Atmospheric, nicely decorated, always nice service regardless of who works there and above all a delicious menu. Reservations are not possible, but certainly not necessary. You always get a place. There is always something tasty on the menu and if not, you will find it in the specials. One of the recommendations in Maastricht in general and Wyck in particular. Top!

Cozy bistro style restaurant with excellent good quality food. Service was on point and very attentive. Wine selection was also broad and very complimentary with the food. All dishes were great! Definitely recommend trying the coqueilles and crème brûlée! Big plus for their lovely interior design.

The 1st time to Tuur with high expectations. Initially received warmly, as you would expect in a case of this level. We took a seat on the terrace and waited for the waiter to take drinks and bring us a menu. However, this never came. After half an hour nothing. When she finally arrived, she immediately ordered a snack. Then immediately forget about this. Drinks also did not arrive immediately. Another very long wait. No eye contact, no looking, other tables also suffered from this, although regular guests certainly seem to have a priority position at Tuur. When we waited another half hour for someone to take our order from the menu, the size was full and I went inside to ask if we could order. Tuur came out with the message Doucement. Well, let's just act normal, I thought, a humble apology would have been appropriate since everything just went wrong at our table, which can happen, but then you just kindly apologize. Now we were portrayed as if we were not bon vivants and it was our fault. What nonsense, your case is simply wrong. We then had a really good meal and had forgotten the unjustifiably annoying attitude of this owner until we heard him complaining at the table next to us about how people could complain so much if they had to wait a while. Well now my clog broke. How unprofessional can you be?! Really bizarre. Conclusion: The girls at the service are nice, although they do not have an overview of clear areas and tasks (lack of organization), the food is tasty and it is a nice place, but unfortunately Tuur with his nasty attitude is the one that means you will no longer see us here.

What a fantastic restaurant, the food was delicious, I haven't had such brilliant service for years, and the decor stylish. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. We were invited to have a drink & nibbles while waiting for a table ( it was busy, sign of a popular place) and 15 minutes later we were seated. We had Dutch and Irish oysters first, both excellent & fresh. My husband had mackerel tartare and I had the signature 'Horny'???? egg dish. For mains we both had sole with a stunning butter caper sauce, delectable little veggies & of course frites. All washed down with a Gruner Veltliner. We skipped dessert as we were so full. Had a lovely evening in this cosmopolitan atmosphere and a nice chat with the waiters. Can't recommend this restaurant highly enough.

The duck breast was delicious and the baked brie decadent. The service was wonderful. The waiter suggested a delightful whiskey and translated the menu. Terrific place, I highly recommend it.

The food was tasty. Far too few fries for 3 people. The bowl was half full. When the waitress asked if we had enough fries, we indicated that there were very few. She brought another bowl that was charged as an extra portion.

Pleasantly surprised by this modern bistro, with very well-kept interiors and exteriors, only Dutch menu (therefore not touristy! Google translation wasn't a problem), very kind staff and excellent food: friendly service with non-obvious dried fruit to accompany the drinks, superb tartare and seasonal vegetables and lemon tartlet! Great selection of alcoholic drinks. Price in line with the Dutch average. Advised!

Small-scale, beautiful concept that is a good addition to the high-quality catering industry that Maastricht has to offer. Please note, reservations are not possible at Tuur. During our visit, this ensured that there was a pleasant group at the high tables where mutual contact was encouraged. Dinner was of good quality. The steak tartare and burrate are highly recommended. The 'Geile Eitje van Tuur' lacks a bit of structure, but is otherwise good in taste. The bavette is nicely fried to taste. Wines are of good quality (Viognier and Malbec drunk). All in all we had a very nice evening, and Tuur is a restaurant where we would and will happily return!

Fantastic place with delicious food and very good service. Recommend asking for their specials. The fish of the day was scrumptious. It is a very small place with ~30 seats and sadly, they do not accept reservations. Therefore, either go early (before 17:00) or settle on waiting until a table becomes available (this is worth it)

Nice thing. Only you were way too close together. That's why I wouldn't go back here again. The risotto was delicious, but could have been a little more. The portion was a bit on the small side. The small charcuterie board was tasty.

Super gastheer en vlotte bediening! Midden in de zaak de befaamde Berkel van Tuur. We zien af en toe wat reviews voorbij komen over een te dure borrelplank maar dat is niet terecht. Hier wordt louter charcuterie geserveerd van uitmuntende kwaliteit. Ambacht heeft een prijs en maakt eten weer leuk! Wij komen snel weer👏👏👏

Heerlijk avond gehad. We waren met 4 personen op tijd in het restaurant aangezien je niet kan reserveren. Vervolgens genoten van de enorm kwalitatieve gerechten die ons die avond gepasseerd zijn. De bediening was ook heel vriendelijk en we werden niet de deur uit gekeken. Enorme aanrader!

Restaurant Tuur in Maastricht biedt een aangename eetervaring met enkele punten van verbetering. De ster van de avond was ongetwijfeld de bavette, perfect bereid en vergezeld van een smaakvolle béarnaise saus. De smaken waren verfijnd en lieten een positieve indruk achter. De inrichting draagt bij aan een gezellige sfeer, ideaal voor een avondje uit. Met een decor dat zowel modern als uitnodigend is, voelt men zich snel op zijn gemak. De bediening was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, al liet de snelheid van de service te wensen over. We moesten vrij lang wachten voordat onze gerechten op tafel verschenen, iets wat op drukke avonden begrijpelijk kan zijn, maar toch voor enige frustratie zorgde. Het enige echte minpunt van de avond waren de frietjes. Hoewel goed van smaak, misten ze de gewenste knapperigheid en kwamen ze over als wat slap. Al met al is Restaurant Tuur zeker een bezoek waard, maar met enkele aanpassingen zou het een vijfsterrenervaring kunnen zijn.

Stopped in for glass of wine on way back to hotel. Wished we had not passed on way to eat in restaurant around main square. Places has a great vibe and taste in music.

Je zit veel te krap op elkaar. Als je van je tafel af wilt dan zit je bijna met je achterwerk bij diegene naast je op bord. En we hadden een grote borrelplank 😱 voor 21 euro. Veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. In Apeldoorn hadden we een kleine borrelplank met veel uitgebreide etenswaren erop. Voor 18,50 euro 2de foto met frituurhapjes is bij een restaurant in Apeldoorn. Kijk en vergelijk.

Was niet verkeerd portie kleine plank veel te duur voor het geen erop de plank wordt geserveerd voor €12,50 had ik wel wat meer verwacht

Great food and a friendly staff makes this restaurant a place to certainly visit again. To top it off, they also had my favorite bourbon.

Gezellig borrelen en Bourgondisch tafelen, heerlijke verassende gerechten, steeds wisselend al naargelang het seizoen, leuke sfeer, fijn team en gepassioneerde, aimabele en attente gastheer Tuur. Al vaak hier gedineerd, in groot en klein gezelschap. Verveelt nooit, douze points Tuur!
