We enjoyed a wonderful five-course meal. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the wine and aperitif complemented the dishes perfectly. The restaurant's atmosphere is sophisticated, quiet, and elegant – just right for a romantic and cozy evening. We felt completely at ease and would gladly return. Thank you for a lovely evening!

Ate there a while ago but didnt want to leave a review. The food is overpriced and average but main thing is the owner. I saw some homeless (?) guy/student plucking fruit from the apples trees in the parking lot. Whole ground was littered with apples fallen from the tree. The owner came out and verbally accosted the guy, saying that he didnt want riff-raff there and told him to get lost. The guy wasnt bothering anybody and was likely just picking fruit that would otherwise go to waste. Gives the impression the owner is out of touch and a bit a snob.

The owner is very rude and cancels reservations without reason. I was also threatened by the owner during a phone call.

The owner physically assaulted my 67-year-old mother yesterday. Please stay away if you care about your own safety or the safety of your loved ones.

Quiet and green setting. Pleasant on a summer evening. The service is impeccable; the staff is friendly, attentive, and very responsive. The food quality is very good; I'd recommend it again with a larger group. Dogs are welcome on the terrace.

What a fantastic evening we had, thanks to Social Deal. It was a gift from the kids. There was absolutely nothing to indicate that we were there through Social Deal; we've had different experiences with this. Wiel's daughter was a fantastic hostess, and we heard a lot of comments about her approach. Our taste buds were also thoroughly stimulated. Visitors from Tefaf were among the guests, and they too had nothing but praise for the price and quality of this top-notch chef's offerings. We will definitely be back.

That was a strange sensation my husband had made a reservation via the fork and wanted to ask if we could come earlier than stated on our reservation. The phone was on speaker and I heard a very irritated man who did not really listen to my husband. We had not made a reservation that was not possible and that was that. Apparently they have too many overbookings and the restaurant was full but instead of starting a conversation this man reacted so unkindly and unreasonably that I really do not understand how you speak to your guest like that. He then pointed out to us that there are enough restaurants in Maastricht yes I know that too we live in Valkenburg we have them too but we really wanted to eat there. You understand of course that that will never happen again. He even threatened my husband that he would be beaten up if he came to complain... Special to experience.... I hope he is not the owner that would be even worse and if so he apparently thinks he can afford this....

Ended up here via Social Deal, so I didn't pay too much for the food. But the food was nothing special. No risk of recurrence.

We had a 7-course menu and were very satisfied with the food. There was a varied menu with surprises, for example with the Japanese soup. We really enjoyed the duck with orange sauce in the main course. The service was very friendly. The wines on offer matched the food and were of a good standard. The ambience inside seems a little old. The outdoor area deserves more attention. The price seemed reasonable to us. We will come back.

The veal in the main course was tough, the Japanese soup was tasteless, the refreshment with lemon ice cream was delicious, and the vodka foam didn't make this course a highlight either. A trash can is missing from the women's restroom and ants are climbing the window sills.

We had indicated in advance that my girlfriend eats vegan. Although it turned out not to have gone through properly, it was resolved fantastically and we both enjoyed an extensive, delicious vegan menu! The service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is nicely decorated and offers a very nice atmosphere. Definitely recommended.

Had a delicious meal at Manjefiek. Both vegetarian. Beautiful dishes with taste surprises. Nice service. Also thoughtful. We had made a reservation and asked for vegetarian at the last minute. No problem . All in all highly recommended.

We made a reservation here quite last minute to have something to eat after our visit to the Classic Car Show. It also indicated that one of us eats low-carb. They responded well to this and made adjustments where possible. We had a 3-course menu via a dinner voucher offer, so it was a surprise what we would get to eat. That was a very pleasant surprise. The lobster mousse beforehand was wonderfully creamy, followed by a pink salmon fillet with capers, which created a flavor explosion in your mouth. As a main course, pork tenderloin from a local farmer with a balsamic sauce and a blend of various carrots on puree. The desert consisted of a chocolate mousse, a mocha cake and mango sorbet. Our waitress was pleasantly hospitable and kept an eye on us to see if we needed anything. All in all, it was a pleasant end to the day and we drove back home satisfied.

6 gangen diner via sociale deal gereserveerd. Traditionele keuken, strakke presentatie, oud in een goed jasje. Gerechten waren smakelijk en mooie porties. Interieur is aan vernieuwing toe maar mag de pret niet drukken. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Moederdag cadeau van mijn zoon gekregen, een 5-gangen diner bij Magnefiek. We waren best wel sceptisch na de vele negatieve reviews die wij vooraf gelezen hadden. Daarom waren we blij verrast het eten smaakte echt waar voortreffelijk en zag er werkelijk formidabel uit zie hieronder de foto's. Waren er dan geen min punten, ja die waren er ook, wij hadden een fles water met bubbles besteld en kregen een fles Pellegrino 750 ml, halverwege het diner kwam de kok vragen of wij toch niet een wijntje bij het eten wilde drinken waarop wij antwoordde dat we geen alcohol drinken waarop hij zei: "lekker gezellig". Jammer dat de uitbater het kennelijk alleen gezellig vindt wanneer zijn gasten flink wijn tanken. Toen wij vervolgens voor het flesje water € 8,50 moesten betalen vonden wij dit buiten alle proporties. Nogmaals eten uitstekend maar de kater komt achteraf zelfs zonder alcohol.

Paaszondag genoten van een heerlijk 6 gangen menu. Vriendelijk ontvangen door charmante dochter. Menu was zeker niet karig te noemen, goed op smaak met bijpassende wijnen. Amuse van kwartel, zalm, Japanse soep met garnalen, Kalsflende en witte chocolade parfait als afsluiter. Complimenten voor de prima verzorgde middag. Frank&Manon

Heel gastvrij restaurant met super vriendelijke bediening. Alle gerechten waren zeer goed en zorgvuldig bereid. Helaas miste ik de echte smaaksensaties die je mag verwachten. We hebben een zeer relaxte, fijne avond gehad en genoten van al het heerlijks dat voor ons bereid is.

Ce commentaire ne concerne que la prise de réservation par le restaurateur. Début octobre 2022, j'achète 4 vouchers Social Deal ( repas 5 services ) puis effectue la réservation via le même site pour la mi-décembre. Réservation acceptée et confirmée. Dix jours plus tard, je reçois un sms du restaurateur qui m'informe qu'à cette date, tout est complet et me propose d'en choisir une autre. L'établissement est également repris sur un autre site avec le même modus operandi ( the fork ). Je suppose que la gestion de plusieurs plannings est assez compliquée. Etant donné qu'avant de réserver, j'avais également dû prévoir une date qui convenait également au couple d'amis qui allait nous accompagner, une autre date ne pouvait être choisie avant l'expiration des vouchers. j'ai informé le secrétariat Social deal de l'incident afin d'obtenir un remboursement et un arrangement a été trouvé.

Het eten was op zich goed, alhoewel het voorgerecht Konijn niet als zodanig te identificeren was. We hadden vooraf voor zes personen een vijfgangenmenu besteld. Ter plekke kon nergens een keuze uit gemaakt worden. Een van onze gasten lust geen konijn, maar er was geen enkele mogelijkheid hier iets anders voor te serveren en met het grapje dat we voor ons vijf keer konijn en een keer kip aantroffen, werd het afgedaan. Absolute knaller was de rekening: de prijzen voor de drank zijn schandalig hoog. Een crodino €7,50, wijn €6,75, koffie €4,75, een fles water €8,50, alcoholvrij bier €5,75. Te triest voor woorden. Hier gaan we nooit meer terug.

Heerlijk gegeten, super vriendelijke bediening. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Het eten was prima, maar het welkom was niet echt klantvriendelijk. We moesten buiten wachten, voordat we naar binnen mochten voor de koffietafel. Dit heb ik nog nooit ergens eerder meegemaakt!

Wel lekker gegeten, maar niet heel bijzonder. Geen menukaart, iedereen eet min of meer hetzelfde. Niet heel erg sfeervol, er is ruimte voor verbetering.

Heerlijke gastronomische avond beleefd!

We hadden een heel gezellige avond bij Wiel en Nicole. Deze meesterkok kent zijn vak en ook Nicole weet haar gasten prima in de watten te leggen!

Via social deal en diner van 6 gangen wild bij Restaurant Manjefiek gehad. Bij binnenkomst werdt onze QR gecontroleerd, maar niet gescand. Vond ik bijzonder. De muur van de keuken hing vol met diploma's, behaalde resultaten en prijzen. Dat beloofd wat dacht ik. We hadden gekozen voor het wijn arrangement, maar dit was helaas niet bijpassend bij de gerechten en 2x de zelfde wijn bij verschillende gerechten. Jammer! We begonnen met een aperitief, en gember likeur met prosecco. Was erg zoet, maar prima! De amuse was een mouse van wild met gember, wat meer leek op vloeibare pathé.. vond ik echt niet lekker.. Het voorgerecht was tonijn met limoen. Niet mijn gerecht. Dit was ook geen wild. Vond ik bijzonder omdat daar wel mee gepromoot wordt. Het was erg waterig en niet helemaal op smaak. Dit kwam echter zeer snel achter elkaar waardoor we 2 glazen wijn voor ons hadden staan bij het voorgerecht. De bouillon was heerlijk, niks meer aan doen! Hier werdt een rosé bij geschonken, wat ik zelf niet zou schenken. Een mooie zachte pinot noir zou meer passend zijn. De risotto met bospaddestoelen en truffel was goed op smaak, wat de scampi daarbij deed, geen idee. Ik had daar eerder een stukje wild bij verwacht. Ook het hoofdgerecht, het wild zwijn was goed en met een lekkere saus. Het garnituur vond ik niet heel lekker, maar dat is mijn smaak. De service was correct. Het restaurant zat niet vol waardoor mevrouw het prima alleen kon draaien. Ik vond het helaas een beetje tegenvallen. Zeker als je ziet dat er vele diploma's en certificaten aan de wand hangen. De deal op social deal klopt ook niet met wat je krijgt.

Tja weer eens gaan genieten bij Willy👨🏻‍🍳 Was toch alweer 2 jaar geleden Lekker eten op niveau. In volgorde van foto’s : Wildmousse huisgemaakt *** Tonijn yuzu-limoen *** Risotto van prei met scampi en zeewier *** Wildzwijn met spinazie *** Parfait van pure chocolade met bramen Tevens fijn wijn arrangement. Vriendelijke bediening. Tot de vlgd keer 😉

De chef gaat erbarmelijk met zijn personeel om, in meerdere opzichten. Vergaane glorie in meerdere opzichten. Nee, ik kom niet meer terug.

Super restaurantje met Sisiliaans tintje, en mooi ijs salon erbij

Het eten was niet slecht, maar als iemand zich presenteert als meester kok, roept dat hogere verwachtingen op die helaas niet werden waargemaakt.

Het was het net niet! Heel lang gezeten ..bijna 5 uur. De gastvrouw is erg gastvriendelijk maar kan beter iemand erbij aannemen.het wijnaragement is best duur voor wat je krijgt. Het was er steen koud en de toiletten zagen er vies uit. Het eten was soms goed en soms minder..voor het geld had het meer gekund.

Heel erg lekker allemaal jammer dat het er erg stil was,want het eten is echt goed uitzien en ook van smaak

Nicht ganz billig aber dafür Sehr gutes Essen und top Service! Das Essen ist nicht nur handwerklich perfekt sondern auch sehr kreativ zusammengestellt. Innen auch sehr schön und ansprechend eingerichtet, allerdings wirkt der Außenbereich ein bisschen vernachlässigt. Eine Reservierung ist zu empfehlen.

Very friendly service, good food. We got 54 small dishes 1 main dish, only one wasnt that nice but the others were perfect. Good wine!

Good service and nice. Food is good but need.to improve. Most of our plates came with same dress. The floor is wood made and the lady walks and walks firmly making too much noise. Change shoes and solved. Where nice saying goodbye personally. Cooker asked us how was it. Nice. We order a glass of wine they put it on the bill but the never brought.! They are only two waiters. Worth money!

Vanuit mijn stoel naar het gloeiende landschap kijkend met af en toe een voortsjokkende trimmer, genieten van heerlijk eten dat wordt opgediend met kwinkslag. In heerlijk rustige sfeer met groep van 8 uitstekend gegeten. Kan van harte aanbevelen!
