I was hit by a delivery man, I think his name was Samed.

I ordered a classic menu, without salsa. The dish was so bland that I asked for salsa. After paying €17.10 for the menu, I still had to pay €1.75 for the salsa. (They thought they knew I hadn't ordered salsa and would give it to me anyway, but they didn't.) A menu with sides, but you can't order all the sides (fries were the only one that wasn't bad). Too noisy for a dine-in/take-out restaurant. The staff was also very unprofessional; they talked bad about you unless you were sitting there. (They called me "the guy with the hat.") I felt insulted, no, but it's weak to hire such young men who bring your company's reputation down to such a fault. I've been a chef for nine years. I've never experienced anything like this. This was my first and last time.

My order is never complete and the delivery takes far too long. My phone number doesn't work. I won't be returning. Sorry!

Shit and cold food . 2h of waiting . Do not buy here

Not even 1 star worth. Ordered food for around 70€ and just wasted. Everything was including chicken but served only veggies. Not at all recommended.

A truly terrible experience. Hair in my taco (grilled chicken), no chips with the salad, fries cold and limp. The sauces I ordered simply weren't included. I tried calling, but no one answered. The delivery person was also arrogant. I threw half of it away. This was my first and last order here. Waste of money.

Why was my burrito/enquenada at the bottom of a container full of vomit-colored sauce? No cutlery to be seen either How do you expect the customer to eat this? I don't think it's the intention that customers drown in your sauce containers; the customer has no choice but to dive in. It's because I was hungry, otherwise I wouldn't have held my breath for 1 minute to fish my food off the bottom. Give the customer a diving mask and an oxygen tank. Or at least a straw, if you want to keep the costs down. The taste was okay, not special.

Unbelievable! I should have known when I saw that they didn't have many good reviews. Called because they were an hour late, then they say "you can come pick it up because we are busy" and also lie that the order has already been delivered, while this is a lie! So and they don't want to cancel it because it's already been prepared AND they don't want to deliver it while you pay the delivery fee. Doesn't even deserve 1 star

You must collect the order yourself, although you do pay delivery costs. They won't let you know until an hour later, and then only if you call yourself. During the phone call they keep passing the phone to someone else, and eventually you end up with someone who lies that it has already been delivered. While the person in front of him said: "We're too busy to deliver. It's been prepared so we can't cancel it, but it's here ready for collection."

Chicken quesadilla was not very tasty, had no real spice or flavor. Very expensive for something so small, only 3 pieces. Churros are dirty.

Ordered online more than an hour and a half in advance with a time slot, but still more than 30 minutes late. Everything was also cold, not lukewarm, just cold. Reheated in the microwave, but everyone knows what microwaved lettuce tastes like. Everything just thrown away, 6 street tacos for something like € 31.00. OUTRAGEOUS.

Neat service. Something went wrong via home delivery (so if you don't want something in your food, order via their website). After calling everything was neatly arranged and I still got what I wanted. Great service! Fast delivery time too!

Let me first say that I made a mistake when ordering food; instead of delivery it was pick up and I didn't see this. So I called to ask what was going on after 45 minutes, only when I entered my own zip code, I was told that this location (Spijkenisse) is closed. Panic! What now? Try to reach location in Schiedam; This is only possible via the same national number and by entering a zip code (very strange system; just make sure you have direct numbers). So I looked up the zip code for Schiedam via Google, but it turned out to be a zip code for Delft. I call and I get someone from Delft on the line who was completely unwilling to help 'because it was so busy'. Couldn't look anything up, couldn't connect me and was very rude to me. He just disconnected in mid-sentence. Very unprofessional! Then finally managed to reach Schiedam with a different zip code. Then it turned out that it was about collection instead of delivery and that was my mistake. I would add that this was not clearly indicated on the website when placing the order. In addition, I was supposed to get an email, but I'm still waiting for that (and that's no joke). Yes, food was already cold. Could they remake it? No that is not possible. Cancel then? No, that's not possible, because the boss is in Egypt! And because he is in Egypt, his employees have to send a message(!) and then wait for him to reply (late in the evening) and only then would we hear what the decision was. Ridiculous! Then make sure there is someone who can make decisions (temporary replacement?). I don't blame the lady on the phone, she was just doing what she was told. I became a bit emotional at that moment, because now we had no food and the money was not refunded. So in the end my husband went to the location in Schiedam to get the food, which was of course cold and the nachos could no longer be saved. Very bad way of dealing with customers (especially the man in Delft, very rude). And that as a boss you go on holiday and NO ONE is allowed to make a decision without sending you a message first: bizarre! Last time we order from Taco Mundo. A shame, because the food is always very tasty.

Ordered food here, half of the food was unfortunately cold, spent almost €30 on food but was literally not even worth €10 for what we got, Hamburrito seems big but you get a small square folded burrito and the filling was 95% vegetables the rest cheese and meat, called about the cold food, was offered that it would be picked up again and reheated (top solution... NOT) I will not order from here again... you pay a lot and get €5 worth of food in return (edit): Just had a sudden delivery from them with churros, nice and nice that they solve it like that, kudos for that

They are very sweet and the atmosphere here is so good. At the cash register they help you choose food.

The quality of everything has deteriorated enormously. The food can no longer be called food. So disappointed.. I used to like taco mundo sooo much but now it has become disgusting. I will never order from here again, it's so expensive for junk!

The experience was completely disappointing. Tortilla in the taco was broken and full of veggies ( just a small portion of meat)…. That was not a taco at all. The burrito was flavorless and without any chicken, only beans and a sort of a plastic rice. The service wasn’t friendly.

Ordered food here for the last time. When ordering, a target time for delivery is indicated. It looked fine. I could track the order on the website and see when the delivery person left. The target time had already passed. It takes 23 minutes by bike from Taco Mundo to our front door, but even with a car we couldn't get the delivery done in an hour! And that wasn't the first time. I completed a complaint form on the website, but I did not receive a confirmation by email. I tried to call customer service, but most providers do not allow calling 0900 numbers. My conclusion is that Taco Mundo does their best to ignore complaints. This amigo they are perdido!

Ordered for the first time today. Although it was tasty, it could have used more meat. Price is not commensurate with what you get. Food is hot on arrival and neatly packaged.

The delivery man spent another 10 minutes calling in his car downstairs, where the food had become completely cold. When we talked about it, he was still aggressive...

Ordered for the first time and did it physically in the store. The gentleman was friendly and behaved politely while taking the order. After about 7 minutes it was ready. The food was well packaged and was still warm after fifteen minutes on the road. There were sufficient napkins available alongside the order.

Crazy bad. Didn't receive anything from the description and pictures on home delivery. The Pulled Beef Quesadilla is a flattened wrap without any real meat. The Cheese Quesadilla with Pineapple wasn't much better. Hardly any cheese I could see right through it. A mini bowl of sauce for 1.65 is outrageous. Lost a lot of money for very little and gross food. Spoke to manager and sees no problem. He offered a discount, but that is of course stupid if I indicate that I had a bad meal and am not at all happy with the price-quality. Complaint submitted to Thuisbezorgd. Never order from people!!!!

It was very tasty, the staff was very friendly, I would recommend eating here and would recommend trying it out, the churros were very tasty, which is definitely recommended.

I have ordered a few times and the last 2 times were very bad. I also ordered today and again had to wait almost 2 hours for my food! Do you speak to the delivery person, who pretends to see water burning? The fries are very wet and limp, I usually get a bowl of tortilla chips, but very little and all your cheese looks like plastic... no, sorry, I won't order anymore.

Food 45 minutes late and received an incomplete order several times. Today we received an incomplete order again for the umpteenth time and now we were given the choice of receiving a coupon by email or having the rest of the order delivered. The food is nothing special, but the service is slow.

Came to get food at 9:30 PM, the floor was full of food remains and packaging material... really not normal... the gentleman who was going to make my burrito was still eating his own burrito... and made my food... I now have I just suffer from diarrhea which I can only relate to this. Thank you... If I would like to do something about my intestines myself, please leave it to me. I won't be coming back here again.

Terrible! Delivery time indication 40min has already been waiting 1.5 hours. Called after an hour and said they were on their way, still nothing! My visitors will soon be allowed to bring food with the curfew. 😔😒
