If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was an extremely disappointing cake. All my guests laughed at it, and no one even wanted to eat it. I regret not reading the reviews before buying. Every single layer of the cake was terrible. 😢 I honestly don’t understand how such a poor-quality business can operate in the mall of the Netherlands. I’m really, really disappointed.

Ordered a cake for a babyshower, but I messed up the date of pickup. I was helped quickly and efficiently by their team and my order was completed when I wanted (I picked up at the mall in The Hague). The cake looked beautiful and it was a perfect price-quality ratio, and everyone found it very tasty as well. Was very happy with the cake and the service as well, thank you!

Well I order a rainbow cake for 40 euros and it is really sweet and the cake is so terribly dry and rock hard in the cake my knife just broke in half without the 40 euros

Absolutely TERRIBLE cupcakes! Cupcakes are extremely dry and tasteless! Frosting has a disgusting sandy texture. Wish I would have checked the reviews first. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!

Was at the Mall for the first time and took 10 cupcakes with us when we went home. They were very tasty. Also very tasty the next day. Friendly woman.

I guess it was ok. Got the unicorn one, and it was bombed with topping. The bottom actual cake was kinda dry. Wasn't too bad. It was a bit too pricey. 3.25 for 1 cupcake!!

Machine produced junk. Cupcakes look nice. I bought some for my girlfriend. The packaging is poor; the little cakes are top heavy so it was a big mess. I tasted one, because I was going to give it away. The worst cakes ever: super dry with no taste and topping cloyingly sweet. I tasted all three myself because of course I wasn't going to give them away anymore and I hoped that one would be better than the other, but alas. The lady behind the counter was friendly, but she could have honestly told me that I had better move on, because I explicitly asked whether they were really of high quality. Unfortunately.

Why I didn’t read the reviews first?😭I bought 2 cakes for my wedding party, spend 60€ and felt only taste of sugar and butter. Do not recommend!!

Ik schrik van de reviews hier. Die ene dag dat ik hier toevallig een cupcake uitprobeerde, was de service goed en de cupcake erg lekker (ik had een vegan red velvet cupcake). Ik vind alleen de prijs wel erg hoog voor zo'n kleine cupcake.

Gewoon niet lekker en niet waar voor je geld. Topping blijft de suiker in zitten en de cake is smakeloos en heeft totaal geen kwaliteit wat je wel verwacht bij 2,75 voor cupcake.

Ordered the rainbow cake for my birthday this weekend and was delicious! Best cake I've had in the Netherlands (I'm American). Highly recommend.

The OG cupcakes out of the rotterdam location are amazing but unfortunately the ones in this branch don't come close. Disappointing if you are a fan of the bakery but good enough for a sweet fix
