I have been coming to this fish shop for years and am very satisfied. Tasty dishes. Quality. Nice atmosphere and seating. Your food is served quite quickly. Sweet and friendly staff. I also often bring friends and family here. Highly recommended.

I order from this fish shop frequently, but after multiple disappointing experiences, I’ve had enough. When you put together a seafood platter and consciously choose more expensive types of fish, you expect to get what you pay for. In my case, I ordered salmon, but I received a clearly cheaper variety in return. This is not the first time I have a strong feeling that the fish delivered does not match what I selected. High prices are charged, but the quality and the products delivered absolutely do not match them. As a customer, I feel misled and disadvantaged by this. You pay a premium price, but apparently do not always get the fish you paid for in return. This is unacceptable to me. After multiple orders, I have completely lost faith in this business. Customers have a right to honesty and transparency, and in my opinion, this should be monitored much more strictly. I find this very reprehensible!

The fish still had too many scales. It didn't seem to have been scaled at all. The innards were not removed properly, causing the fish to taste particularly bitter in the middle (innard aftertaste). They need to clean the fish better and use a different type of marinade (for grilling).

You don't deserve a single star. Half my order was wrong. I saw it coming. The man looked me deep in the eyes and put the fish back. I really don't feel well; I've had a stomach ache for 4 hours.

Bad business, I am never going there again. During Ramadan, I made a reservation properly; I arrived and sat at my spot waiting for fish. It took so long, which is understandable during Ramadan because everyone wanted to eat at the same time. After consulting with the staff and politely indicating that I was going across the street to the mosque to perform my prayers since I was waiting anyway, upon my return I lost my spot to a family who came in, leaving no room for me. I went to complain to the staff, and they just shrugged their shoulders.... As a result, I left without eating. The customer means nothing to these people as long as they can rake in the money. I used to eat there at least 3 times a week; since this incident, I am never going there again...

I was shocked by what I saw, a woman in the kitchen plating up fish and putting it on a platter, just eating it from the customer's platter, then taking more fish out of it and adding it to another platter, apparently belonging to another customer, to supplement his platter. When I got home, I was way short on fish, and the weight was also off. I also saw her working without gloves and coughing over the food, very rude and unfair, never ordering from there again!

A very special place for preparing a great meal 🐟 and appetizers and their prices are good

We have been coming here for years and every time we are not disappointed. The fish is always fresh and there is a wide choice of different types of fish. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. An absolute highlight is the fish soup, delicious and full of flavour. You would come back for that alone! In short: this remains my favourite place to enjoy a good fish meal with my family. Highly recommended for anyone who loves fresh fish!

I don't often post reviews but this place is really a 10/10! We were able to sit down right away and were very friendly spoken to by the employee. The food was ready quickly and of good quality. The fish was fresh and they have a good price-quality ratio. The place was clean and tidy, everyone who works there was also very friendly from the kitchen staff to the service and everything was brought quickly. In the end they also asked if everything was to your liking and if you lacked anything. The best fish shop in The Hague! I will definitely come back.

I have been coming here regularly for years, sometimes even weekly. We always order quite a lot and have always been served properly. However, the last few times I started to notice something: despite ordering large quantities (for example about 2 kilos of food for 2 people), we don't seem to get everything we order. During my last visit I paid extra attention, and to my surprise it was true: we clearly didn't get everything we ordered. After looking online, I see that other people have experienced this too. This feels like pure fraud. Unbelievable that something like this happens. If it is not feasible to deliver the orders in full at these prices, then rather increase the prices instead of doing business this way. This is no way to do business.

Very nice place. You choose what you want to eat, then the chef prepares it for you. You can choose from fish and seafood.

The seafood is fresh, there’s a pretty wide variety to choose from. The nice thing is that you get to decide exactly what ends up on your plate so you can adjust everything to your liking. The batter is really crispy and the prices are reasonable. I really recommend this place.

Heerlijke vis schotel, de charmilla zoals het hoort en niet zoals in veel vis zaken gepureerde tomaten uit blik met wat kruiden, zeer vriendelijk personeel vooral het meisje! Wat een schatje! Schone zaak. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Geweldige zaak. Altijd heerlijk bereidde vis voor een schappelijke prijs. Je kan zelf kiezen wat je neemt en zo is het altijd vol variatie. Ik kan je zeker aanraden om hier een keer wat te halen. Voor 20 euro heb je met z'n 2en een stevige, volle en verse maaltijd. Eet er wat brood bij en je dag kan niet meer stuk.
