Taco Bell in Rotterdam Centrum

Very disappointing experience at Taco Bell. Downstairs, there was virtually no place to sit, and we had to wait about 40 minutes before we received our food. We also didn't receive a receipt or anything with our order number on it, meaning we had to remember the number ourselves while waiting. When we finally went upstairs, it was very chaotic there. There were young people making TikToks in front of the stairs, dancing and blocking the passage and seating of other customers. So, these weren't just people quietly making a video; they were running around, dancing, screaming, and clearly getting in the way of other customers. At one point, they even nearly ran into people with food. An employee came to take a look, but after that, nothing was really done about it. As far as we could see, these young people hadn't even ordered food and were mainly there to charge their phones. Additionally, the hygiene was not up to par either. The toilet paper was gone, the sink and faucet were dirty, the trash cans were full, and several tables had not been cleaned. All in all, it was not a pleasant experience: a long wait, no receipt, limited seating, a lot of noise, and poor hygiene. Hopefully, something will be done about this, because it really could be better.

In the photo, it looked like a good portion. In reality, it was super small and barely filled. On top of that, everything was super salty. Luckily, you could refill your drink for free, because all that salt was a real blow to my stomach. Never again. We threw half of it away.

Genuinely gross. Horrible service. If you want an American Taco Bell experience, stay away from this place. Spent 14 euros on a disgusting meal that tasted almost unsanitary. I’d really like my money back but I doubt that’s happenings

Took volcano burrito for takeaway lunch, it was delicious and served fast.

The food was good. But it took quite a long time before we got our food (20 min). The toilets are really very dirty and this wasn't just from today. For example, the hand dryer was super disgusting.

Food is good and quite inexpensive. The service is shocking though - I've come here quite often and never left with a complete order, they always forget something. Staff are also usually pretty rude.

Last week we had lunch at this Taco Bell outlet. The food was okay and the prices are similar to other fast food restaurants. The cleanliness is average but maybe it was due to the high frequency of customers in that moment. Since we ordered our food at the self service terminals there was no interaction with the staff.

Waiting times are really crazy here man, not normal

Apart from occasionally forgetting what your order was, it is truly AMAZING. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is definitely good.

Workers were very rude. I got a crunch wrap supreme and had barely any meat in it. The atmosphere was not good at all. There also were boys throwing m&ms at me and my family. Before leaving, I saw a mouse going down a wall towards the seats. Absolutely disgusting. It was also very dirty. Probably one of the worst fast food experiences I had so far. Will not return!

I placed an order on Thuisbezorgd at 21:53 and it is now 23:22 and I still haven't received anything. Their phone is unreachable too. On Foodtracker, they haven't even prepared my order; nothing indicates it's on its way. I feel truly robbed and am furious that they aren't responding at all. I really don't trust Taco Bell; nothing for 2 hours until they close, money taken, no order, no food. I still have to call the police the next morning. I have never experienced a place where nothing at all is delivered. Unfortunately, Taco Bell is one of those. What nonsense.

Great Taco Bell at the Lijnbaan. Our order came through quickly, which was really nice. There were plenty of seats available and the toilet is thankfully free. Unfortunately, the tables upstairs weren't very clean, so it took a bit of searching to find a table with as few crumbs or sauce residue as possible. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Whenever there's a Taxi Bell anywhere, we have to go in. Always delicious.

Very good food, however, we initially did not receive exactly what we ordered. Hardly any toilets, and those that are there are moreover very dirty. The food makes up for it all.

Eaten here for the first time. Recommended! Upstairs there was plenty of space and quiet. The quesadilla was tasty but soggy. The fries had way too much seasoning on them. Friendly service though, and I'll try a different dish next time.

If I could rate this a 0 I would they honestly always mess up my order. They never pick up the phone. I go in person to tell them they messed up my order. And they are absolutely so rude about it. This isn’t the first time. It’s like 4 times. I’d say it’s my fault because I knew they kept making it every time but the attitude to when I said it was wrong and even showed the receipts is unacceptable.

I placed an order today at 20:45. Initially, it stated that the order would be delivered between 21:30 and 21:45. Then, I suddenly received a notification that the delivery driver had been cancelled and that a new one was being sought. Subsequently, the delivery time increased again to 22:40 - 22:45. Because it was taking far too long, I eventually went to Taco Bell myself to pick up the order. Upon arrival, my order wasn't even handed over, even though I had already been waiting for over an hour and a half. Truly a bad experience. Poor communication, a huge delay, and absolutely no solution from the restaurant. This was the last time for me.

Big attitude from one of the employees (with glasses and head scarf), our order was ready but we didn’t hear her calling, instead of calling for us (since we were right in front of her) she just cancelled it from the screen.Also,the tables were all dirty and the bathroom as well with no soap in it.

Terrible. I ordered and it took an hour and 10 minutes to be delivered. Everything is cold and sticky and half is missing! Also, no one answers the phone. I am really angry.

From what i heard its a hit or miss probably depending on the crew working but so far i've always enjoyed it. Its like a better version of the US taco bel, feels healthier.

I can’t speak on the service or atmosphere, but having ordered from UberEats, I was actually shocked at how small the Crunchwrap supreme combo was. Maybe 15-20 tortilla chips, a helping of chemically enhanced American cheese sauce (the best part of the meal), and a tortilla folded into itself 10 times, with, and I’m being generous, maybe a quarter of a chicken thigh, and enough lettuce to feed a horse. I’ve never had a more disappointing fast food meal, especially for the price. Like seriously, all I was biting into was tortilla and lettuce, who’s buying this???

The food was delicious, but the place was filthy! Tables weren't cleaned, and there was trash everywhere. The stairs to the upper floor were completely covered in spilled soft drinks. And don't even get me started on the toilet. It was truly disgusting.

It’s a decent place to eat if you enjoy tacos, quesadillas, wraps, etc. Sometimes, it can take forever for your order to be ready but in recent times, it’s been getting better and it has not been so crowded when I’ve gone

Taco menu lacking any flavor, meat minimally at the bottom, tables dirty. Staff not really engaged. Drinks mixed with water? Don't come here again.

Just not the Taco Bell real food any more, skimpy ingredients and no flavor. And a HUGE attitude when I wanted more than 1 sauce packet when I ordered 4 items. So pathetic, so disrespectful- to show me anger when I nicely ask for 1 packet per item. Then I get a full lecture, and even if offer to pay for them - she did not want to ring them up. So, tasteless food, no sauce, no way to buy any. I lived on Taco Bell years ago - now it is not worth drunk cravings or party night even. Good bye - sorry, you will not be seeing me again. I was so happy when I saw taco bell in the centrum!!! As an American I wanted to know if it was a taste of home or not. The cashier was very nice and patient with my excitement lol. I had a hard shell taco supreme and was NOT DISAPOINTED!!! I wish they had used actual sour cream other wise I was in heaven!!! I will go back!!

Great for a snack. It's also nice that you can pour and refill your own drink.

They almost never make your order right. No jalapeños? Expect about 10 of them in there!

To me it's quite a miracle why Taco Bell, here in the center of Rotterdam directly facing towards the McDonalds, is lacking customers compared to that same franchise (in general). The times I eat at Taco Bell, around 5 times a year maybe, I have the feeling I've eaten enough with the costs of an average meal (around 12/14 Euro's), while you feel or experience hunger after a burger menu at the Mc's. Besides that, friendly staff, fresh made, good portions. I've given the service a 4 star rating, always room for improvement, right? 😁 It was not busy at all and I was doing some stuff on my phone, I would think (not as a complaint, as a gesture) a bit of extra would be that my order was delivered to my table. Again, not a complaint at all and not an issue to me I stand up and pick up my plate (I had to to take my drink anyway) but like the welcoming aspect, I guess it would open the eyes and hearts for many fastfoodies (?😅) and will choose MC's neighbour across the street a bit more.

Ordered a Crunchy Taco Supreme and a Crunchwrap Supreme. I had to wait 50 minutes for my order and the food was lukewarm. Both items were barely filled. Very misleading. No repeat visit for me. Very disappointing. You don't expect this for that price.

We have been to almost all Taco Bell restaurants in Nederlands and were great, but this one needs to close down! I usually avoid writing bad reviews but this one needs to be here to warn you for major safety hazards! They gave us hard plastic reusable cups for our drinks.. which where slimy and slippery on the outside but looked clean. When we filled them with coca we saw white thick particles rising on the surface, filing up the cup! Most likely soap! Were dipped but not rinsed out? With a 7up wouldn't shown much, hense you could spend the night in the toilet or even the hospital! This is not just bad service or something unacceptable, this is DANGEROUS!

Very disappointing experience. The staff were miserable, they have no customer service skills. The food is very poor quality and very low on filling, you mostly get wrap and they forgot my cheese sauce. Our food was cold, didn't taste fresh at all and the seating area was very dirty.

Yes, that taco was good, but the burrito didn't have much meat, and I ordered something for dessert that I wasn't familiar with. I tried it, but I didn't like it because it was very hard and too crispy. I asked if I could exchange it for two curios, but the employee said that wasn't possible. I also pointed out that it wasn't labeled as savory, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it. Bad experience.

Don't be fooled by the pictures; they're disproportionate. The tacos are tiny compared to the photo. Keep walking!

Twenty minutes waiting to be served while they served other people who arrived after me. Twenty minutes of staring and smiling at me while ignoring my needs. Three times they went to the checkout and didn't even look at me or respond when I spoke to them. Twenty damn minutes, and they didn't have the slightest decency to even say, "We don't want to serve you." I'm ashamed that companies still hire people like that.

I ordered a stuffed burrito menu for 10 euros, but received a small wrap that was barely filled (see photo). While they put pictures of a thick burrito on the ordering screen, it's simply misleading. Do you know how thick wraps you normally get for 8 euros, with kebabs and so on? That's literally 5x more than the meat in this burrito. I finished it within a minute and I'm still hungry 😮‍💨 This is just a classic case of ripping off the customer. That's no way to treat your customers. Since I see other reviews with similar experiences with meager fillings, I advise against spending money here. I'm giving it two stars because it was ready quickly and the taste was fine. I think it's really stupid for a franchise like this to operate this way. If you just provide decently filled dishes, you'll get much better reviews and more customers, and your turnover will also increase.

The food wasn't very expensive, and thankfully, you can fill your own cup with soft drinks. I didn't receive any napkins, cutlery, or a tray, even though I'd chosen the "eat here" option. That was disappointing, but I think you can still arrange this if you ask at the counter. Accessibility is good; you can park your car at the Schouwburg parking garage and then walk a short distance. I found the ordering kiosk a bit unclear regarding the categories and what you could and couldn't add. But if you come often, you'll get the hang of it. Otherwise, you can also place your order with a staff member at the counter.

The food was good yesterday, now I went today at 11 o'clock it said they were open but after asking the lady inside she gave a sign that they were not open very bad opening times are opening times!!!!

Good fast food, but nothing special. It's not terribly expensive and you can fill up. The fries are good, with spices, cheese sauce, and sour cream. A good alternative to regular, traditional fries. The salad is plain, but fresh and tasty.

A new experience, but a very tasty change of pace. Service isn't fast, but it's acceptable. It's often busy, so I understand. There's a wide selection, so enjoy it. Definitely worth repeating when visiting Rotterdam city center.

First of all, there were 3 boxes for the order and 2 of them did not work, we waited for a long time. As a result of the wait, I was not happy, everything is sloppy. Not to mention toilets, no napkins, no soap, disgusting. At least if the drink was good, there was no ice on it and I drank it warm with coke. In a word, it's regular.

The store is beautifully located downtown. The food is delicious. Cons: The store is dirty. The restrooms have been vandalized. Of course, it's not their fault, but it looks like it's been that way for a while. When you come down the stairs, you can see the ingredients counter. Unfortunately, it doesn't look very appetizing.

The food was cold. They don't really know anything about hygiene here. I couldn't take good pictures, but I did take three, but they don't really show how chaotic it is.
