Taco Mundo Maastricht in Wijk 00 Centrum

It has been over 1h and a half and I still have not recieved my order although it says it was delivered…? Calling them is also not an option, says number is currently unavailable. Edit: order never arrived.

I am writing this order still waiting for the food. It has been almost 2 hours. Unacceptable. Compensation should be given

The food itself was good, but unfortunately not to my taste. I am very satisfied with the delivery, though. The food was hot and arrived fifteen minutes earlier than indicated, even though it's definitely a 15-20 minute drive away.

Food finally delivered 1h30m after ordering, and more than 40m after the estimated delivery time shown when ordering. Called the store: "yeah it's busy". No apology, no voucher for next time. If you can't fulfill within an hour, you should stop accepting new orders.

I ordered a chicken burrito, but there was hardly any chicken in it. The dish was almost entirely vegetables, and the flavor was very disappointing.

We should have received a 25% discount via Thuisbezorgd, but then we couldn't order there. However, you didn't get the discount in the store, and after ordering you could suddenly order online again. Then we still didn't get the difference back. We weren't helped in a friendly way, the portions are small and the chicken in the burrito was pink, sticky and raw, which is completely outrageous. We could have gotten sick and I would really like the money back. By the way, the online customer form doesn't work, so I would like to have an email address to contact, or for the company to contact me.

Pathetic failure all around- I ordered well in advance, with instructions to meet me in the hotel lobby. I kept an eye on the delivery status while I waited in the lobby and it never showed delivered. After 30 minutes I gave up, that’s when the hotel staff notified me they had received it 15 minutes ago, somehow I had missed them. The delivery was late, but now enough time had passed for it to also be cold. Even at that point I could telll this was still a terrible value, food was ok, but not nearly good enough in quality or quantity to justify the poor service and high price. Avoid at all costs

Went ther for churros and it was such a bad quality. Also the atmosphere there just doesn’t feel welcoming.

I ordered 2 quesadillas and 2 Flautas with some Churros and Chocolate sauce. The food arrived pretty much on time, but was missing the Churros (not the sauce though). Now I am unable to reach out virtually anyhow to Taco Mundo Maastricht because I cannot call the number online (maybe it doesn't work with a non-dutch number?), there is no e-mail address provided online anywhere that I could contact instead, and the Klantenservice form online demands an order number which I cannot find on any receipts. I paid a total of over 26 bucks and that's just too much for 2 quesadillas and two mini tortilla wraps. Impossible to reach out to them. Uber Eats sent 1,52 € in recompensation fees, but it's not the Uber Eats employees who pack this order, it was clearly a fault on Taco Mundo's side. I therefore do not expect monetary compensation from a third party that had nothing to do with their mistake, and clearly 1,52€ is a laugh at the actual price of the item on the menu. Trust in the company, especially the ability to reach out in any way whatsoever, has clearly been breached, and we will never order again.

My first time in this franchise (Eindhoven) was really positive! But in this one, my god, what a disappointment... I don't know if the stuffing tastes different from one establishment to another, but it was bad! In addition, the cleanliness was catastrophic; the stairs leading to the toilets were full of dirt/dust, I even saw a spider taking it easy. And the toilets, as you can imagine, were not any better. I don't recommend.

I had a very bad experience at this restaurant, we had to wait long for our food the restaurant wasnt busy at all. The workers were rude and were telling us ti eat fast even though we were on time. The food was also bad the fries were old and cold they seemed like they were warmed up in the microwave. The cheese on top of the fries tasted off as if they were expired. And the worst of all the was a spiderweb in the fries. i wouldnt recommend to eat at this place.

I ordered food via Uber Eats and made some mistakes on the order because I wasn’t sure of the address where I was but they ended up delivering my order the next day. Which I appreciated very much. And to the person that replied to my Uber ears review, I am sorry but they won’t let me change it. It was done the night the food went missing when I was upset. But again, thank you for sending it again!

Some of the salsas are good and the quesadillas with pineapple are quite nice. If you know what to get it can be good. That being said some other items were surprisingly bad.

Contacted supported about this in August, asked for an update in Oktober but never received a response at all. Edit: Based on the reaction in this review i resend a mail hoping i would get an answer this time, but unfortunately still nothing about a month later.

Delivery person gave my food to the wrong person. Too bad he hadn't stolen it just yet, then I wouldn't have had to eat it myself 💀

If you order a taco for 8.50 you get 10 percent minced meat and 90 percent iceberg lettuce. The Taco is limp and falling apart. However, the food is served quickly and the people who work there are friendly. Unfortunately not worth repeating for me

I recently ordered and had the best service ever. Due to a very busy day I didn't have time to go to the supermarket and I asked if they could take something small with them when they passed a supermarket. Not only did they do this, but they also arrived at my place earlier than predicted! In addition, the food was still warm and delicious, good for an evening meal! The friendly delivery and the delicious meal honestly made my day a lot better. Definitely recommended if you like Tacos!

Really not recommended at all!! Fries were super lukewarm and limp and tasteless. The burrito was also really hard to eat. I took 1 bite and then threw it away because it was not tasty at all! For the money you pay, 30 euros for 2 people is really not worth it.

Great potential, but what a crappy place, you don't even get around to eating... The website and app don't allow you to order things to pick up. Only central telephone number via 0900 number. App full of illogical distractions and error messages typed by someone 4 years old... It's incomprehensible that such a bunch of idiots can grow so big.

The paper packaging has more flavour than the undercooked garbage they serve as food. A pile of sand would be less dry than one of their burritos. Awful.

Scandalously small portions! 30 euros for two people and both terribly hungry. The portions are really smaller than ridiculous. Then you could have laughed, but this is just fraud.

Listening is apparently difficult, which is why I did not receive a full order and had to return. Apparently it was not possible to pay for a drink either. That's what you have with those pre-programmed cash registers. Food was delicious.

For the price you can get much better burritos elsewhere in the market.

You come in here as if it were a club house, people are just chilling there, the employee at the cash register is just standing there with earphones in. I have to repeat my order 5 times and they still forget half and they don't have the other half right as soon as they arrive. If you say something kindly, the owner or manager reacts very defensively and puts the blame on the customer. Portions are very small. Not much meat. Highly recommended.

Very good restaurant. Super super quick delivery. Only fifteen minutes delivery from Market to De Heeg. This delivery man is the Master! Our area is a labyrinth so we were amazed how fast. The food is Hot. Fresh. Taken care making it. Fresh ingrediënts for the best price possible. So delicious food. 3 meals for only 20 euro's faster than one can blink his eyes!!

The food in this place is tasteless. I think they should improve the quality of their fillings and use actually what the dish says it has and not only rice and beans (the beans taste like beans that came straight from the can) sorry for the bad review guys, but it is not nice to offer food like this to people.

I've ordered something here several times and it remains delicious. Always arrive exactly on time and very friendly delivery staff! Food is delicious and absolutely filling! Price is also reasonable for what you get, definitely recommended!

I normally dont write reviews but in this case I felt it obligated to do so. To call these sompy objects they serve food, is not only an insult to mexican food but also to food in general. Its one big tasteless cardboard scam. I had zero pleasure puting this disappointment wrapped in a quessedilla in my mouth. I warn everybody who wants to eat here, it sucks. Absolutely horrible customer service experience. Ordered food via Thuisbezorgd and it didn't specify the ingredients. There was an ingredient on it that one of us was allergic to so we called to explain the situation and asked for a new item without that ingredient. The people on the phone were unbelievably rude - these are the cheapest ingredients to provide (literally chips rice and veggies) and we were told off in the worst way possible. Would have been so easy to just try and give the customer a good experience, the owner was shockingly awful, we were told it was our fault and that they couldn't care less. Please don't give these people money and just go to a place where they care about human decency.

It would be nice if a restaurant would serve their customers like people. A simple request to remove cheese from a dish—so a person who can't eat cheese would be able to eat—was too much for them to handle.

We ordered a veggie-meal, which turned out to have cheese. When we called and told them, that the specification of the meal did not have a word on it having cheese, the worker got really defensive. It was not so much about getting a replacement, but the restaurant's reaction to someone telling them that their menu was confusing and let to someone not have what they thought they would, was very negative and got the person who was not able to eat (me) feeling sad and embarrassed.

I ordered a menu with a burrito and chasedilla. It was super tasty. The service was also really quick and hospitable. The burritos are small in length but generously filled, so you'll feel full.

Ordered food there. It arrived very quickly. The bowl and the enchilada were very tasty. Unfortunately, the tacos were a little difficult to eat and unfortunately didn't meet the expectations of a taco. But it was still tasty.

Just very mediocre. The quesadillas were serviceable: like a bad McDonalds burger, they were not gross per sé, but I could have done something more exciting by myself. Good amount of cheese though. The empanadas I did not enjoy at all: they seemed to have been fried straight out of the freezer, and the dough and the filling were an uncomfortable texture and taste... For good Mexican food, go somewhere else. But if nothing else is open and I'm really hungry, I would probably choose this place over starving.

Nacho a la Mexicana Classic Everything was stuck together. No beans in it. Not recommended. Nacho Texan Style Nacho was supposed to be overbaked with cheese. Simply spreading ground cheese over it is not recommended. Paid dearly for poor quality.

Extremely disgusting meal, both the burrito and quesadilla combined in one menu. Definitely not a coriander lover and this was also indicated, but unfortunately it was still included in the burrito and not too economical. The quesadilla was a hunk of cheese without any of the accompanying ingredients. I threw everything in the trash and then got a ready-made meal from the supermarket, which tasted much better. The first and last time I order food from Taco Mundo.

Had some delicious street tacos with pulled chicken and guacamole and some warm churros! Really gentle and kind staff. The service was very good and fast as well! I would recommend to give it a try!
