Geronimo Food & Wine – Christmas Dinner We had Christmas dinner here tonight. We drove over forty minutes and found it through TheFork. It turned out to be a very good choice. The food was of a high standard. Everything you expect from a Michelin-starred dinner: balanced flavors, refined techniques, and a calm, thoughtful progression of the courses. Every dish was perfect. The wine pairings were perfectly matched to the menu. Not too heavy, not too safe, but perfectly complementing what was on the plate. That demonstrates knowledge and sensitivity. What was particularly striking was the focus: no unnecessary show, no fuss, but attention to quality and taste. That's impressive, especially at Christmas. For this level of experience, we'd happily drive an extra 80 kilometers. We will definitely be back.

Great host and great food. We enjoyed our time in the small living room atmosphere restaurant. The cross over we had was Japanse and Jordanian good. The last one being excellent. Just make sure you reserve it's a very tiny place.

I had a fantastic cocktail workshop with Megan Twist! From the start, she put everyone at ease, which immediately created a friendly atmosphere. The location is also beautiful and a great place to work. Megan's presentation is engaging, and you can clearly see her passion for her craft; it's infectious. And last but not least: the cocktails were delicious 😄 Highly recommended!

I lived practically around the corner 20 years ago, and after 12 years, I finally went back to Stratum for dinner. Cozy living room, beautiful and delicious food, friendly ladies, great atmosphere! Everything I expected! :)
