetent so-called kitchen crew in my entire life, and this kind of staff is a danger to public health. Shame on you! And in my opinion, and judging by the opinions of many others in the neighborhood, your staff are hopeless in every way! You're not going to use rotten things in your dishes! There's something not quite right with you guys. FYI: I was the customer with the Ajax tracksuit with gold lettering. Just so you know who you've screwed over.

Why has the AC not been fixed since the last few MONTHS? I visit Tacobell regularly and every time it is soooo hot in there. NL weather is killing these days and I wonder what kind of a facility doesn't care about these basics? I feel for their employees who have to work in the kitchen in this extreme heat! But yeah understandable, since they don't care about the customers, I am sure they give a damn about their employees.

I've ordered 5 times and everything arrives cold with more than an hour's delay, there's always no food or drink, YOU MUST CHANGE STAFF OR CLOSE THIS PLACE DIRECTLY, YOU ARE NOT GOOD AT MANAGING ANYTHING. Out of 5 orders there isn't one that arrived all right, YOU MUST FAIL.

Overall, it was very good for a fast food restaurant. The food came quickly and was fresh, and I enjoyed everything except the Crunchwrap Supreme, which was unfortunately a bit bland. I liked that they could make almost everything vegetarian (as far as I could tell); otherwise, I would just like more drinks.

Literally the worst fast good chain in the world. Tasteless food without any spices or character. Half of my order went to the bin. Avoid.

I visited Taco Bell based on a recommendation (thanks Mazen 🤍) and got takeaway food for a car journey! The food at Taco Bell was delicious! Very fresh! However, the wait was horrendous, I waited almost 45 minutes for my food (I had to overstay my parking ticket and got a fine) and when I opened my bag in the car I was (negatively) surprised at the tiny portion size. At first I thought it was a mix-up and not my order because it looks completely different in the pictures. Unfortunately, both were disappointing.

Driest, tiniest overpriced burritos. The last third of the chicken burrito was just pure jalepeño, there was zero sauce in the volcano burrito. Just don’t go.

While on vacation in Amsterdam I took the opportunity to go eat at Taco Bell, it was very good, really a treat, I had known this old one for years and I know that it is all the rage on the American continent. I understand better why when is there a Taco Bell in France?

Just placed an order for 2 burrito menus and 2 individual burritos. Receive 3 in total from the employees. No problem, I'll just walk over and indicate that I'm missing part of my order. He says to me "which one?". Do I have to go back to my seat to see which one it is and then receive my order within a minute after indicating. So they just forgot about this one. Once more. It can happen, but if you take such a tone, you have not eaten much of it. After being rudely approached by the young man with his bleached hair, I now understand why a delivery person almost pulled it over the counter a while ago. What an uninterested Jan with the short surname that guy is and then I am lenient in my use of words. If you as an owner still let this guy work at your location after all this time, you deserve to go completely bankrupt. Don't be a thief of your own wallet and do something about this. Furthermore, the portions have become a lot smaller. While the loaded fries were still somewhat large, nothing is left of them. I would have liked to take a photo, but everything was gone within 5 bites. I would say don't go here. You waste your money and get food with a bad taste in return. Too bad, because the food here was still good in the beginning.

This place is a joke, every order you place is always sent out WRONG, the waiting time is around an hour sometimes and the place is absolutely FILTHY!! Please hire a manager and learn those idiots to make correct orders, also CLEAN THE DAMN PLACE!!!

Since we don't have a Taco Bell in Germany, we absolutely had to go there during our vacation in Amsterdam. As expected, it was super delicious and good value for money. Unfortunately, we had to wait a very long time for our food.

The Taco Bell was served sloppily, without warming and without a bland and tasteless sauce. In addition, chips were visible in the photo, but it turns out that the dish comes without chips. Really very sad. Was really looking forward to it after my order. The food was delivered cold (and I don't even live far from the restaurant). The food was delivered half unwrapped and outside the packaging. I find it almost scandalous that nothing like a refund or refund could be arranged. I think the workers there are not people, they are robots. We ordered 4 times and these are the statistics of our orders 100% of the orders were delivered with sth missing or wrong 75% of the orderes were delivered totally wrong (either for other people or instead of chicken they put meat or beans) I dont get how they make food, they need to hire a company to supervise how to make orders

First ever trip to a Taco Bell and probably also the last. The self service ordering machine was out of paper, so no receipt. The staff messed up our order 3 times in a row. The staff seemed unfocused. The general atmosphere at the restaurant was lacking.
