The best Mexican food you can get in the nl..... Right down to the sour cream. No joke. I have lived here for years only to have places serve me canned vegetables or not even know how to wrap a burrito (Salsa Shop). Thank you Taco Bell! Please do not open on or near the Leidseplein... You will take all my money.....

What I just experienced is beyond words. Absolutely outrageous! My order was ready, and I walked up to the counter to get it. Suddenly, the employee came over to me in complete disbelief. I explained that no receipt had come out of the machine, so he could check that I had ordered it. He called over another customer and told him that that customer had ordered it! The other customer repeatedly insisted that it wasn't his order, but the employee kept insisting. I repeatedly insisted that it was mine, but no one cared. I was ignored, and despite the other customer saying he hadn't ordered it, he continued to ignore me and insist that it was his. I could have sunk through the floor! After it was clear it was his fault, he didn't even apologize! Just that it wasn't my fault, but not theirs either? I'm never coming back!

The food was super tasty however the menu is a bit difficult as it doesn't seem very logical where you can find different stuff but once you've got your food it's so tasty and juicy, I love it!!

This is a very dangerous place where you can get seriously ill. I ordered tacos, and when I got home, I discovered the meat was already in an advanced state of decomposition and the sauce had a very foul odor. So I threw them away because I would never eat that again. Then I saw that they'd left the tacos in their packaging for so long that it stuck to them, and the smell was as if they'd been left out of the refrigerator all day. I didn't even remove the burrito completely from the packaging because it also had this same foul, rotten smell (even though it was a different kind of meat). This indicates that there are multiple rotten ingredients present, which they simply use in their dishes. I work in the kitchen myself, and I can assure you that these are employees who, after training, are simply let loose in the kitchen. They have no experience in the restaurant industry and no ambition to succeed. There's no manager present to monitor and ensure standards are met, and what you end up with is complete chaos. I almost quit my sous-chef job to teach these employees something about SOCIAL HYGIENE and HACCP regulations and how to comply with them. But after seeing them tonight, I'm certain they have nothing to teach. I've never seen such an incompetent so-called kitchen crew in my entire life, and this kind of staff is a danger to public health. Shame on you! And in my opinion, and judging by the opinions of many others in the neighborhood, your staff are hopeless in every way! You're not going to use rotten things in your dishes! There's something not quite right with you guys. FYI: I was the customer with the Ajax tracksuit with gold lettering. Just so you know who you've screwed over.

Why has the AC not been fixed since the last few MONTHS? I visit Tacobell regularly and every time it is soooo hot in there. NL weather is killing these days and I wonder what kind of a facility doesn't care about these basics? I feel for their employees who have to work in the kitchen in this extreme heat! But yeah understandable, since they don't care about the customers, I am sure they give a damn about their employees.

I've ordered 5 times and everything arrives cold with more than an hour's delay, there's always no food or drink, YOU MUST CHANGE STAFF OR CLOSE THIS PLACE DIRECTLY, YOU ARE NOT GOOD AT MANAGING ANYTHING. Out of 5 orders there isn't one that arrived all right, YOU MUST FAIL.

Dirty cups and gave me food poisoning:( I've been sick for 2 days If you come here only do so during the weekends so you don't get 5 dirty hair covered cups in a row after asking for 1 clean one and Pepsi straight from a lab

Overall, it was very good for a fast food restaurant. The food came quickly and was fresh, and I enjoyed everything except the Crunchwrap Supreme, which was unfortunately a bit bland. I liked that they could make almost everything vegetarian (as far as I could tell); otherwise, I would just like more drinks.

Literally the worst fast good chain in the world. Tasteless food without any spices or character. Half of my order went to the bin. Avoid.

I visited Taco Bell based on a recommendation (thanks Mazen 🤍) and got takeaway food for a car journey! The food at Taco Bell was delicious! Very fresh! However, the wait was horrendous, I waited almost 45 minutes for my food (I had to overstay my parking ticket and got a fine) and when I opened my bag in the car I was (negatively) surprised at the tiny portion size. At first I thought it was a mix-up and not my order because it looks completely different in the pictures. Unfortunately, both were disappointing.

Insanely slow service and the place smells bad.

Unfriendly staff, they only understand Dutch. My order simply disappeared. I tried to ask where my fries were, but they became rude. Wouldn't recommend anyone going there. Bad

The food was really good! But the service was pretty slow. I get that the workers don't want to stress themselves too much, but it wasn't busy when we came and had to wait for an unusual long time. Other than that, it's okey.

Driest, tiniest overpriced burritos. The last third of the chicken burrito was just pure jalepeño, there was zero sauce in the volcano burrito. Just don’t go.

While on vacation in Amsterdam I took the opportunity to go eat at Taco Bell, it was very good, really a treat, I had known this old one for years and I know that it is all the rage on the American continent. I understand better why when is there a Taco Bell in France?

Just placed an order for 2 burrito menus and 2 individual burritos. Receive 3 in total from the employees. No problem, I'll just walk over and indicate that I'm missing part of my order. He says to me "which one?". Do I have to go back to my seat to see which one it is and then receive my order within a minute after indicating. So they just forgot about this one. Once more. It can happen, but if you take such a tone, you have not eaten much of it. After being rudely approached by the young man with his bleached hair, I now understand why a delivery person almost pulled it over the counter a while ago. What an uninterested Jan with the short surname that guy is and then I am lenient in my use of words. If you as an owner still let this guy work at your location after all this time, you deserve to go completely bankrupt. Don't be a thief of your own wallet and do something about this. Furthermore, the portions have become a lot smaller. While the loaded fries were still somewhat large, nothing is left of them. I would have liked to take a photo, but everything was gone within 5 bites. I would say don't go here. You waste your money and get food with a bad taste in return. Too bad, because the food here was still good in the beginning.

This place is a joke, every order you place is always sent out WRONG, the waiting time is around an hour sometimes and the place is absolutely FILTHY!! Please hire a manager and learn those idiots to make correct orders, also CLEAN THE DAMN PLACE!!!

Een crispy supreme taco: taco, beef, sour cream, lettuce, tomato and cheddar. For 2,60. You couldn't even buy a kroket for that, anywhere else.

Since we don't have a Taco Bell in Germany, we absolutely had to go there during our vacation in Amsterdam. As expected, it was super delicious and good value for money. Unfortunately, we had to wait a very long time for our food.

I recently had a taco and cesadila at this place. The food was actually tasty, however, in few hours had the worst food poisoning ever. Needed 3 days to recover, so I wouldn't go there ever again.

What a crappy tent. The portions are absolutely horrendous—you pay top price and barely get anything. Pure rip off. Literally 5 small jalapenos on my "loaded" fries. As if that wasn't bad enough, the employees are also rude and not interested at all. Unfriendly, uninterested, and as if you are a burden to them. Just scandalous. Never again.

The Taco Bell was served sloppily, without warming and without a bland and tasteless sauce. In addition, chips were visible in the photo, but it turns out that the dish comes without chips. Really very sad. Was really looking forward to it after my order. The food was delivered cold (and I don't even live far from the restaurant). The food was delivered half unwrapped and outside the packaging. I find it almost scandalous that nothing like a refund or refund could be arranged. Visited first time and has really good experience. Food was tasty and portions were adequate to the price. We were waiting a bit, but not dramatically long, but absolutely understood and took this into account when ordered food while place was busy. I think the workers there are not people, they are robots. We ordered 4 times and these are the statistics of our orders 100% of the orders were delivered with sth missing or wrong 75% of the orderes were delivered totally wrong (either for other people or instead of chicken they put meat or beans) I dont get how they make food, they need to hire a company to supervise how to make orders

This was my first time at a Taco Bell restaurant and I have to be honest that everything I ordered was delicious. Food came to our place quickly and hot. And the atmosphere is really nice. Can't understand the bad recessions at all.

First ever trip to a Taco Bell and probably also the last. The self service ordering machine was out of paper, so no receipt. The staff messed up our order 3 times in a row. The staff seemed unfocused. The general atmosphere at the restaurant was lacking.

I ordered online via Ubereats, after waiting almost an hour for my food my order was canceled for no reason whatsoever. I also did not get my money back, so I could not order elsewhere and therefore had to go without food for an evening. I no longer trust this place and will never order from here again.

I've never eaten something so bad in my entire life. Fries were as limp as anything. The staff are eating from their noses. Then they also forget 2 orders, nahh, you really got me with that!! And not to mention a long wait in that sauna shop of theirs, can't they put air conditioning in that shitty dining tent??!! Completely done with it

Stopped by today for pick up. Got a cup to fill myself. I couldn't take this with me for practical reasons and asked for a can. You get this upon delivery, so I assumed this is also the case with pickup. I was willing to pay extra for a can but the employee was difficult. Can this please be looked into? For example, give the customer the option for an additional fee.

4 people working.. Took them 20 minutes to prepare my order (1 meal + quesedilla). As I walked out they called me back to double check my order. When I got home I found out they gave me the wrong burrito. Fries were undercooked. Never again and I highly discourage you to try it.

The portions are unbelievably small. In the taco supreme there is a little meet, cold unmelted cheddar, sauce and literally 5 tiny shreds of lettuce. Waiting time (even if there is only 10 people inside is around 15 minutes!… Nice to have, but looks cheap

Super super dirty food, it all tastes super old. The tacos are barely filled and the fries are super limp and soggy. They put a lot of sauce in everything, so every bite is just too much and the meat is hard to find. PLEASE NEVER NEVER NEVER EAT HERE. A waste of money and time because you also have to wait a long time

Burritos and tacos hardly contain any meat or chicken. Restaurant probably only has lettuce and tomato in stock. Fries too seasoned and soft/limp. Guacemole for €1 is barely enough in my bowl. Waste of my money.

We arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes before closing time and were rudely thrown out by a waitress just because she didn't want to work anymore! I can't believe I would fire employees like that. There was dog poop outside the store, which made the rancid experience complete. Thanks for nothing.
