Food is okay but not special. Sadly if you are with a bigger group the menu is bad and they serve the same food every time. Even if only 4 people want a dessert they won’t allow you to choose.

Wonderful, cozy, and atmospheric restaurant. Definitely recommended. Excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. You quickly feel welcome and valued here. Good and appropriate suggestions. We had a fantastic evening. The 4-course shared dining menu is highly recommended.

Minor points of constructive criticism: 1. For shared dining, please serve extra fries and salad with the first courses. 2 toilets could use some renovation. Otherwise, the food was of very good quality, and the service was attentive.

Always a nice atmosphere and good food. Both meat and vegetarian. You are always helped in a friendly way. The staff is always very nice. My boyfriend and I have been going here for a few years now. The luncheonettes are our favorite! It is also the place for us to take friends and family

I really enjoy coming here for lunch, the nice, hospitable service and the lovely, friendly (almost homely) atmosphere here. I always feel welcome here! Villa d'Este is located on a pleasant square in Oudenbosch right opposite the Basilica, so it can be easily combined in terms of a visit and with its own parking. The furnishings are also inspired by religion, including the beautiful photos on the wall. Price-quality ratio is really excellent and the service is happy to cooperate, even if you want to deviate from the menu. All in all, it is an experience to have lunch here, I will always come back here whenever I am in the area. Highly recommended in my opinion and for coffee (or dessert) the fallen apple pie is definitely a favorite folks!

Good food but service is not a high priority here. Staff does not try to make your stay enjoyable and are grumpy. Not recommended as far as I'm concerned.

Had dinner here on the terrace on a summer evening. Very nice with a view of the greenery and the beautiful building. There is a shared dining concept with smaller dishes but also 'normal' à la carte, which is what we chose. Delicious food! Super quality meat, tasty scampi and excellent fries. Also a very tasty dessert. Really delicious food in a nice atmosphere in a beautiful place!

We ate a delicious fish sandwich, but the fish still had to be caught. it was more lettuce and sauce than fish I expected for 13.25 some kind of richly filled sandwich.

Really delicious food, we had the diamond tenderloin or Jew's tenderloin. So well prepared! The atmosphere was good and the service was very customer-friendly. It was a closure for us after the "little people walk". We will definitely visit "Villa D'este" on our next visit to Oudenbosch. Thank you.

Zeer gezellig terras, met uitzicht op de tuin. Onze plaats werd aangewezen, maar moesten dan zelf vragen of we mochten bestellen. Na bestelling een vlotte en vriendelijke bediening. De proeverij van vis was heerlijk. Alleen de tonijnsalade was niet zo bijzonder. Brood 🥖 was lekker vers. Wel boter bij moeten vragen, want dat was wat karig. Heerlijke Sangría 🍹.... Ook koffie ☕ is hier heerlijk. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is hier goed en mag zeker een aanrader worden genoemd.

Jammer dat je 2 euro meer moet betalen voor een piepklein glutenvrij bolletje……terwijl dit niet vermeld wordt. De lunchsalade is al duur genoeg met 14,50….verder goed en mooie ambiance.

We hebben genoten van een heerlijk 6 gangen diner met steeds bijpassende wijnen. Deze avond was georganiseerd door Wijnhandel van Spaandonk. Het was een gezellige, leerzame avond en culinaire reis waar je voor terugkomt.

Prices here are affordable and the food is delicious! The atmosphere is beautiful as well. A good place for gathering with friends with the natural sunlight streaming in on the wooden furniture. We had the surf and turf which consists of beef on a stick, gamba in a nice teriyaki sauce on top of bread. The beef they used is good and the sauce and ingredients go well together. We saw quite a few others having the surf and turf too. We also had the omelette with ham and cheese. The omelette is more like a deep fried egg but still good as it reminds me of a Chinese omelette. It came with corn bread. Their latte macchiato caramel is very nice. We also had an apple tart for dessert (2+ Euro). The apple was not soft enough for our liking so that was a bit of a bummer (3/5 stars). The crust and whipped cream is good though

We werden bediend door een leuke serveerster. Het eetgedeelte was ruim en klassiek warm en gezellig. De lunchgerechten waren heerlijk. We konden uit een ruime lunchkaart kiezen.

Top restaurant! Verrassende samenstelling en opmaak van de gerechten. Uitstekende bediening die het vak verstaat. Gezellige drukte op zaterdagavond.

Was catering verzorgt vanwege het met pensioen gaan. Eten was niet best. Drinken daarintegen werd wel goed verzorgd.

Heerlijk gegeten. We hebben ons laten verrassen en dat beviel prima. Zeer aan te bevelen! Daarom verbaasde het ons dat het niet vol was.

Ik als fervente tapas eter namen we het 4-gangen menu shared dining gerechten samengesteld door de chef. Wilde dit keer geen spelbreker zijn door te zeggen dat ik vis niet zo blief. Maar ach een stukje witvis is altijd wel lekker. Achteraf gezien had ik het beter wel kunnen zeggen. Want het eten is een en al exclusief. Mischien ben ik dan maar een gewoon klootjesvolk maar mijn ding was het niet. Driekwart vond ik niet lekker. Verder was het wel voldoende wat je in 4-gangen krijgt voorgeschoteld. Maar goed dat mag ook wel voor € 34,50 pp. Jammer dat de mannelijke bediende te wensen overliet en duidelijk een riedeltje op zei. Hij leek er wel geen zin in te hebben. Elke vraag terug was er 1 teveel. De entourage was verder wel top. En de wijn ook.. lekkere cava.

Eindelijk heerlijke koffie gedronken van Van den Biggelaar, meeste koffie in horeca is niet te drinken, hier dus wel. Aangename bediening en ook nog eens lekker gegeten. Toppers die steun verdienen in deze, speciaal voor de horeca, zo zware tijden.

Wederom heerlijk gegeten op ons vaste adres bij Tivoli. De vernieuwde entourage ziet er mooi uit en alle gerechten waren voortreffelijk! Hopelijk blijft deze kok want die heeft duidelijk zijn goede invloed laten gelden. Als men dan ook nog per seizoen de kaart vernieuwd, zoals voorheen het geval was, dan zijn ze echt geweldig bezig hier.
