The quality was changed it wasn’t same good as always

As a Persian, I’d say the food isn’t top-notch, but it’s still good. The waiters and the chef were very friendly — the chef even customized a dish for us, which was really nice. The place feels cozy, clean, and pretty new. The main downside was the owner, who was noticeably less polite than the rest of the staff.

I recommend making a reservation beforehand. But for the amount of food and service, the price is definitely worth it. The place is cozy. I definitely recommend the place if you want a taste of Persia 😉

Another delicious meal; we drive there from Zwolle about twice a year, so that says something! Highly recommended for fans of Iranian cuisine! And the service was friendly. Top notch!

Time waiting 1 h and expensive

This was my second time visiting this restaurant. Their food is really good quality and their service is excellent. The lady and gentleman who usually attend are very respectful and friendly. To be honest, I had the best chicken here, the quality of their grilled chicken is really great, as is the leaf kebab, but the kubideh is not as good as the rest of the kebabs. Considering that they obviously care about maintaining high quality, I suggest they revise the kubideh recipe a little. Thank you.

The quality of the food was far from what you’d expect from authentic Persian dishes, and it wasn’t delicious at all. The staff was rude—when we asked to return a dish because it was burnt and had a layer of carbon on it, the staff responded, ‘You always complain—if we cook it, it burns; otherwise, it’s raw.’ It was a very bad first impression—and also my last visit.

Unfortunately, the kebab, behavior, and restaurant are extremely poor quality.

While the food is great, the service was awful, the lady forced us to order dishes that we did not want and one of the mixed grills had a hair. Would not recommend.

Taste of Persia had been on my list for a long time, and it didn't disappoint! The service was friendly and recommended Kashke Bademjan (grilled eggplant) as a starter. Delicious! For our main course, we ordered the mixed grill for two people instead of three (the portions are generous), and the meat was wonderfully tender. It's a small restaurant, so reservations are recommended.

We traveled from Germany and ate here for dinner to go! Kubideh is made by machine! Djujeh was delicious! But as an Iranian, you want to eat kubideh, but it wasn't! It's a shame, and the prices are very, very expensive compared to Germany!

I can’t recommend this place enough. One can smell the scent of good food even before stepping in. Atmosphere inside is truly welcoming and personal is very friendly and helpful. The portions are huge, we even needed to pack something and finish at home. Food is really worth the price and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I heard about it from a friend, I went there. We had a big stroller, it was a bit cramped inside, but the owner (I think) was very friendly and cooperated fully to fold the stroller and put it somewhere inside. Thanks for that. The atmosphere was good and quite quiet, the food was generally reasonable. I will list everything we had below: Barg: okay (a bit burnt) Kubideh: Bad taste (burnt and raw inside) Mast musir: tasty Zaytoen parvardeh: tasty Kashke bademjan: tasty Kafir: tasty (hard to drink, could be thinner)

It was my introduction to Iranian cuisine last night. What a delicious meal we had! Fortunately, there was plenty of choice for vegetarians. But my company enjoyed the lamb. We went all the way: starters, main courses, side dishes and dessert. Of course not necessary but very tasty. We did ask for a doggy bag because the portions are large. Nice service, very warm welcome. We will definitely come back!

I had a surprise dinner planned for my husband and they went over boat to make that day the most special day for him. I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Had dinner at ToP. Quality and quantity of the food is good. Service and chef are friendly and housekeeping. Atmosphere is calm and gives a look back to Iran. Photo by jahan pahlevan Tachty shines and says something (consciously sporty) about the chef and owner. I say; highly recommended.

We went there on a busy day but with reservations. The starters we ordered are among the most liked dishes in Iran: Mirza Ghesemi (aubergine+tomato+garlic+egg) and Kashke Badenjan (aubergine+liquid whey+garlic) For the mains we ordered Chicken kabab with Barberries pilaf and two different Persian stews which are again on the top list of Iranian cuisine but not many Iranian restaurants located in Europe offer these dishes when it comes to elegance of Persian prime stews. However, as an experienced cook, I can say their stews are outstanding and truly made with love and high quality ingredients. All in all, I highly recommend this place if you want to have a decent experience of famous Persian dishes that are not limited to Kababs which are also of high quality in this restaurant

I had visited this restaurant once before and had a much better experience back then. Unfortunately, things have changed for the worse. Not only have they significantly increased their prices, but the quality of the food has also dropped noticeably. The koobideh kebab, in particular, was very disappointing — it tasted more like soy than actual meat. Another frustrating issue was the water service. We ordered one bottle of water, but they brought two bottles to the table without asking and charged us €4 for each Spa bottle, adding up to €8 just for water! Overall, I absolutely do not recommend this place anymore. This was my last visit.

Just dined in to celebrate nowruz (persian new year) like always, the quality and the quantity of the food is excellent. The chello kebab was fresh and delicious, and there zabzi polo was so fresh and tasteful. Will be coming back!

There are not many Persian restaurants in the Netherlands that I would recommend, but you should go here. The menu has good variety and good desserts. If you have anything with meat, make sure you have tea afterwards. Service was great and we enjoyed our time.

Its a tiny little restaurant that served a iranin food its too crowded place everyone sits very close to each other’s the food is not that good the kabab is not well done but the amount is fear enough

Como iraní, sé lo que es la comida iraní. Desafortunadamente, lo que servían como kabab koobideh era insípido, excesivamente salado y de mala calidad. Cuando les mencioné esto cortésmente, uno de los empleados le preguntó a un cliente regular y a su amigo si su comida también era demasiado salada, y me dijeron que no. Les dije que la probaran ellos mismos, pero respondieron: “No necesitamos probarla; hemos estado haciendo esto durante cuarenta años”. No comí el kabab koobideh y lo pagué de todos modos. Fue una experiencia muy mala con el comportamiento grosero.

The portions at taste of Persia are generous and the quality is good enough but I wouldn’t call it authentic at all. My boyfriend had the chicken bbq (juje kabab) which tasted pretty good, and I had the Ghormeh Sabzi. The ghorme sabzi is adjusted to the taste of westerners but it still tastes okay if you are craving it. The koobideh is meh. They have a variety of options for starters to choose from which is nice.

Vegan Ghormesabzi and Adas-polo were reaaaalllyyy tasty. Zeytoon parvardeh is the best side dish ever. It creates fantastic combinations with each food. Salad Shirazi as well, if you like sour. Almost everything is overprices though. Salad Shirazi is just some tomato’s and cucumbers and onion and herbs and salt. Really over prices. This is sad to see Iranian restaurants all have a tendency to overprice. While their food can be warmed up easily and kept for quite some time or is not even made of fresh vegetables. I must add that their vegetarian options are not nutritionally valuable as what you see in most eastern Asian cuisines. This specific restaurant should definitely add more salad also to their menu. I hope Ash reshteh comes back to the menu as well.

had such a good time! we were with a group of 5. real authentic Persian food ( from a half iranian person) sweet employee’s who spoke english as well as farsi. big compliments to them and also the owner. we will definitely be back when we’re in the Hague! A very tiny restaurant but really worthy of a visit! The management is friendly and the staff attentive, we had a very pleasant dinner here. Since there were three of us we had the 3-person tasting menu accompanied by a typical Persian beverage (a bit yoghurt-like, but more sour), and every single dish was lovely. Included in this were two different aubergine-based starters which were so full of flavor and delicious, probably my favourites. When we finished the starters we were already pretty full so we had a taste of the mains (three different kinds of marinated and grilled meat, all very nice and accompanied by three varieties of rice), and luckily we got to take the rest home (it was also very nice to eat after a couple of days). Great spot!

Everything is amazing. The food is very very delicious. We had vegetarian and non vegetarian options. We also had dough and shirazi salad l. The veg plate for 2 people is big with delicious options. It’s not cheap but it’s worth it. The team is great and friendly: go for it !

Slechte kwaliteit tegen hoge prijzen. Voorgerecht dolmeh (gevulde wijnbladen zijn uit blik. Kashkeh bademjoon is heel erg vet met gebakken uien uit een zak. Mirza gasemi smaakte niet goed en zeker niet home made. Kaokoo sabzi had geen aguruken en toen we om vroegen kregen we die tegen €8 erbij. Kebab koobide was niet lekker . Smaakte niet naar kebab koobideh. Barg en joodje waren beide droog. Mast o mooisr had nauwelijks moosir. Voor 124€ voor 2 hebben we veel lekkerder elders gegeten. De hoge scoren en goede recensies snappen we totaal niet. .

Absolutely lovely. Called in for a Friday night, end of work meal for two. The food was perfect, served in a family run restaurant in a truly relaxed atmosphere. We left after a few hours, completely stuffed, but thankful of our menu choice. Will we return? Yes, no problem. Was the food good? Absolutely. Was the price right? Yes, an average price for a good restaurant.

Hands down, one the best Persian restaurants I’ve tried in Europe

We tried Soltani and Jojeh Kebab at this restaurant for the first time, and I can say it was the best Iranian restaurant I’ve ever been to in the Netherlands.

I called them for food for 1 person and they said I don't have time to COOK FOR 1 PERSON!! I'm never going to come back or ask to buy food!

Auténtica comida persa. Un menú bastante extenso. Prueba el gorme sabzi y el chelo kabab. Sirven arroz persa de verdad. Reserva con antelación. El lugar siempre está lleno y es imposible conseguir una mesa simplemente entrando. Gran clientela persa que es una buena señal. Servicio lento. El lugar es escaso de personal. Sin embargo vale la pena visitar ya que la comida es muy buena.
