The Loaded Foodbar in Breda centrum

I've been a loyal customer here for about five years. My companions and I have always enjoyed ordering here, but it's remarkable how a customer experience can change in an instant. Today, I ordered the Loaded Parmesan Fries with two other women. I noticed that the fries were actually lukewarm. My mother had the same experience; her fries were even cold. Then she decided to return her container and tell her the fries were cold. The employee suggested reheating them in the oven or preparing a new dish. My mother didn't care, as long as the fries were warm. What was even more remarkable was that the owner in question came to the table and made quite a fuss about my mother lying. There was no way the fries could be cold. Then he said, "Try it!" Yes, gosh, those fries are indeed warm now, just out of the fryer. The gentleman was so red-faced he was practically on the verge of exploding. We confronted him about his highly inappropriate behavior. He couldn't quite get it out of his head and brought up all sorts of things: the highlight of the evening was definitely his mention of Thuisbezorgd. That's why we don't deliver anymore, because then people complain about cold fries. Well: 1) What's that to me? 2) Okay, so apparently we're not the only ones. I told him he's lost at least three customers. I'll never order food from here again. Quick calculation: fries for €8.95 each, we came almost every week and almost always ordered three portions. 3 x €8.95 = €26.85, €26.85 x €52 = €1,396.2. Do the math, or in this case, your profit. This is how much The Loaded Foodbar is now losing in annual revenue. And all because he couldn't handle the criticism about cold fries.

I asked for loaded fries with pulled pork, but the pulled pork was on the side. (I don't want soggy, wet fries.) They refused. So I ended up ordering just fries. I don't think you'll find much worse fries in Breda. Straight from the factory. A waste of money.

Super nice people! Delicious food, reasonable prices. TLF and its neighbors, El Patron (formerly Goodmunchies), are owned by the same people. El Patron is also a good one there. Are you coming to the food hall? Definitely stop by.

Clearly not designed for the crowds of Breda Jazz. What a mess. And if they tell you in advance that you'll have to wait an hour? But no...

Mum had a sandwich with Pulled Pork in the afternoon and she did not shut up about it the rest of the day, so we went back to have a second one. Lovely staff. Great place.

Loaded nacho fries disappointing. Nacho chips with separate fries, lots of sauce, a few pieces of tomato, a drop of sour cream, and cheese. Makes you very thirsty and unfortunately not worth the €10.

The coffee milkshake was delicious. The loaded chili cheese fries and the bun were inedible. The fries were too hard on the outside and too soft on the inside, and you couldn't even pick up the bun without getting completely covered in goo. We had to wait forever for our food and left it after two bites. What a disappointment.

Delicious food for a great price. Very friendly staff.

the fries pulled chicken is not balanced. too many fries and lack of chicken. a little bit disappointing. but its alright.
