I am a regular at Wagamama. I always order chicken tantamen ramen and positive juice which are perfect everytime. The portions are generous, often even too big for me to finish :) Can definitely recommend!

Disfrutamos tanto de este lugar que volvimos por segunda vez en nuestra tercera noche en Amsterdam. La comida era tremenda! Mi esposa tomó la soba de yaki y fue excelente. Tuve el tazón de arroz con brebket de ternera y fue perfecto, y luego probé el tazón de ramen de vientre de cerdo, que también fue sobresaliente. El servicio era genial, precio razonable, gente amable y una gran comida.

Food was awful. Yaki udon was like a mix of onion and that’s it, no chicken at all, the taste was awful. Also we’ve ordered a prawn firecracker and it was sooo spice, impossible to eat and noons mentioned that to us. Maybe other dishes are better buttt these for 20 € each, were expensive and awfull

Had the vegan yakisoba and strawberry lemonade. Good portion sizes and fast service. Came in around 4pm on a Sunday, it was almost entirely empty, no wait. Wait staff were really attentive.

Discovered Wagamama in Vienna and very satisfied. Visited this branch in Amsterdam today. You can't make a reservation, so you have to wait 20 minutes at 'a bar'. Menu is clear and well written. You can order using the QR on the table. I recommend this because the staff is anything but motivated. People are on their mobile phones in the corner next to the coat rack, they don't clear away plates/empty bottles and glasses (I had to ask). And the bar employee happily continues to tap, but no one feels called to serve drinks. Result, dead beer and cold double espresso (which turned out to be a single espresso). Food tastes good but the 2 main courses came separately. My partner was already half way (otherwise it would be cold). The restaurant has a reasonably decorated atmosphere.

Generous portions, perfectly seasoned and remarkable service from the staff! They are very supportive regarding allergies and gave excellent advice on their food. We liked it so much that we went there the next day as well and it was even better than the first time! An absolute must visit for every future visits in Amsterdam!

The food was fantastically delicious. We just didn't get our food all at once, which was really strange. Our food was already gone and 5 minutes later the last person got their plate. It was really noisy because of the crowd.

Wagamas are always a 'safe bet' for decent, reliable food, and this one is no different 👍 The only problem was when we visited on a Saturday night (8pm ish), it was half empty yet we waited over 15 mins to get a Table 👎 They clearly need to employ more staff, the guy who was seating people was ran off his feet (he was also clearing tables...👎) The food was good (as you'd expect) and came out without any delays 👍 If they sort out the staff shortage/delays, this would be a solid 5 star

The first time it was served the food was simply cold, the second time there were exactly 2 shrimps and no chicken in sight, or an expensive plate with only noodles. The extra kimchi literally fit on a teaspoon and the 2 beef buns for 9.00 were the most ridiculous revenue model ever seen. Since the service didn't have time for anything, we just left. Furthermore, it is a transit port, cram as many people into it as possible, earn maximum income

The starter (chilli squid) was supposed to be hot. But it was primarily salt. So much so that after one bite we decided not to eat it. We all need less salt in our diets, right? Our drinks never arrived. Main dishes were good. But the portions didn’t do the price justice. I think Wagamama lost it’s magic. Service, by the way, was good. We didn’t pay for the drinks and starter. She offered her excuse.

Good food.. Slow service.. A bit pricey

Arrived just after 5pm, restaurant quite quiet. Greeted within a minute or two and shown to nice table and given menu - all looking good. And then radio silence - no drinks order, no food order, staff walked past a couple of times. So, after fifteen minutes or more, we packed up and headed out, over to Hard Rock Cafe instead. I don't like leaving negative reviews but hopefully the management learn from them.

Great restaurant with original and delicious Korean cuisine, generous portions! Each dish is available in shrimp, chicken or beef for all tastes! Fast and very attentive service. Very cozy and cozy atmosphere. On the other hand, the wooden "seats" are very unpleasant and impossible to rest on them... Price €€. I recommend without hesitation for the quality of the dishes...

We enjoyed our visit to this Wagas. It was a bit chaotic when we arrived as there is no queue system, but the lady at check-in was very competent and didn't get flustered and we were seated in about 10 mins. The service was then fantastic and cheery, but the veggie options were a little more limited than the UK but it all worked out. Great food too.

Arrived late in the evening in Amsterdam. Headed to the casino and saw “Wagamama”. Got in,no line seated immediately chose very quickly (they have pretty much the same in every country) tasty and toasty I was very satisfied with my dish(es) went there twice. It is also a good choice for vegans

Staff were absolutely wonderful with my allergy, and made me feel so great. This was my first time dining alone at any restaurant and I felt so comfortable!

Walked in got ignored by 3 members of staff. No one takes responsibility I understand it’s hard to get good personal these days, but how hard is it to have people greet you if you have a wait for the host to get to a table policy. Literally had several waiters walk by and ignore eye contact. Good way to make us feel like idiots begging some 18 year olds for attention. Then get some introverted kid that mumbles some unhearable stuff. Good for him going out of his comfort and working in a restaurant but not a plus after that entrance for the whole experience. Food was fine. But expensive, but I guess that’s normal for the location. This was my 3d time here by the way.

Worst service I’ve experienced in Amsterdam, and and all in wagamama franchise restaurant too, slow service, years for cleaning up tables, personal pretend to don’t see you calling them

Ice cold Amsterdam night… let’s go have a nice warm meal. Guess what, raw cold carrots and spinach is what passes as dinner here.. and for 20 euros.. what an absolute piss-take. Come in and have a cold chicken salad, sitting on a wooden block while our waiters ignore you. If you go don’t bother with the staff, use your mobile and the QR code on the table if you want anything. Come in cold and leave cold.

This place is not bad but does not really reach 5 stars, unfortunately 😓 Portions are big, you will find the taste relatively good, nice people are working there, but it just does not feel better than 4. I am NOT discouraging you from going there: you might find it great, but I am just basing my judgement on the presence of better places on the area.

Last time we tried to go to Wagamama (Utrecht) they only had 4 menu items available so we walked away. This time in Amsterdam they allowed us to order and pay before advising the menu item ordered is not available. There won’t be a next time.

I recently dined at this restaurant and was a little disappointed with my experience. Although the setting was nice, I found the price to be quite high for the amount of food served.

We had a rich ramen, delicious curry with vegan schnitzel and were satisfied with the great food and the very nice service. The prices are absolutely reasonable for Amsterdam standards and the portions are generous. The decor is also nice and at least around 5 p.m. the restaurant wasn't overcrowded.

A restaurant rated 10 is really what you need, tasty food, ok service, great drinks! I recommend!! I can say that I ate three evenings in a row, so I can say that I liked the food, congratulations to the chefs!! The prices are very good, we also have the payment note attached in the pictures for a group of 6 people, we paid quite ok! Thanks for the food! Congratulations for the work done by the whole team!

La comida estaba bien, pero bastante caro. Después de unos minutos nos dimos cuenta de que hacía mucho frío, debido a la calefacción absolutamente insuficiente a principios de noviembre. Le mencionamos esto a la camarera y ella dijo que no podía hacer nada al respecto. Fue muy incómodo. En su impotencia también nos dio el consejo de que comiéramos con las chaquetas puestas. Puede que se haya dado con buenas intenciones, pero lo consideramos impertinente.

Made us wait 15 minutes for a simple drink. Then they served the wrong 1 which had to be changed. Then they said the junior staff did not know that they are not allowed to give take-aways for liquor drinks so we had to dine-in. Poor staff quality. Not smart enough to run a Wagamama.

Not the place to dine alone as mentioned by other reviews here which is discriminatory. Asked service to bring me the bill and he said yes. First waiter did not bring the bill. Asked a second time with the same waiter and was told to ask another person despite him being available. Mochi balls also took 40 minutes to arrive. Would not recommend as there are plenty of other courteous services around amsterdam.

Had quite some underwhelming food. This is the first time we were disappointed at wagamama. We had been a big fan of their food in London. The table was missing essentials like salt and soy sauce. Gyoza looked burnt and tasted burnt. Kimchi was over fermented (super-sour and melted in mouth). Noodles were quite under-flavored; this is where we missed the table seasoning the most. Stir fry veggies had a good crunch and tasted good, but they were dripping with oil.

I *never* write reviews here, so this is special. I went there with my 3 young children. The staff accommodated the kids’ needs (providing suitable chairs, recommending a better meal option, and being friendly to the kids). 2 hours after leaving the restaurant, I realized that I left my phone there. I called with my Apple Watch, and the lady first made sure that I was the phone's owner by asking me to describe the lock screen and other features. I said that I was alone with kids who were asleep. Would a driver be able to drop it off? She said no and explained that she didn’t want to give my phone to a random driver. She offered to drop it off after her shift as I live nearby. She actually came much earlier, bringing me the phone personally. What a fantastic woman! Staff of the year. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but I’m sure she had reddish-dyed hair (I hope it is not wrong). Thank you so much for the delicious dinner, friendly staff and this wonderful lady for her help ❤️

Here you can enjoy tasty Korean food in a modern and pleasant atmosphere. The waitresses were friendly and accommodating and the portions were sufficient.

Full disclosure, it's been some time since my last visit. A place I visited in Chicago recently reminded me of how yummy Wagamama is. Amazing broth. Chicken that makes all the other chicken you've had seem like it must have been fake 😆 Generous portions with additional broth available upon request. Great location to enjoy your company with your food or for going solo and people watching. Check it out. You'll be glad you did 😉

Prawns was bang bang indeed but service slow, they didn't give napkins and they carried the plates with their thumbs in it. And too much ice in the cocktails and too little alcohol.

I'm sure the first time I checked the reviews on Googlemaps it was 5/5 Stars with about 38 Reviews. We decided to have a walk untill we got hungry, and come back to this restaurant. I seond check showed this time 4/5 stars out of 1500+ Reviews. Strange.. Still had to check out. - Food average, nothing special. Cheesecake was unswallowble. - Service people were friendly, but seemd like first day on the job. Took long before they came to take the order, after we order it with the QR-Code. After waiting so long, we asked if we could get the beverage first, because we were very thirsty. The guy said if it is ordered, it will come... - Most chairs we from wood with no leaning part for the backe - it took long befor the served the food, before that, they informed us that the "extra" chicken with the dish we ordered took longer and asked if we want to wait for that, or take the dishes first and the "extra" later as soon as it is done. Ofcourse we chose the latter. - too expensive for the food and service - atmophere seeme fine, and the place looked clean and new

A nice place. Found the service really quick - even on a relaxed Monday, when the place was relatively quiet. You can slow it down a bit. Friendly and cheerful staff. Food was nice.

We ate today with our family at the Wagamama restaurant in Max Euweplein 10, Amsterdam. Everything was perfect: the location, menu, food, waiting time, gluten free and vegi food and especially the service provided with smile by the young, professional and handsome waitress named Ambra.

Dit restaurant is mijn erg tegen gevallen . Mijn gerecht was smakeloos dus vroeg ik om wat sambal waar ik ruim 15 minuten na 2 keer vragen op moest wachten en als klap op de vuurpijl werd de sambal me nog in rekening gebracht . Cheesecake besteld , Smaakte naar een aftreksel van iets goedkoop zeg maar gewoon een nep cheesecake . Eens maar nooit meer! ik eet liever thuis .Kortom weggegooid geld.

We have been to many Wagamama restaurants but this was the poorest experience. The staff was very slow in service. The cocktail was weakly made with too much sugar and when we pointed it out they said they use a standard measure. Would not suggest visiting as there are better options in the area

Good was tasty price is on the high average. Service was basic, as most service in the Netherlands no smile, heard her shouting at the kid the next table 🤦🏽 Had to go to them to pay my bill as 2 staff were siting and eating so no one was around.
