Yes, that taco was good, but the burrito didn't have much meat, and I ordered something for dessert that I wasn't familiar with. I tried it, but I didn't like it because it was very hard and too crispy. I asked if I could exchange it for two curios, but the employee said that wasn't possible. I also pointed out that it wasn't labeled as savory, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it. Bad experience.

Don't be fooled by the pictures; they're disproportionate. The tacos are tiny compared to the photo. Keep walking!

Twenty minutes waiting to be served while they served other people who arrived after me. Twenty minutes of staring and smiling at me while ignoring my needs. Three times they went to the checkout and didn't even look at me or respond when I spoke to them. Twenty damn minutes, and they didn't have the slightest decency to even say, "We don't want to serve you." I'm ashamed that companies still hire people like that.

I ordered a stuffed burrito menu for 10 euros, but received a small wrap that was barely filled (see photo). While they put pictures of a thick burrito on the ordering screen, it's simply misleading. Do you know how thick wraps you normally get for 8 euros, with kebabs and so on? That's literally 5x more than the meat in this burrito. I finished it within a minute and I'm still hungry 😮‍💨 This is just a classic case of ripping off the customer. That's no way to treat your customers. Since I see other reviews with similar experiences with meager fillings, I advise against spending money here. I'm giving it two stars because it was ready quickly and the taste was fine. I think it's really stupid for a franchise like this to operate this way. If you just provide decently filled dishes, you'll get much better reviews and more customers, and your turnover will also increase.

Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. We're actually big Taco Bell fans and are always happy when we find one abroad—whether in Spain, England, or elsewhere. The food has always been good, but this location in Rotterdam was absolutely terrible. We were served the wrong food (nachos instead of fries) and they didn't even say anything about it. The employees seemed totally unmotivated, and overall, the place was pretty dirty. Unfortunately, the food was also tasteless—the tacos were barely filled and didn't match the standard you'd normally expect from Taco Bell. It's a shame, we were really looking forward to it, but this time it was just disappointing.

The food wasn't very expensive, and thankfully, you can fill your own cup with soft drinks. I didn't receive any napkins, cutlery, or a tray, even though I'd chosen the "eat here" option. That was disappointing, but I think you can still arrange this if you ask at the counter. Accessibility is good; you can park your car at the Schouwburg parking garage and then walk a short distance. I found the ordering kiosk a bit unclear regarding the categories and what you could and couldn't add. But if you come often, you'll get the hang of it. Otherwise, you can also place your order with a staff member at the counter.

Employees are not only rude but also very slow. There are mice in the restaurant and they don’t clean the tables well.

Good fast food, but nothing special. It's not terribly expensive and you can fill up. The fries are good, with spices, cheese sauce, and sour cream. A good alternative to regular, traditional fries. The salad is plain, but fresh and tasty.

First of all, there were 3 boxes for the order and 2 of them did not work, we waited for a long time. As a result of the wait, I was not happy, everything is sloppy. Not to mention toilets, no napkins, no soap, disgusting. At least if the drink was good, there was no ice on it and I drank it warm with coke. In a word, it's regular.

The store is beautifully located downtown. The food is delicious. Cons: The store is dirty. The restrooms have been vandalized. Of course, it's not their fault, but it looks like it's been that way for a while. When you come down the stairs, you can see the ingredients counter. Unfortunately, it doesn't look very appetizing.

The food was cold. They don't really know anything about hygiene here. I couldn't take good pictures, but I did take three, but they don't really show how chaotic it is. In general ordering is easy and there is enough seating. The chicken and meat is tasty, well seasoned, halal. But it is just so cold the cheddar is NOT MELTED?? It is all just a pile pushed into a taco. The chicken tenders were really suuupeeerr tasty. I would go again just for that and the free refill. However, the service takes a long time. And they do not do it in order which in my opinion is wrong. The toilet as the reviews for me: the soap dispenser is not in order and broken. Overall 3/5 stars.

2 hours and 15 minutes waiting for our order via Uber. Everything stone cold, no cheese sauce on the cheese fries, missing items and a big mouth from the delivery guy that we just need to be more patient. That's not how it works people.

I used to come here a lot but it seems like they changed the recipes. The ground beef tastes completely different, the taco shells are completely different and even the vegetables taste different. I used to recommend Taco Bell but unfortunately not anymore. We were very disappointed with our food.

The place was very dirty, with all the tables left unclean. We had to wait a long time for our order, even though it wasn’t busy at the time. The tacos were too small and lacked meat, but the nachos were good.

Easy to reach, especially if you are already in the city. The food did take a bit longer to be ready, so you have to be patient. Otherwise nothing special, but nice to have tried once if you are in the area. Just fine for a quick bite! We were there on a weekday afternoon, and it was nice and quiet. Enough seats available, so you could sit relaxed without the hustle and bustle around you.

I eat here regularly, but this was unfortunately the last time. I had ordered a menu and paid an extra euro for fries with cheese sauce. To my surprise, there was hardly any sauce on it. When I politely asked if I could have some extra sauce, I was told that every employee adds a different amount, but I had never received so little. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture of it to make it clear how little it was. I hardly had any cheese sauce. What bothered me the most was the way my request was handled. Right after the employee had put my extra euro in the cash register, I heard someone say: “Yes, you are not getting your cancer cheese.” I found that downright shocking, disrespectful and completely unprofessional — especially since I had just paid for it. After that, I asked other employees for help, but I was completely ignored. No one wanted to speak to me or help me. To make matters worse, I did not get my money back. I often eat out, but I have never experienced such unfriendly and arrogant treatment. Really disappointing and I won't be coming back here again.

We had a delicious meal. Ready quickly. Sufficiently warm and excellent in taste. There was plenty of room. Fortunately, the toilets are free and neat. Unfortunately: I ordered a Combo 2-Taco. 3 tacos continuously appeared on the display. I couldn't delete any of them. When I asked, I was told that the third taco was "Wednesday Taco Day", but it was Tuesday, and it was free. I later saw on the bill that I had paid €1 for it. Not neat. Especially since 2 tacos are enough for me.

Today I went to Taco with my husband and placed an order to pick up, it was busy when we were there, the staff was few, they first delivered at home or Uber Eats, so we customers had to wait longer. After 2 hours I was home, it was a real shame, even the MC and other food chains not that long you have to enforce that someone only picks up at home and the other customers everything goes wrong and after coming home I was left with only 2 measly tomatoes while you normally get a lot, this is not what I call service planning well for the future how or what I wouldn't know want to order or eat there...

Floor sticky everywhere, small portions don't go there

The place was busy, which is no surprise as the time was slightly after 6PM. However, for a place that falls under the "fast food" category, waiting over 30 minutes for an order is egregious. We ordered at 18:27, and the food was handed to us at 18:59. So after a 30+ minute wait, the food is handed to us barely lukewarm. We didn't wait to check either, right after receiving our order we touched the food. Later we discovered that a part of our order was not included either, despite (of course) paying for it & it being on our receipt. The taste was extremely bland. I understand why they give you sauce to use with it, but the sauce did not help at all. Extremely soggy nacho's are also not exactly what you are waiting/paying for. Altogether, extremely disappointing. I can't stop you from ordering here, but I really, REALLY recommend you don't.

The portions are small but delicious. Sometimes you really have to wait a long time after ordering. The taste and menu are above average for a fast food restaurant. But I can't say the same thing about cleanliness. Especially the serving trays are always wet for some reason. I don't think it would be very difficult to dry them before giving them to the customer.
