Tappers Nijmegen in Wijk 01 Nijmegen-Centrum

I really enjoyed the great music, and the fact that drinks are served in glasses creates a nice, authentic pub experience. Unfortunately, there's a downside: if you hand in a broken glass to the bar, nothing is done with it for safety reasons, and there's no compensation, not even a small discount. That feels a shame, especially for such a nice establishment. It would be great if turning in broken glasses were encouraged to improve safety. Furthermore, it's a top-notch club where requests are mixed with current music in a fun way. All in all, a great place with potential to become even better.

Last Friday I went to tappers with two friends. We ordered three Spatje King for 16.5. When we paid, we saw an offer on the screen above us: "4 Spatje King 15 euros!" I asked the bartender if that deal was also valid today. He confirmed that it was. Then I asked if we could still use that deal, since we were not aware of it. To my surprise, he resolutely said "no". When I asked why that was not possible and indicated that he could keep the extra 1.5, he said that he would not do anything with it and that he was not responsible for our order. At first I thought he was joking, but he was deadly serious. When he walked away for a moment, I asked a colleague of his the same thing. Before she could answer, this great bartender came running back to make it clear to her that this was absolutely not allowed. Normally a nice bar that I like to go to, but this grumpy bartender is not great. After that we left immediately.

Great place to go out with friends, nice atmosphere, friendly and social staff.

I was promised a free shot, when you come in you get 4 angry staff members who say you have to spend a small fortune first! Ball tent.

Wonderful atmosphere, fantastic bar staff, especially bartender Bram, who can do anything! And don't forget the nachos!

Cozy cafe with a very friendly atmosphere. Good place to have a drink and chill. Always pleasantly busy but not too busy!

I've been to many cafes. but I will never forget this cafe. I had a very nice evening here. The manager was very nice and had a lot of knowledge about beer. Unfortunately, this gentleman indicated that he had a very good tapas board. That was certainly the case. However, 3 days after this evening I still have problems with the garlic. My girlfriend still complains that I'm peeing out of my pores. Do you want to destroy my relationship so I can visit more often or something? My relationship had been on the verge of collapse for months. Unfortunately, it has not yet come to this. My relationship is still going on... Next time the sauce could be a little stronger, because I still sit on the couch with the pig every Friday. Apparently the garlic wasn't strong enough after all. Ps. Add more garlic to the sauce...! Please save me from this relationship.

Recommended! Nice bar. Tasty cocktails & tasty beers. Nice idea with the taps. Delicious nachos. Friendly staff. We would definitely like to come back!

Had a very nice evening! Nice and good staff! Wide range of beers, wines and cocktails. A plate of nachos can't be missed there, right? Also delicious! All in all, definitely recommended!! On to Tappers and tap your own beer!

Very nicely decorated with nice beers! Great bar! However, I sometimes felt invisible at the bar and sometimes had to wait a long time.
