No idea, it was closed even though it showed as open...

It was my first time at Taco Bell. Even though it was a busy Thursday, the place looked closed. Tables, chairs, and a sign were still inside. Ordering via self-service was no problem. There was no one there besides us, but we still had to wait a bit. The burritos and tacos were a bit bland in taste. The fries and nachos, on the other hand, were very salty and peppery. Also, one of the crunchy tacos was a soft taco. The caramel churros and the cinnamon twisters were good. The salad didn't come with dressing, so it was pretty bland. OK, but not much of a repeat.

Delicious food, but they put very little meat on the products. You're already being shown out of the store more than an hour before closing time; I just don't feel welcome. (Update) I recently ate here again, and it's only gotten worse. There was even a moment when all the employees walked out and there was no one behind the counter or in the kitchen. This lasted about 15 minutes. I thought it was very strange. The worst part, however, is just the scarcity of meat on the products. I think I'll never go back.

Sadly, it's bankrupt. 😥 The only fast food restaurant in Amersfoort where you could still walk in without having to fight your way past a wall of foreign perfume, and losing everything before you even got to the checkout, even if you'd even survived by not being run over by fat bikes... tragic.

The food was inedible. I'm very picky, so I didn't want half the toppings on the Supreme Nachos, and I mentioned that. I also wanted the sour cream on the side. My order arrived quickly, but it was anything but what I'd asked for. They had all the toppings I didn't want, and only the sour cream was on the side. I went back and asked if they could take it away because I thought it would be a shame to throw it away. They took the topping off and thankfully added some nachos since half of it was off. But then they put sour cream back on top. The sour cream was very cold, as if it had been in the refrigerator, and it didn't taste good with the nachos. The service was fine for me, since I speak English, but I was served by someone who didn't even speak Dutch. Not recommended for picky eaters, anyway. Such a shame; money wasted on absolutely nothing.

Taco Bell, I didn't know it existed in the Netherlands, but there is one here. Ordering on giant iPads, it looks like McDonalds. Unfortunately they only have 2 of those screens, so if there are visitors with choice stress and large orders swiping in front of you, you have to be patient. The food is not bad for fast food standards. Much less bad than the previously mentioned McDonalds, the churros were even kind of tasty. All in all a useful experience, whether this first Taco Bell visit is also the last will tell.

Drove quite a bit to arrive where a young man laughingly tells me that they are closing earlier today and that I have to leave. It would have been nice if this had been indicated somewhere.

Be careful with takeout food here, today they "forget" to put 2 out of 4 burritos in my order; the other 2 were without meat, that should be there according to the description

Good food, fast good service! Very nice. My only problem is that the music is always so terribly loud here. I can barely hear my friends on the other side of the table. Doesn't create a very nice atmosphere unfortunately. Otherwise always very friendly and you are helped well.

Well, very fast food place, definitely food quality could be better.

Food was decent, nothing wrong with it. The taste was kind of bland, not bad, just different than I expected. It is quite obviously fast food but seems slightly healthier than many alternatives like Mcdonald's. The atmosphere was very good, they had a machine that you can use to pour drinks into a cup and it was a very modern machine and definitely added to the atmosphere. When you get food they use a bell to notify you, or the bell is often used to call you when your food is ready. The atmosphere is almost unmatched, it's just very good. No crowded lines. Do you have to go for a day without cooking due to busy schedules? Then this will be your solution. It is a good alternative for many other options we have in the fast food scene.

Slechte service ik ga hier nooit meer eten persoon met oranje pet wilde mij voor schut zetten ik vroeg om extra saus hij zij oké en pakte mijn friet en kwam terug met een b*tch lach en zij dat hij extra saus op mijn friet heeft gezet wat niet zo was K draaide me om en hoorde hem lachen en over mij roddelen wat ik natuurlijk niet accepteer dus hier is zijn kop en ik kom hier heel vaak lang ik wil hem daar niet meer zien ik wil dat hij ontslagen word

It’s been awhile (a couple of years) since I had Taco Bell and now to have it in The Netherlands…I am satisfied. It’s not up to par yet with the US,but it was good! The service, the vibes,the cleanliness and the workers there (shoutout to the girl working at the front!) We had the crunchwrap supreme,soft taco,gordita crunch supreme,fries,nacho sauce,cinnamon twists and churros. Will be coming back to have some more,but for know my heart and soul is content. Just like the old Taco Bell commercials in the 90’s,”Yo Quiero Taco Bell!” (R.I.P. Gidget the Chihuahua.)

We were there this afternoon. I wanted to ask something at the counter but then I saw an employee sitting on the counter and working on his phone. Very unsanitary. We just went again.

When we arrived, the staff was sitting on the counter playing with their phone We immediately turned around. In terms of hygiene, this is a no go.

Had to go back twice because I had received the wrong sauce and the soure cream I ordered twice had not been received in one go. Employees did not know what and how to enter the cash register. Delivered to my home next time...then I am always satisfied

The employees closed their doors during lunch time (1:00 PM). They saw me, ignored me and just walked back to continue smoking. It's supposed to open at 12 noon.

Excellent TacoBell, cannot be compared to the American menu and standard, it is much better there

It just isn't it. Poorly stocked, few extra options to choose from and half of the staff just looking around.

Crunchwraps, fire sauce and some bangin' tunes, what more could you want? This is one of the better taco bells I've visited! Good vibes 🌮✌️

Receipts were empty in the machine and I just noticed that the staff was doing everything but their best, my quesadillas had been cut while they were clearly not looking, so one piece was about 3 quarters of that thing and the other pieces were divided over a quarter. I went back to the counter to ask if they could cut it again. I got a rude response back with "that's how we do it here." I actually waited 15 minutes for my order while I was the only one who ordered something and there were 3 people in the kitchen and I didn't order much, just for 2 people.

Tasty and fresh food. This location changed my previous perspective from Taco Bell.

The price of the food is less 10 euros, including unlimited drinking water. Order food online Convenient and fast.

Better alternatives for other fast food places in the area, although recently slacked off a bit. Still better than most places though, and their combi meals are pretty great.

The service is phenomenal, the woman working today was so nice and I got extra hot sauce which I really REALLY appreciate. The food was incredible and the vibe at the place was super chill. Overall best Taco Bell experience so far, this place slaps.

They forget to deliver something themselves, do not want to deliver it afterwards, no excuses whatsoever and if this indicates that I find it strange, they hang up the phone. Don't order here people.

Ordered and collected on December 4. Unfortunately, I only saw it when I arrived home and did not have the opportunity to go back, otherwise I would certainly have done so. Sandwiches were awful. Literally only eaten bread (lovage) and it was barely filled.

Portions far too small, food nothing special!!! Disappointing

Food fine, but staff not involved or interested at all. Yesterday there was a pin malfunction that made ordering impossible, but it can happen of course and there is little the staff can do about it. But what they can do is inform the 10+ customers who are waiting. Instead, they stood in the back of the kitchen, staring at their phones. When I motioned one forward to ask what was going on, I was looked at with a rare blankness. He couldn't do anything. ..the suggestion that it is polite to inform the waiting customers instead of being busy with your social activities did not really get through.....what should he say then, and he walked away again. No sign of customer friendliness and involvement. Shame.....

Wasn't necessarily disappointing. The food itself was tasty, the staff not very special but not bad either. The toilets were super dirty. Clearly not that it had simply not been cleaned for 1 afternoon. The toilet brush had a lot of dust on it and was covered in shit. Corners in the toilet sticky. Really gross. I always think this gives such a distorted picture. If the customer toilets are treated like this, I don't really want to know what the state of the kitchen is like.

At Taco Bell Amersfoort I recently tried a Burrito Bowl and the Fully Loaded Fries, and I have to say it was surprisingly delicious! The flavors were well balanced and the portions were more than sufficient. The staff deserves compliments. They were very friendly and created a pleasant atmosphere. At times when there were no other customers in the shop, there was laughter and screeching - you really felt the good vibes. As for the place itself, it was generally clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the hygiene in the men's toilet was disappointing. The room was quite dirty, and the toilet lid was loose, which didn't exactly leave a nice impression. All in all a great experience with delicious food and friendly staff, but there is certainly room for improvement in terms of hygiene in the toilet.

Ordered food COLD Taco that was not properly wrapped was open and broken The food was really small, I couldn't even fill my 5-year-old child with it. I didn't want beans and corn and I got extra corn and beans One half of my borrito was full of guacamole and the other half almost nothing My guacamole was just half uncut and had chunks of avocado all over it I asked for extra cheese, I received almost no cheese, the order would take thirty minutes, but I waited an hour and a half and it was not even adjusted in the home delivery app Never again, I would much rather go to Taco Mundo

Good food, but the restaurant closes at all times via Thuisbezorgd while you are still ordering for several weeks in a row, so I simply don't have the energy to ever order there again. Fine if there is a special reason for rush hour and such. But please indicate this in advance because then you can order in advance without multiple parties becoming irritated.

This is how all fast food should be. There is hardly any waiting, fresh drinks, free refill.

If I order something to eat an hour in advance before they close, it is canceled an hour and a half later. And after calling they hang up in your ear, top chain with top service.

Honestly, I had zero expectation for Taco Bell because I had not that good experience in another country. However, I had a good experience here. The components of menu were nice and everything included was delicious.

Food is good compared to the location in Utrecht. Employees are friendly and ensure that your food is served quickly despite the crowds. Come here often for the taco bell

Broken tacos. I ordered one taco to try out. At the table it turned out that the paper had already been broken into several pieces. Impossible to eat normally anymore. Taste was fine, especially with the bag of spicy sauce, but I think it's very sad to give customers broken hardshell tacos.

Ordered 1 fries with hot chicken and 1 fries with minced meat for 6.50 each. the quantity for the price was good. Until we started eating it was cold, limp and tasted like cardboard. Only thing that was good was the cheese sauce. After this my wife cooked a nice meal so in the end we had a good meal. Also picked up today, what grave music. Also much too hard It's that I had already ordered food but left quickly. No one was allowed to sit down because someone wanted to clean there.

I am speechless about the food, delicious and affordable (something I don't encounter often lately). The atmosphere in the store is also great, nice interior and good music. Only the service is terrible... If you are not familiar with the ordering stations within the restaurant and would prefer to be helped at the cash register, you must take into account a 20-minute wait... No understanding from the employees and you are skipped in front of you but the ubereats delivery people are treated like kings.

Not tasty. This restaurant is around the corner from my daughter. So we picked it up and walked 10 steps further, so we ate within 5 minutes. It didn't have time to cool or get soggy. Fries were limp and not crispy as promised. The 2 crispy hard tacos were without flavor. 1 with chicken and 1 with beef. No...this wasn't tasty...it wasn't the main prize with a coke 8.95. But I threw it away and made a cheese sandwich. It could also not be a meal, more of a snack. Too bad, maybe better at another branch, but I will never try it again.

Incomplete orders, cannot be reached by telephone. Making no effort for the customer and hiding behind the large delivery services.

It took almost 2 hours for the food to be delivered, which was really crappy. The food itself was okay: not bad, but not very tasty either. And not very warm anymore. I don't recommend this case.

Loaded nacho’s vielen erg in de smaak. Ruim belegd met cheddar, tomatensalsa, sour cream en guacamole. Nog een taco en enchilada’s geprobeerd, ook deze waren goed van smaak. Dat je je drinken zelf kunt pakken en opnieuw vullen is echt een pluspunt, dit draagt bij aan een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Sanitair mag schoner, maar wellicht net op het verkeerde moment geweest. Restaurant zag er verder netjes uit. Ik zou zeker nog eens terug gaan, als ik zin heb in een snelle hap met een Mexicaanse twist.

Food at Taco Bell is great, the decor is quite impressive for an fast food restaurant. Downsides are that cash isn't accepted and it takes a long time for the food to reach the table.

Substantial difference between chicken and meat filling. I recomnend the meat. Overal great food for in between meals.. 😉

Was mijn eerste keer Taco Bell en het viel helaas een beetje tegen, de smaak was prima maar de taco was koud (Ik moet maar 2 min lopen naar mijn hotel dus daar lag het niet aan) en de crunchwrap had heel erg weinig kip.

Lekker eten! Goeie keuze als je zin hebt in fast food. Met name de churros, loaded nachos en cheese quessedilla. Helaas niet super veel Vega opties maar ze zijn er wel. Je drinken mag je gratis hervullen 👌 Raad t aan, vooral als je eerst langs horizon bent geweest.. 👀

This was our first Taco Bell visit ever (unfortunately we don't have one at home) and it was just great! The people there were nice and helping us through, the food was delicious and the tables clean and comfortable.

De Frietjes waren best kleine porties jammer genoeg.. maar niet normaal lekker!! De Wraps zijn echt enorm lekker, echt een van de beste die ik ooit heb gegeten. Drinken was ook super lekker en heel chill dat je het zelf weer mag bijvullen. Zeker een aanrader! 😄

Eten is lekker maar niet echt bijzondere plek te zitten.

Wer auf Texmex steht, genau das richtige, ich liebe Burritos, du kannst dein Getränke selber nachfühlen +, die Klimaanlage war etwas zu hoch eingestellt, bei einer außen Temperatur von ca. 21°, auch die Crispi Chorus, waren lecker.

Pulled in by the pictures of the food we got disappointed. Not that it is bad food, no it's good ant tasty but the portions are so small that the money you pay for it is not worth it.

Usually the food is great but I guess this time there were new staff and they were really stingy on the meat!

Gatveredamme wat was het hier VIES! Tafels plakte en de vloer was echt Mega ranzig! Hoekjes in geen weken schoongemaakt. Onder de tafels dikke lagen stof en viezigheid. De tv's waren meer strepen dan dat je wat kon zien. Hoop dat de keuken schoner was! Schoonmaken gebeurd met een flinke Franse slag. Bha! Eten was wel lekker... Dat dan weer wel!

Welch ein Glück, dass es Taco Bell in den Niederlanden gibt. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und es schmeckt. Es gibt viele vegetarische Angebote. Das Personal ist freundlich und auch kurz vor Ladenschluss noch voller guter Laune.

Very good idea to serve Mexican street food. The prices are normal, but I can tell that after some hours, I was very hungry again...

Erg lekker eten en veel variatie. Bij afhalen wel zo nu en dan dingen die vergeten worden en kan soms best lang duren.

We ordered through the site of thuisbezorgd always takes a while on saturdays fair enough (Everybody loves the bell). Sadly when we finally got the order, we didn't get the right one. After a call they fixed it all and we got our original order. Props for the service thanks 👏🙌

Food was tasty and fast cooked. We ordered to eat in and they gave it to take away due to they wanted to close, they must have said this before to order because outside it was raining.

Wij zijn hier vrijdag 27 mei 2022 geweest. Je kunt via de automaat bestellen en aan de balie. Wij wilden het proberen aan de automaat: veel te ingewikkeld. Hierop naar de balie. We werden vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Wij hebben 2 menu's besteld met taco's. Het drinken moet je zelf pakken. Helaas zat er geen ketchup of mayo bij de friet, de medewerker had dat niet gevraagd. Hierop moest ik weer naar de balie en werd ik door iemand anders geholpen. Ketchup kost € 0,65, dus ik leeg een muntje van € 1 neer. Helaas kun je alleen pinnen. Die medewerker was nieuw en had de grootste moeite met de kassa. Het duurde daarom te lang en het eten werd kouder. De taco's smaken, maar zijn niet geweldig. Zelf maken we ze lekkerder. Voor een snelle hap voor niet te veel geld is dit niet verkeerd.

Yup, I had to go here as we do not have one in the town I live in. Same menu as in the states, but cost more. Food tasted good and was made fresh and was hot. Good for a quick lunch!

Bij Taco Bell heb ik een aantal keren iets besteld. Het duurt enorm lang voordat je jouw bestelling hebt. Zo heb ik een keer een uur lang moeten wachten. Vervolgens was het eten niet lekker en te weinig. Geen aanrader dus!

Taco Bell Amersfoort is een redelijk groot restaurant met een fijne ambiance, waar je relaxed kan dineren maar ook kan afhalen. De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk en servicegericht. De gerechtjes zijn lekker maar niet zo heel erg groot.
