We're so impressed with La Perla! We eat here often and enjoy authentic Italian food prepared with love and passion (using the secret and oh-so-delicious pizza dough recipe 😉). Soft and full flavors, and the service is incredibly warm and welcoming. 5 stars, more than deserved!

I'm a huge fan of the pizzas and impressed with the service. I ordered pizzas on time, but only realized very late that I'd entered the wrong delivery time. I called, and despite it being busy, I was treated kindly and received my order promptly. Fantastic, and that will be an extra tip. Next time!

I was amazed when we picked up the pizza and opened the boxes at home. These are truly delicious pizzas! Just the way they should be! We've made this restaurant our favorite and now only get pizza here!

What a terrible place. We've ordered twice now, and both times we missed it, and it was a few minutes late, because that's possible. Two hours late! My advice is never to order from them again. Because I'm going to do that too.

We spontaneously ordered two pizzas this evening. Despite the restaurant being packed, they were ready in 15 minutes. They were absolutely delicious – just like in Italy. The staff was very friendly. We'd love to come back – Grazie.

Authentic Italian pasta, just like we had in Italy! Delicious! The Etna was really spicy, which we love. The lasagna was delicious, but we still prefer the pizzas here. The tiramisu is wonderfully light and fluffy.

We were going to eat here, but we went in for lunch and reserved a table. We arrived and were told it was sold...we had to go by the window. We really didn't want to go in the afternoon. Too bad, we had to leave.

During our vacation in the area, we were looking for a good pizza and came based on the excellent reviews. The restaurant is beautifully located, and the ambiance is cozy. The restaurant was packed during our visit, and it was very crowded at times. When someone wanted to use the restroom, we had to move one of our chairs. A small, delicious appetizer was on the house beforehand, which we thought was nice and thoughtful. The service was very friendly; the mediocre rating refers to the fact that we had to wait almost two hours for our pizza, which is far too long, especially when eating out with children. The pizza itself was very tasty, but the salad starter was a bit boring. I think it's a very good trattoria; we probably just picked the wrong day...

We picked up 2 pasta dishes from there and it was quite ok. The cheese on the canneloni was baked a little dark. My husband's lasagna was ok. We ordered online, everything went smoothly and it was ready at the specified time.

I can only recommend it. It is a very small place with a less practical layout, but don't let that distract you. Here you get the best Italian food in the area.

What a great store this is... Not because of the beautiful looks. But is that also the point? Small, mostly focused on takeaway/delivery. We made a reservation based on the great reviews, and what a wonderful evening we had! Especially because of the absolutely fantastic food. So authentically tasty. But also certainly because of the warm, cordial and, above all, personal attention. Conversations continue in depth until well after closing time. Felt like a gift.... Silvia, Guilio and daughter, thank you for a great evening and we will see each other again! Recommended!

A real Italian trattoria in Schagen in North Holland... you wouldn't believe that, would you? So I put it to the test and visited Trattoria La Perla to pick up 2 takeaway pizzas. You can also have it delivered, but I prefer to see on site how everything is organized. Here's the report (spoiler: this trattoria lives up to its name!): The trattoria consists of a small dining area (was fully booked) and a takeaway area/kitchen and small seating area. The service was busy, the Italian hostess was friendly. Authentic fresh dishes (antipasti) were displayed in the refrigerated display case. The pizzaiolo was busy preparing dishes and baking homemade bread in between (great!). I like to see how pizzas are prepared (it's my hobby); this man has a good handle on it, good to see. The menu has more than enough choice with pizzas, pasta dishes, side dishes and desserts. We chose 2 pizza specialties: pizza with Parma ham and pear/gorgonzola/walnut. On the advice of the hostess we brought home-made tiramisu. The pizzas were very good, recommended! The tiramisu is also worth it. I would say: try this trattoria, the name 'trattoria' certainly lives up to its name. We will definitely come back here. Schagen can be proud of such a restaurant!

For 3 years now, the food here has been of consistently high quality with the taste just like in Italia! The Melanzane is my favorite next to the pizza parma. The negroamaro from Puglia is my favorite

Everything was great. The 2 waitresses and the cook are all very friendly and hospitable. And the pizzas tasted really good and were quite large. We didn't have room for dessert, but we brought home-made tiramisu. We will definitely eat here more often.

Have had several good experiences here. The food is delicious, very friendly people and a very good atmosphere. Initially it was fully booked, so we were put on the reserve list. The owner borrowed a table from the neighbors, called me personally and ensured that we could still come and eat. The experience already received 5 stars, but it is well deserved by the good atmosphere that has been created. The owner, who works in the kitchen himself, came into the restaurant and started singing Italian songs. So if you are looking for a good restaurant and want a unique Italian experience, book a table and go here!

Ein sehr liebevolles und super leckeres Restaurant. Eigentlich war schon alles voll, die Besitzer haben mir dennoch ihren "Familientisch" im hinteren Bereich des Restaurants frei geräumt und mich liebevoll bedient (trotz des etwas abseits stehenden Tisches wurde ich nie übersehen und genauso bedient wie alle anderen Gäste!). Das Essen war super lecker und ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder hierher wenn es sich ergibt. Ich kann dieses Restaurant jedem wärmstens empfehlen!!!!

Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist gemütlich rustikal und der Service ist herzlich familiär. Eine Reservierung ist zu empfehlen, da das ‚La Perla‘ sehr beliebt ist. Die Pizzen sind groß, hauchdünn, knusprig und lecker belegt. So wie sie sein sollen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Danke für den schönen Abend.

Wir hatten die starken Bewertungen auf Google Maps gesehen, einen Tisch reserviert und waren bei der Ankunft überrascht, dass es sich hinsichtlich Ambiente eher um ein Take-Away mit einigen (7?) Tischen handelte, als um ein klassisches Restaurant, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Vielleicht hatten wir falsche Erwartungen. Die Google Maps Fotos sind Klasse. Das essen vor Ort war gut. Insalata Caprese war prima. Der Pizzateig war nicht so meins und ist auch beim Rest der Familie nicht so gut angekommen. Hat eher an Crossini erinnert. Bezahlen konnte man mit Kreditkarte nicht. EC-Karte wäre gegangen, hatten wir aber nicht. Also blieb nur bar zahlen. Beim Verlassen rochen unsere Kleider, als ob wir in der Küche mitgeholfen hätten. 🙂 Der Service war freundlich und nett. Für eine schnelle Pizza zum Abholen, gerne. Das sehr hohe Rating kann ich persönlich nicht nachvollziehen. Ich persönlich kann hier nur ein durchschnittliches Rating geben, um im Vergleich auch anderen Gerecht zu werden.

Wir haben selten eine so gute Pizza gegessen - der Boden ein Gedicht - belegt mit viel Liebe und Erfahrung! Top Service - sehr aufmerksam. Jederzeit wieder!

Na een tijdje zoeken eindelijk weer een echt goede pizza gevonden!. Ik ben niet gauw tevreden, dat weet ik. Dit is goeie pizza! Het deeg is perfect van smaak en krokant. Verse pizza gemaakt door leuke mensen. Wat wil je nog meer? Aanrader!

Ken je dat? Je bent ergens in Italië en ontdekt een klein restaurantje, ergens achteraf. Waar het eten vervolgens zo ongelofelijk lekker is, dat je het nooit meer vergeet. Zo'n 'pareltje' is La Perla 😃. Waar Giulio kookt en Silvia zorgt dat het je aan niets ontbreekt.

Een beetje Italië in Schagen. Puur, eerlijk, vers eten zoals je het in Italië ook krijgt. Giulio is een buitengewoon goede kok. En zijn Sylvia weet hoe ze je welkom moet laten voelen. Attent en gastvrij. En als je mazzel hebt krijg je ook nog een serenade van Giulio zelf. We hebben genoten en een topavond gehad!

Gisteren met familie heerlijk gegeten bij Trattoria La Perla. Onze zoon noemde het zelfs de lekkerste pizza die hij ooit heeft gegeten. Klein knus restaurant waar men werkt met dagverse ingredienten. De bediening was zeer klantgericht en vriendelijk. Een absolute aanrader!

Toen ik de spaghetti ala vongole op de kaart had gezien ben ik snel naar la Perla gegaan. Hij was uitstekend zoals vroeger in Italië en bij dat uitstekende Italiaanse restaurant in Nice. En een compliment voor de bediening.

Heerlijke hapjes gehad op een feestje en allemaal zelf gemaakt. Heel gastvrij.
