Only the pies were good. The shawarma and falafel were absolutely terrible. They were all stale and the bread was soggy. And the guy who took the orders wasn't smiling.

Unfortunately, there is no less than one star for the rating. Grilled chicken, I swear it had feathers. When I told him about it, he said, "This is how chicken comes to Holland. They don't even have them... I mean, they dry it and grill it with feathers. They don't even bother to clean it." I also bought some leftover walnuts that were inedible. When I told him about them, he said, with all his arrogance, "I told you, you have to heat them up before eating them." A complete failure, and I do not recommend it. People who come here do so for the first time and never come back.

I asked for 12 grape leaves and I paid and they gave me 6. I got home and got 6. Very bad service and they don’t answer my phone.

I was initially impressed by the use of real chicken, a refreshing departure from processed meat often found elsewhere. However, I must note two points of critique. The accompanying salad consisted predominantly of iceberg lettuce, with the remaining portion appearing to be jarred vegetables, which was disappointing. Additionally, the chicken breast was slightly overcooked, resulting in a dry texture and a slightly bitter, charred flavor. The garlic sauce provided was a redeeming touch, and the bread complemented the meal well. For €13, the portion was satisfying, leaving me full. While the experience was worthwhile, I suspect others may share similar concerns about certain aspects of the dish. Overall, I wish the establishment continued success and hope for improvements in the future.

Very bad experience. We ordered falafel sandwiches, cheese pastries, and tea. The falafel was cold and not fried well, the bread was old and tasteless, and the sandwich cost five and a half euros. We also ordered cheese pastries, which were very bad and had nothing to do with cheese. The piece was very small and we received it cold. It cost two euros. The tea tasted bitter because it was left on the stove for so long, and the price of a diamond was two euros.

There is no restaurant worse than this, neither food nor treatment. I advise anyone to get involved and buy from him, especially shawarma. The Syrian shawarma is disgusting.

After three hours of waiting, the shawarma sandwich was not eaten. There was no garlic or smelly pickles, and the pies were flat on top and doughy underneath, with white dough still to catch up with the crowds, and the prices every now and then go up to half a euro. Even a meat pie in the whole Netherlands is a euro or a half euro, but they have it for 2, and based on that.

Delicious Syrian Shawerma give it 8/10, Cheese Fatayer 7/10, Meat Fatayer 7/10. Excellent customer service!

Beverwijk Bazaar is one great place to visit on a day out. It is a black market where you will practically find anything from groceries, vegetables, electronics, used products, alternatives to designer handbags for male and female, pots and pans of all sizes, hobby toys like drones etc. The Bazaar is located in a large area and the are lots of hals to visit if you really enjoy walking, sightseeing and shopping. This place is worth visiting at least once every two years.
