MultiVlaai Schiedam in Wijk 07 Groenoord en Kethel

Picked up two cakes and they were both delicious and fresh. Friendly staff and good service. Definitely worth repeating!

I went to the Multi Vlai shop today. My little daughter, my wife, and I. A Dutch lady followed us. The two ladies behind the counter suddenly took care of the new customer and helped them. When I said that we were the first ones there, they continued to serve us as if nothing had happened. If you are a foreigner, do not come to this shop. My points for this shop staff are below zero, zero.

I ordered cakes online and picked them up in the store. Then, on the day of the pickup, I received a call at 2:30 PM saying I had to pick them up before 3:00 PM... And the store is open until 4:00 PM? They said if nothing sold, they'd close earlier and there would be no cakes left. Even though I'd already ordered in advance, well... Shouldn't they mention it on the website in the future? I wouldn't have ordered it.

Unfortunately, the cakes weren't fresh! We pointed this out, and we still had to pay for them. I only took one bite, and the lady there told me she'd almost eaten it all! So, that's lying! Definitely not recommended.

Warm and very welcoming. We enjoyed our coffee and cherry 🥧. The music was old-school Tina Turner, one of my mothers favorites. The customers were very social, as we were. I would certainly go back again. 😊

Spaland is a good enough shopping center where you can buy almost everything for the daily needs, but sitting down for a coffee and a snack is more problematic. Not only in Spaland, but almost everywhere in the Netherlands. The German Konditorei culture or the Italian bar culture is unknown here. Therefore, the shops, that offer coffee, cake, lunch and seating tend to be busy and we were left with the only possibility to have a coffee and a piece of "vlaai" at the Multivlaai establishment. Not our first choice obviously, but more as a last resort. Coffee is OK, but the ambiance, service and tastiness of the "vlaai" score below par. Also, regarding the bill, I expected more value for money.

I think it's a real shame, but I won't go there anymore. I think she should use gloves and a shovel to pick up and cut the pies. Besides, the store closes really early.

Ordered a cake online for last Saturday for home delivery. Delivered on time (about 9-9:30) in the morning and it was a delicious cake. (it might be useful if an estimate of the delivery time were given from now on) I am satisfied!

very unfriendly and ridiculous customer service... Don't even go into details where slick fingers are used to grab bags and then put the purchased pie in the bag.. Then when an email is sent to customer service about this issue, ask whether the store can be called to remove anonymity so that the store owner can directly complain to the customer over the telephone about why an email is being sent to customer service. Aren't we aware that it is 2019 right now? We really don't live in the Middle Ages. . We then called the head office, which as a customer had upset us. Multivlaai would communicate it internally and provide feedback. We waited a while, but unfortunately nothing happened. I therefore use my right as a customer to write a review. and no one is going to lecture me about not contacting customer service. We live in 2019!
