The food is an absolute disgrace for the high prices they charge. The pizza dough is obviously cheap, industrial-grade stuff that's simply topped on the spot. The whole thing is crowned with an excessive amount of completely tasteless cheese. You can get a better pizza for significantly less money at any snack bar that offers Indian, Chinese, and German food at the same time. Absolutely not recommended! The food, given the high prices, is an absolute disgrace. The pizza dough is clearly a cheap, industrial-grade product that's only topped on the spot. The 'finishing touch' is an excessive amount of cheese that's completely tasteless. Bij elke willekeurige snack bar which also has a few Indians, Chinees and Germans sold, but you can get a better pizza for a lot less money. Absolutely great!

As all the previous speakers have already written, there's probably a change in the restaurant...that's not going well. We used to eat there often, from the fish to the spare ribs, always great, but now? Nothing on the menu! We like it here very much, but the food is no longer worth mentioning, so we'll go here now with raclette, grill, and deep fryer. Not the point, but it works.

We only ate there once because we didn't feel like cooking. That's how it stayed. The pizza was between bad and mediocre (my subjective opinion). It was edible, though. BUT the bread salad was awful! The grilled peppers listed on the menu weren't served with it, even though they were listed. They were only served after we asked for them. The service seemed lackluster. There's room for improvement.

Extremely bad, the pizza was inedible and undercooked, the lasagna was still cold and the cheese hadn't even melted, and the schnitzel was put on the fries with sauce poured over it, making the fries look like snot. Worst restaurant ever for us.

I've been eating and drinking here for 20 years. Until now, I felt like I had to wait forever before anyone noticed me. This year, everything is better, much better. Thanks to the super-fast and very friendly service.

Great spot! Delicious food, very friendly staff who love to joke around, and delicious cocktails. Our lasagna took a little longer to make, but we were given an amuse-bouche on the house without even asking. Very nice. The lasagna itself was also very tasty. The limoncello tartufo is highly recommended!

It's a shame all the staff speaks English and doesn't know a word of Dutch. The cocktails also don't contain a drop of alcohol. 70% ice, the rest is juice.

Oh, how wonderful it could have been. I would have loved to eat here more often. Unfortunately, it's not something I'd want to come back for. The pizza wasn't worth the price. The fish nuggets were delicious. The service was inconsistent. We got our drinks AFTER our meal. Any questions? Unfortunately, it doesn't fit with the excellent campsite. A shame. We'd rather cook ourselves.

Unfortunately, I can only give it two stars. My first big question is: what kind of capitalist runs this place? I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING against foreigners working in this establishment, but the communication is poor. There's real work to be done here. It's very likely that if you pay your staff a bit more, you'll also attract different staff. Taking simple orders is reasonable, but if you ask for something (cutlery, napkins, etc.), you get satay sticks instead of cutlery... bizarre. I must say we were helped quickly, but it could definitely be a bit friendlier. Points for management: make sure your staff is customer-friendly, greets guests correctly, and speaks enough English or German to understand them. Also, keep the place clean and tidy, and wipe the tables regularly so they don't feel sticky. Good luck!

It takes ages to get served. The staff doesn't understand Dutch and just gives you a stern look and tells you to speak English. Your glassware is collected before you even leave, and then you can't even order a new drink.

Rarely have we been treated so disrespectfully – completely unsuitable for people with dietary requirements. If you have children with celiac disease, stay far away from the terrace restaurant at this Roompot park. What a deeply sad, rude experience. The menu prominently displays gluten-free options – a key reason for us, as a family with two children with celiac disease, to book here. But what happened? Staff were clueless, unprofessional, and downright insulting as soon as we asked about safe gluten-free options. We were initially told that they "didn't have anything gluten-free" and that the menu was "incorrect." No understanding whatsoever, just a big mouth. Only after we said we were filing a complaint did they suddenly apologize and reveal that there were gluten-free options. So we made a reservation for the next day, hoping things would work out. Unfortunately. What followed was an absolute nightmare. Orders were not taken, gluten-free bread never arrived, and no one communicated anything. After waiting over an hour for gluten-free pasta—essential for our children to avoid getting sick—we were angrily sent away with a "go back to your place" remark, as if we were troublesome dogs. One staff member even became threatening and said he would call security. All of this happened in front of our children. We were literally sent away for asking for gluten-free food. Shame on you. The staff is disinterested, rude, and completely unsuitable for the hospitality industry—let alone for a holiday park where you expect children to be able to eat safely and guests to be treated with respect. Suddenly, everything revolved around their discomfort, not our children, who simply wanted to eat safely without getting sick. Pure contempt. We now feel not only cheated, but also unsafe. These people shouldn't be working at a holiday park—perhaps in a warehouse without customer contact, but certainly not with families. In short: avoid this restaurant if you have any dietary requirements, and especially if you, as a customer, want to feel treated like a human being. You're only welcome here if you ask for nothing and swallow everything—literally. Disgraceful.

We ate there yesterday and were horrified. Five years ago, it was great. But now it's inedible... The schnitzel tasted like shoe sole, the fries were cold, and the sauce was simply disgusting. We also had completely burnt nachos. Rock hard... The cocktail wasn't that tasty either. The waitress kept running back and forth. We sat there for 20 minutes just to place an order. The order was then incorrectly taken. We were surprised by the almost full plates on the neighboring tables and thought the portions might have been too large... Well, I guess it wasn't tasty either. We had to wait another 25 minutes for the bill. Definitely won't be coming back. Sorry.

It took a while for them to ask what you wanted to eat. The food arrived quickly, but it was a bit lukewarm, not hot. Not exactly what you want. The schnitzel tasted good, I'll give them that.

If I couldn't give it a star, I'd leave it here. The other dishes may be good, but we ordered pizza for 12 people and no one was satisfied. The pizza was raw inside, and whatever, just don't eat here. Don't grope in the dark.

After we arrived here, we got our pizza after 5 minutes, and it tasted exactly as it should. My pizza had enough cheese for three pizzas and the crust was raw. If I could give it 0 stars, I would give it here. I haven't seen a bad place in a long time.

We wanted to have a nice bite to eat here and both chose the lasagna. Unfortunately, the bottom turned out to be burnt, which you could also taste. Too bad, because we were looking forward to it. Fortunately, the staff was very friendly and thought along well. Because we didn't have much time, we decided together to only pay for the drinks - neatly resolved. The atmosphere was fine; it looked cozy and the service was pleasant. Hopefully this was just bad luck, because the location is nice and we were helped nicely.

Something's happening! We went out to eat with 10 people and were seated quickly – despite a lot of reservations! The waitress took our drinks quickly and served them quickly too. Ordering food was also great! The food arrived after no more than 10 minutes. Pizza – okay, the bases were already cooked, but they were topped with fresh ingredients and plenty of them! We were full and it tasted good. The fact that it's very warm there and some kids are zipping around the tables on scooters... well... it's a campsite! 😉 So if you have higher standards, you'll have to go to the Italian restaurant!

It doesn't work anymore. We've been coming here for years. It's getting worse and worse. We didn't think it could get any worse, but we were proven wrong. No service outside and no more food until 8 p.m. Regardless of whether the child is hungry or not, the kitchen always closes. Resort fully booked, numerous guests, but no service outside. And that on an Easter Sunday. Zero flexibility. The lack of staff has been noticeable for years, but it has never been as bad as this time. Also completely overpriced. Draft drinks, no mixed cocktails. The patio heaters (heaters) are no longer turned on, obviously a cost-saving measure. We were told they were all broken, all of them, namely 2 patio heaters and six heating surfaces + 4 infrared heaters, all of which were said to be broken. (A patio heater starts quickly when the gas bottle is filled). So the guest is lied to, it is undesirable and the well-being of the guest is irrelevant anyway and is no longer necessary due to cost-saving measures. Not good.

Absolutely not recommended, ready-made pizza at prices around 16 euros. The staff was totally overwhelmed and waited almost 40 minutes to pay. It took a lot longer for the food to arrive. Neighboring tables that arrived long after us had already finished eating before ours arrived. Once and never again.

A recent review, since I can't understand the negative ones, would suggest a change of management. The schnitzel we had was simply delicious – perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, and wonderfully tender on the inside. The vegetarian schnitzel tasted just as good, and 99% of the time you wouldn't notice it wasn't a real schnitzel. The lasagnas (with meat and veggie) also impressed us – they were wonderfully creamy, with a great sauce and perfectly seasoned meat and vegetables. You can tell that the kitchen places great emphasis on quality. The service was outstanding! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and very accommodating.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful 10-day holiday at Roompot Beach Resort, and it was a truly fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a friendly welcome and were immediately struck by how neat and well-maintained the entire park is. Its location right on the beach makes this resort perfect for those seeking relaxation, nature, and fun by the sea. Our accommodation was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The terrace offered a beautiful view, and in the morning we woke to the sound of the waves in the background—pure tranquility! The park facilities were excellent. The children entertained themselves for hours in the pool, on the playgrounds, and with the entertainment team, who organized fun activities daily. Moreover, the surrounding area is beautiful. We took wonderful walks on the beach, enjoyed bike rides through the dunes, and visited charming villages nearby. The park restaurant also offered a varied menu with delicious dishes, and the beach club was the perfect place to relax with a drink at sunset. Roompot Beach Resort's plus points: • Directly on the beach, ideal for walks and water sports. • Child-friendly amenities, such as playgrounds, entertainment, and a lovely swimming pool. • Comfortable accommodations in a peaceful, natural setting. This holiday was truly wonderful. We're already looking forward to our next stay at this beautiful location!

Had to wait two hours for the food with two children, when it arrived one of the dishes was ice cold. No one to be seen to talk to about this and they themselves do not come up with solutions. I think staff shortage but the staff that is there is also not motivated at all.

Well, you reserve a table and if you arrive 15 minutes early, there are people sitting there and they are just being served their cake. They will definitely NOT be ready by the time reserved. The operation is all alone and therefore completely overwhelmed. The food came quite quickly and tasted good too. However, the condition had a shift change and a new service person served us.

The service is truly a disaster. We've never experienced such a lack of enthusiasm and enthusiasm among the waiters. The ambiance is okay. The draft beers are okay, too. But the rest is 0 stars.

First of all, I can't understand the negative reviews! We arrived there with seven people, six adults and one child, and were served quickly and friendly. Of course, it's not about 5-star cuisine, but rather about quantity, but the food was still really good. We had pizza, schnitzel, and burgers. The pizzas were fresh and definitely not frozen, the schnitzel was very tasty (could have used a bit more sauce), and the burgers were so good that our schnitzel and pizza fans also ordered burgers on our second visit. Super delicious, filling, fresh, top-notch! The staff there were very kind and even looked after the dogs; they gave them treats and cuddles, and the child even had opportunities to play. We were completely satisfied and will definitely eat there again on our next visit to Roompot!

Too bad. It's not that easy to operate there. Wait until the next guest is brought forward. It's funny. So we don't eat or drink anything. It probably tastes better at home too.

Fish & Chips for around €21: over-fried – there was barely any fish left – really not tasty – the chips were also over-fried. Don't bother – don't go there – maybe the ice cream is tasty – no idea. We preferred to eat out on our vacation.

I sat at the table for a good 20 minutes and the waiter didn't even look at me. Even at the neighboring table, where people used hand signals to draw attention to themselves, nothing happened. After reading some reviews about the food, I went back.

That was honestly the worst meal I've ever eaten. Pizza Salami €14 was a frozen pizza that was inedible. And this continues in the other menus. Schnitzel TK and firm as a shoe sole. Fries cold. I'm annoyed to have paid €100 for such inferior quality.

KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF THE RESTAURANT! That was the worst pizza in my life. The middle was still cold, almost frozen, only the outside edge of the pizza was a little warm. I admit we read the Google Rewievs before we went to the restaurant and were curious. What can I say: Besides us, two other tables were occupied, so it was far from crowded. We arrived at 11.49 h today and were told the kitchen opens at 12 h, so we could order drinks but need to wait 10 min until we can order food. Interesting! So we ordered the food at 12 h, got the cutlery but no food. We went inside at 12.55 h and asked why the food does not come. I heard a story then about lost tickets, however, given that only three tables were occupied, it could have been obvious to the waiter that something is wrong. We paid the drinks and left. Nothing was offered as a compensation. In conclusion: Unorganised restaurant with unmotivated staff. Avoid this place!

This is what you get if you don't read the reviews beforehand. Is there an increase from very very bad? It's unbelievable what's on offer here, I really have to be careful what I write, otherwise the review will be blocked. The worst pizza we've ever eaten......and that's saying something since we've eaten a lot of bad pizza many times. Service is completely lackluster and overwhelmed. The tables were all dirty, full of rubbish and were only cleared and cleaned when asked and given advice. Unfortunately, the whole thing really dampened the otherwise largely good impression of the camping park. We can't understand how an operator can do something like that. We were inside the restaurant by the indoor playground because of the children. After half an hour without service, we reported to the counter. There we were told in a very rude tone that someone would come over. Another half hour later we left again. Oh well… our table neighbors were served.

We wanted to go out for something nice to eat on the last day of our vacation, but the pizzas tasted like frozen pizzas. All in all, a successful visit (starting your vacation), unfortunately the menu itself was only in Dutch, but if you speak English, ordering drinks and food is no problem. The service was very friendly and did everything to make us happy. They were quick to serve and were very accommodating. The food was tasty and plentiful, the price might be a bit high but you don't always pay attention to that on vacation. We had burgers with a very tasty paddy, as well as a delicious coleslaw and delicious sauces. And the fries were perfect, super crispy and well seasoned. We also had a children's pizza with salami which served the purpose of satisfying hunger. The third meal was delicious ravioli with a great sauce and porcini mushrooms. The ambience is also perfectly fine considering that this restaurant is adjacent to the main entrance of the entire beach resort.

Bad, cold frozen pizza for €14. They didn't hear the bang. And a long wait too. Completely overpriced. Better look for a restaurant nearby. It's expensive, but at least it's tasty.

Absolutely not recommended for a nice evening. Our order was simply forgotten in the kitchen. When you ask the service, they say "the food is coming soon" and then you continue to wait. At 17 euros, the salad plate with “smoked salmon” borders on outrageous. Carelessly prepared, the edge of the plate was simply wiped over. Neither bread nor anything similar is included in the price. Portion size is more like an appetizer. For the long waiting time and the separate serving of the 3 dishes ordered, there should be one drink per person on the house. Since we didn't want to stay any longer after all the waiting, we decided to pay. The non-alcoholic drinks (3) that we ordered at the beginning were still charged.

I would prefer to give no star at all for the food. I've never eaten so badly in my life and the prices are crazy 10.50 euros for a frozen pizza Margherita and almost 20 for a "Jägerschnitzel", ... Which consisted of deep-fried frozen schnitzel and an egg cup full of sauce and two Mushroom pieces. With fries it's ridiculous. The kipsate was also inedible for chicken, the dark meat and the sauce were indefinable and inedible. The atmosphere at the train station. And the service was totally overwhelmed. For anyone who goes to Roompot, the restaurant doesn't do you any harm.

A five because of the fantastic service. And because the wine was tasty, the gin and tonic generous and the aperol beautifully orange. Lunch was correct. The atmosphere ok, but beware; there can be a lot of (loud) children in the restaurant and on the terrace. Maybe it's better to choose a moment before or after their mealtime.

When you arrive on your holiday, it is easy to visit the restaurant at the park on the first evening. You also adjust expectations accordingly. It is even more disappointing when the food is really substandard. Pizza and fries have a salt content that rivals the Dead Sea. The burger level snack bar burger, but 18 euros. Furthermore, in terms of atmosphere it is exactly Monkeytown. Underlit room, with decor from the 80s. The service was good and friendly.

The service is a disaster, you are either ignored or have to wait a long time. The food is not of good quality, so much potential is wasted here. The children can play well here, but that's it.

The 'children's sandwiches' were not enthusiastically received here. After they were convinced to taste a bite, things didn't get any better. Nice seating on the terrace and great service

When we entered the first room of this "restaurant" we decided to skip it as we found the bowling alley to be a bit disturbing. However, as we walked into the second room, past the pool tables and indoor children's play area, the smell of urine and chemicals from the back toilets was so intense that we went back into the first room. We enjoyed our meal there, to the sound of screaming teenagers who regularly hit the bowling balls on the ground. After the smell of urine reached our table, I stopped eating. The food itself was quite ok.

Super nice atmosphere. They even lit a small fire at the table for us. Super nice. We had a Heineken, sex on the beach and a mojioto. Everything was super tasty. The only drawback was that the waiter only spoke English. If my grandparents had been there without me, they unfortunately wouldn't have understood a word. Otherwise everything was really great

Heerlijke verse pizza's! Rijk gevuld en zeker een aanrader. Ik begrijp de slechte reviews niet eerlijk gezegd. De service is ook prima. Snackbar heeft ook heerlijke friet en je krijgt echt veel.

Pizza’s zijn niet geweldig maar zeker niet slecht, vergelijkbaar met een domino’s? Bediening hier is absoluut slecht ze lopen maar kijken niet en je moet veel geduld hebben. Binnen is het erg donker en ongezellig voelt meer aan als een boeren vreet schuur, wachttijden heb ik niet als onprettig ervaren. Goeie manager erop en denk dat je hoop oplost

Der Service ist echt ok. Die Preise der Gerichte für die Leistung leider nicht angebracht. Fisch extrem fettig. Pizza nicht frisch. Salat geht so… dafür aber Oberklasse beim Preis. In der Gegend gibt es viele gute Restaurants. Wir werden dann lieber etwas weiter fahren und dafür mehr fürs Geld bekommen 😅

Teures Essen. Qualität eher unterer Durchschnitt. Man kann es essen, aber für das Geld würde ich dann doch eher ein anderes Restaurant in der Region wählen. Service ist schnell und freundlich.

Nettes Restaurant für schnelle Mahlzeiten. Die Karte bietet Abwechslung und das Personal ist nett und auf Zack. Waren sehr zufrieden, die Kinder haben den indoor-Spielplatz sehr geschätzt.

Zum trinken gehen vollkommen in Ordnung. Gegessen hatten wir durch die vorherigen Bewertungen nicht und wollten es auch nicht riskieren. Leider zu wenig Personal vor Ort, Bedienung hat lange gedauert.

Man kann hier essen und trinken. Leider ist die Qualität des Essens nicht besonders gut. Die Pizza ist fertig in Plastik eingepackt und wird nur im Ofen erwärmt. Leider kann könnte selbst gemachter Pizza so viel erreichen. Bowling, Billard und Dart ist auch möglich. Die Kinder können hier gut spielen.

Leckeres Essen. Freundliche Bediehnung. Essen kam für alle gleichzeitig, was sonst nicht immer üblich ist. Kann ich empfehlen.

Selten so eine schlechte Pizza gegessen. Teig eigentlich ok, aber die unterirdischen Beläge machten sie ungenießbar. Zu den anderen Gerichten können wir nichts sagen. Pro: schnelle (aber unprofessionelle) Bedienung. Der angrenzende kleine Indoorspielplatz ist natürlich gold wert.

Das Essen ist OK, aber nichts Besonderes. Die Preis/Leistung passt nicht, es ist viel zu teuer für die gebotene Menge und Qualität. Da gibt es in der Umgebung bessere Möglichkeiten zum Essen

Perfect personeel en lekker eten

Leider haben wir die Bewertungen zu spät gelesen. Wir haben 2 Schnitzel für jeweils 20 Euro gegessen. So knusprig frittiert das man es kaum schneiden konnte, beim Schneiden drückte man das Fett aus dem Schnitzel. Die pfeffersauße schmeckte gar nicht , dafür war der Ketchup gut. Für so einen Preis auch auf einem Campingplatz kann man meiner Meinung nach bessere Qualität erwarten, dann sollten sie lieber einen Imbiss daraus machen. Am besten etwas anderes suchen.

Pizza nicht empfehlenswert (Teig wie Kaugummi), dafür sind die Fischpfanne und die Hähnchenspieße ganz in Ordnung.
