Before ordering, we asked the waitress if the mustard soup had speck in it, and they said that it was gonna be on the side, so we ordered it. There was no speck, so we asked again, and they said they didn’t have it. Food was overall mediocre, soup was not directly bad, just small portions. For the price you pay it’s not a good amount of food.

I ordered pear juice and received Apple pear ginger juice which in my opinion is rude

The terrace was lovely, situated on the edge of the forest, where a bird concert took place. Ordering is only possible via QR code. The dolmen pastry was dry, overly sweet, and overpriced. The staff works hard but is only there to serve and clear the table. There's no atmosphere.

It's a nice place, the staff is friendly. But the food is meh. The cheese bread roll is really only a white bread roll, a mini block of butter and two slices of random cheese - no decoration, no greens, nothing. Looked like hospital food, costs a fortune. The cake was nice. We would not recommend the visit unless you are extremely hungry.

What a terribly impersonal experience, even though the location, in terms of decor and view, is definitely worth it. After checking in at the counter, you're simply directed to a table where you'll find a wooden block with a QR code. After reviewing this confusing "map," more questions arise, and you have to check in at the counter again. So much for the service and craftsmanship of this restaurant. After processing this disappointment, we got up and had a delicious pastry and a drink elsewhere.

Lots of whipped cream on your hot chocolate and a nice strong coffee with a delicious biscuit 🍪

Excellent bitterballen and traditional beers, beautifully situated near the Hunebedcentrum and near D27.

There is no menu on the table, only a sign at the entrance of the café. We had a nice order for four of us. I personally found the mustard soup that I ordered to be very little for a soup meal of 8.25. I told the waiter and then it was too bad for me. Actually we were waiting for feedback about the dissatisfaction but that did not come. When paying, an unpleasant atmosphere arose. It was said that I had to indicate in advance if I thought it was too little. I have never asked in a restaurant how many ml of soup I get in advance. It only occurred to me during the meal because of the strange shape of the bowl that it was little. It was also said that I was the first with a complaint which gave me an unpleasant feeling. After an unpleasant moment of paying on both sides, we were compensated. But no, that is not how you should treat a dissatisfied customer, whether you agree with the customer or not.

Try the funnel-cup coffee—it's truly delicious! The surrounding area and the largest dolmen nearby are also a delight!

Beautiful cafe, cozy and modernly decorated. Easily accessible for the disabled. Friendly service. Also available outside terrace.

Limited number options to pick. But bitterballen was good. Also good to have alcohol free beer options.

Small card. Staff was very friendly. Smooth service with normal waiting times. Here you can relax or take shelter when it rains. Had a soda, a meatball and a tomato soup. It was just very tasty and of good quality.

It was very busy but we received our order quite quickly. The service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back.👍

Holiday time and quite busy. All tables are either occupied or not cleared. We serve a sign saying take a seat at the table. It's like a chicken coop when it's busy. Little atmosphere and the sound gets stuck. Our dirty table was cleared quite quickly but not taken away. The next employee took all the menus from the table, strange moment at 3:45 PM, they are open until 5:00 PM. My colleague will be with you shortly... Still the coffee/drinks menu. Brownie? On. Muffin? On. Then the Drenthe peat (heavy chocolate cake with nuts, not recommended). Coffee was good and fresh from a bottle as it should be. Truly a catering point at a tourist spot that can exist without delivering quality. The employees were all very friendly. Therefore 3 stars. For the rest two stars.

Not enough tables on a beautiful day, so an older couple felt offended and we felt aggrieved. The older couple wanted to sit at our table within one and a half meters, which I had to politely decline. Staff came back afterwards and did nothing

Low price/quality. You get an AH cadet with toppings of your choice, nothing special.
