Watts Hub in Bedrijventerrein Sloterdijk

A place with potential, but not quite there. The biggest annoyance is the lack of toppings on the sandwich (burrata). Basically tasty flavors together, but if I have to be frugal with the ingredients with every bite, the fun quickly disappears.

Nice cafe and it's not possible to order. Overwhelmed staff. We waited 20 minutes and couldn't even order coffee. Several people left the café without being able to order.

I don't know why is this place low rated. Delicious food, huge quantities, amazing service. Chicken sate was the best. The bread and dips was delicious and fresh bread. Except the sangria. It was purely sugar syrup. They should change it, add some fruits or something to taste it better. It felt like very sweet cough syrup. But everything else including beers , gin and tonic and all the food, amazing!! And great service

Ordered a Pizza and an Apple Pie with Whiped cream. Got the pizza it was OK, I sat there waiting for an hour for my Apple Pie I asked what's going on. The waitress said she forgot all about it. Which is crazy at the time I was the only customer in there. Terrible service

1 star which is a shame because the case is super beautiful. We had called for bottles of prosecco on the table and called to say we would be late. Nothing had been arranged. Also mentioned that it was a birthday and then after an hour was told that the sandwiches had not been ordered. We are glad that we had mentioned that we had been waiting a long time for our drinks. Otherwise we would have left hungry and thirsty. No one came to the table to check if we were still seated correctly. We walked to the fir hungry. It's a shame, because we were the only ones in the business. So they were definitely not busy.

insane flavour experiences. i ate there once and had to go back the following days and everything i ate was immaculate! try the salads, they’re delicious! also very nice music!

my mom and i found this place randomly, we saw the food, tried it and were both transported into a different dimension. best food we both ever had without kidding. huge portions, insane flavor combinations, not many people to our surprise and professional crew. just please go and try the burrata salad or anything really because everything looked insane. thank me later! total secret tip!

Three times I received food that was either wrong, changed or didn't arrive. Being a local I suggested 'I can't eat this' but I'll pay. Fully expecting the waitress I've know for months to be reasonable and give me my money back for inedible food, or once it didn't even arrive in 45 minutes - that was after calling ahead by 15m, to give warning. So not cool. The owner is ok, but that hardly helps the lack of any empathy. If they give you a wrong dish, expect to pay for it.

Nice place and good food but one euro extra for the oatmilk on top of the cappuccino price is steep. The price of the very large carrotcake was modest however.

Delicious food for a reasonable price with friendly service. Chicken salad with bacon is highly recommended. The location... well, it is in the concrete office jungle of Sloterdijk, but fortunately close enough to green cycle routes towards Zwanenburg/Haarlem

Think I was given the wrong order as no red fruit on tropical pancakes, and tropical if you mean 3 slices of banana!? Shocking. Smoothie was good but cappuccino was super strong and barely drinkable. Service was slow when we wanted to leave. Toilet were nice and clean. €30 for 2 pancakes and 2 drinks

Nice place to have a nice quiet lunch. Nicely decorated, delicious food and a great presentation. Be sure to stop by again to try more of the menu items!

I had breakfast here last week and found it very tasty. The service is also good and friendly. I would have liked to give it 5 stars, but when I visited there were unfortunately no coffee specialties with milk, as they were supposed to be non-milk. I found it a real shame that you couldn't order a cappuccino etc. for breakfast. Nevertheless, I recommend it because the food is delicious.

Super delicious food and only 5 minutes from the hotel

The food is good, but they did not have a menu listing all items they had. Though they have some very good items, not having a menu that lists everything, does not help.

We went to eat there one evening at 8 p.m. because it was opposite our hotel, which was easy for us but we were disappointed. A single map translated into English but with several pages missing. Not very practical... we had pasta and a burger. For my part, the advertised “chrispy” chicken burger was not at all. And for the price of the pasta it wasn't crazy either.. In short, we are disappointed. But the setting is not bad. It's a shame

It’s my second time here and The food at this place was absolutely delicious! 🤤 The flavors were on point, and everything was cooked to perfection, Chef Frans and the staff is amazing with good service It's definitely a place where your taste buds will be dancing with joy! 😄

Food was great, chicken burger was very tasty, liked the sweet taste within. Wife had carbonara and also said it was good. Very filling. Very quiet in here and they could do with cleaning a little better - dust on lamps and ledges. Service was good - polite and food was quick. Overall we enjoyed it.

It’s alright but the waitress with the tattoos is very unsympathetic and gives of a very unfriendly and almost mad vibe. Definitely no good experience with her.

Good food, super nice service and hood beers

One of the best stakes I ate!! Nice portion of the vegetables with it as well. As they say, Dutch are the best with the food at the continent, this chefs medium done steak I went on a valentines dinner with.

Food is tasty and atmosphere is nice, it is quite pricey and although she was a very nice waitress, it was a shame that she only spoke English.

This tent needs a makeover. Put some smooth people behind the bar, put on some nicer music. Gosh, how is it possible that you are almost the only tent in the area that is empty every evening except for a lost tourist! prices also ridiculously high!

The coffee is not expensive at all and it is sooo damn delicious. Service was incredibly kind and welcoming. I very much liked the design of the place and the bikes up there are an awesome idea!

Heerlijke avond gehad met een groepje van 7! Gestart met z'n alle met de Fingerfood Platter wat echt een aanrader is. Mooi restaurant, fijne sfeer en heerlijk gegeten.

Het ontbijtmenu was top. De bediening vlot en correct. Prijzen zijn in verhouding met de ambiance en de kwaliteit. Wij komen zeker terug!

Nice palace good good and cheap. Muito gostoso o café da manhã , atendentes são muito gentil, o chefe veio a mesa perguntar se estava bom, muito simpático com brasileiros. Irei voltar.

I have no idea why they have many negative feedback 🤷‍♀️ I decided to go there for lunch. The first thing I entered bartender nicely greeted me. The girl was very friendly, quickly took my order and apologized when it turned out they didn't have what I had ordered. The pizza and coffee were perfect 👍 I liked this place, it was cozy to eat here!

Well what an amazing gem of a restaurant we had over the road from our hotel. The food was exceptional we actually came.back out if central to eat there on our last night. Ate there 3 times and can't rate it highly enough. The staff are so lovely, yes they aren't at your table every 5mins, but if you can't get up off your backside to go to pop your order in then it really is a bad job. Dim the Chef there is so lovely and what a Chef he is. Lovely guy who was happy to chat about the menu and so enthusiastic about what he cooks. Total gem well well worth a visit and would think twice to recommend. Thankful to be staying where we did to use this place.

Wir haben hier gleich an 2 aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen zu Abend gegessen. Die Speisen sind absolut lecker und toll angerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für Amsterdam nach unseren Erfahrungen sehr gut bis hervorragend. Der Service ist nett und zuvorkommend. Absolut empfehlenswert.

After a long weekend of music festival and some train travels, this restaurant offered a relaxed and comfortable place to eat and reflect on past days. Food was delicious and the service staff were professional and friendly. Nice atmosphere in the evening :)

Een uur gewacht op een bestelling van 4 personen. 4x ontbijt. Veel teveel peper op het omelet. We konden om 11.45 am enkel ontbijt serveren. Geen lunch.

Nous avions réservé pour 19 heures pour 12 personnes nous sommes arrivés à 19h20 nous avons commandé des pâtes carbonara nous avons mangé à 21h15 sachant qu’entre-temps nous avons commandé un verre ,avons attendu une éternité pour lavoir puis un moment après nous sommes venus nous dire qu’il n’y avait pas assez de pâtes carbonara est-ce qu’il pouvait compléter avec des pâtes bolognaise à 21h15 nous avons vu les assiettes arriver petit à petit.... Du jamais vu ! Il y avait des assiettes moitié Carbo moitié bolos et les assiettes bolognaise presque pas de viande et on aurait dit une sauce en bocal avec des morceaux de cornichons et de tomates. Bref nous avons quand même négocié pour avoir un geste commercial nous avons donc payé l’assiette de pâtes 16,50 € au lieu de 18,50 et les boissons offertes c’était la moindre des choses....

Me and my bf went here to eat dinner yesterday evening. The place is cute, the service is very good, the waiters are very friendly. We had to wait for the food a bit much (but not Too much). Due to a little misunderstanding about one dish they decided to offer it to me. The price is average. We suggest you to try this restaurant :)

Ik was hier vanwege een event, niet als reguliere bezoeker. Goede ervaring, eten BBQ, was lekker. Weinig contact met personeel gehad vandaar geen beoordeling.

Boa localização, espaço muito agradável, bom atendimento. Não fiquei impressionado com a qualidade da comida comparado com outros estabelecimentos vizinhos, pequeno almoço 3/5.

We organized a lunch with some colleagues here. Although the overall experience is moderate, we had to wait for over an hour for the food to be served. Which was disappointing.. Hence the low rating.

The food we got was totally different to the photos shown on menu. The “fruit pancake with syrup” end up was canned fruit with pancake soaked in the canned fruit sugar water

Abbiamo cenato per 3 giorni consecutivi in questo locale fuori dal nostro albergo e ci siamo trovati benissimo, pietanze di ottima qualità , ambiente molto pulito e accogliente e soprattutto personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Bella scoperta !

Mooie spot tussen de nieuwbouw van Sloterdijk, echter daar is ook alles mee gezegd. Bij binnenkomst werd ik niet geholpen en besloot ik te bestellen via hun QR menu optie. Het was opvallend dat de foto’s van broodjes/wraps identiek waren en er bovendien geen ingrediënten worden vermeld. Besloten om te gaan voor een broodje Carpaccio en mijn collega voor een Wrap Burrata. Ons eten werd redelijk snel geserveerd en was mooi opgemaakt. Helaas waren de 2 maaltijden voor de prijs die ze durven te vragen ronduit schandalig. Broodje Carpaccio wordt in een hotdogachtige style klaargemaakt. Bevat enorm veel brood en hoogstens 2-4 kleine plakjes Carpaccio welke zijn opgerold als een soort van worstje. Hierdoor eet je hoogstens een kwart van je brood met Carpaccio als je zuinig aan doet. Het restant van het brood was met tegenzin dippen in de saus die nog her en der op mijn bord lag. Wrap eigenlijk idem. Ze krijgen het voor elkaar een dubbelgevouwen wrap met wat burrata en pesto lauw te verwarmen en te serveren voor maar liefst €15. Het broodje kostte overigens €14. Prijs/kwaliteit is om deze reden dan ook echt bizar te noemen. Vanwege mijn werk ontbijt en lunch ik 5 dagen per week in de omgeving van Sloterdijk. En ik kan je verzekeren dat er echt legio optie’s zijn waar je erg goed/veel kunt eten voor ongeveer de helft van wat je hier kwijt bent. Wellicht dat de focus hier mogelijk uitsluitend op toeristen ligt. Want ik kan mij voorstellen dat de doorsnee inwoner van Amsterdam ook wel beseft dat je voor een sandwich carpaccio niet zo veel betaald in bijv. de “hippe” hotspots die in het centrum of daaromheen te vinden zijn. Kortom, teleurstellende service, matig eten, en echt veel te overpriced. De Cappucino was daarentegen wel on point. Ondanks dat achteraf bleek dat ik een half bekertje heb meegekregen, toch zeer smakelijk en daarom 2 ipv 1 ster.
