BAD!! I would never order from here again! Waited almost 2.5 hours for my food and it was cold too. NEVER AGAIN!!

DON'T GET FOOD HERE I ordered at 10:15 PM, and the food arrived at 12:21 AM. I tried to contact them to cancel the order because I'm not crazy about having to wait so long. No phone number, nothing. So I got out of bed and drove to the address to cancel it in person. When I got there, they'd already moved months ago... BAD SERVICE.

Waited 2 hours for my food. Called 10 times to pass on a message. At one point, a kid just answered... Heard a child's voice. If you know your number isn't working, take that number off the site. Sorry, but you're a real jerk. Ordered at 5:59 PM, received the food around 8:45 PM. The delivery driver gave the excuse that he couldn't reach me. The food was completely cold, of course, the chicken tasted like black pepper, the salad tasted sour, and the whole dish was covered in sauce... way too much sauce. Noooo ...

Ordered food, been waiting for almost 3 hours, I call them via WhatsApp, yes 15 minutes, 25 minutes have passed and still no food, I ask the man on the phone, can I just get my money back because this is really disrespectful... he started shouting and what are you going to do then, you don't get your money back and swearing on the phone... never order from them!!!

What OUTRAGEOUS service! I placed my order at 9:28 PM, and it wasn't delivered until 1:30 AM. HOW?! Who takes that long? That's over four hours to wait—completely ridiculous. I called at 1:30 AM, but I was asleep and my phone was on silent. Understandable, right? No one expects anyone to ring my doorbell for food at that time! Instead of contacting them properly or trying again, the delivery driver simply decided to dump the food on my doorstep in the middle of the night. And guess what? The next morning, there was nothing left—probably someone took it. OF COURSE, what do you expect when you leave food out at 1:30 AM?! This isn't just UNPROFESSIONAL, it's simply disrespectful. You don't leave food on the street in the middle of the night without any guarantee the customer will receive it. Disgustingly bad service, unreachable, and completely unresponsive. I will NEVER order anything from here again. And I advise everyone to do the same.

We waited two hours for one order of two rice and meat. Unbelievable, they're charging €7 for delivery. I told the delivery driver I'd waited two hours, and he said we were changing the delivery time from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and we'd placed the order in the app for 4:50 PM. Is that still normal then? The food itself wasn't very tasty either. The meat was way too salty, and the plantain was incredibly dry.

I had truki pan during my vacation in Curaçao and it was so delicious. I tried several restaurants in Rotterdam, but yours remains the best! Keep it up!

I waited 3 hours for delivery, called 6 times and the whole time I was told they were on their way but stuck in traffic. It's only a 15 minute drive and there was no traffic?? Waited 3 hours for the worst rice I've ever had in my life. How do you start a restaurant and can't season your rice??? Too bad I can't give 0 stars. I'm so pissed

Ik heb net als degene dat hieronder grof gereageerd heeft zelfs langer dan 2 uren mogen wachten op mijn eten, terwijl ik verging van de honger! Ik geef 5 sterren, omdat de communicatie met het restaurant heel begripvol, vriendelijk en goed verliep. Ook de bezorgster was heel vriendelijk en het eten iets te lauw, maar het was gewoon lekker en een goede portie! Ik zal zeker vaker bestellen..❤

Eten was vers, warm en lekker! Voor authentiek Antiliaans eten is dit een aanrader.
