Waiting an hour for our food, the entire order arrives wrong. Fries were ice cold, probably sitting in the grease for a minute. We asked for a sandwich without sauce, but it came with garlic sauce. We ordered two kapsalons with garlic and sambal. There was no sauce at all. We called and got into a whole argument that didn't make us any happier. Half an hour later, they called back to explain the problem. When I told them I didn't need anything more from them, they suddenly wanted to offer me a free kapsalon. Thanks, but no thanks. Never again for us, anyway.

I recently got a small chicken kebab sandwich with andalouse sauce. Very friendly staff, all with a smile. The sandwich and lettuce were nice and fresh and the meat was very nicely seasoned. It was also a very well-cultivated sandwich. From the outside it looks a bit unpleasant. outside but inside the business is nice and cozy with plenty of seating and also very clean and maintained...I'm already looking forward to the next time I order, I'll try a hair salon.
