Wide range, lots of choice, friendly staff and good prices.

We had a delicious meal in a pleasant atmosphere. A wide selection. Something for everyone. Child-friendly. My granddaughter was disappointed that the chocolate fountain and cotton candy were removed.

I'd like to report that our visit to your restaurant was a disaster. The food was poorly prepared, and I think the sushi had been in the refrigerator for two days or frozen. It was tasteless, and even with a sauce, it was unbearable. The lines were long, and your buffet was filthy. Soup spilled down the sides of the pots, and lids fell into the pots. So, it was unappetizing. Far too many people were invited, and people piled their plates full to avoid having to wait in line too long. It fell off the plates, and food was everywhere. The tables weren't cleared, and we were sitting among the dirty plates, still trying to get something we managed to get after a long wait. One thing was good, and that was the wine. My sister was out for the first time since her stroke, and we had high expectations. After the initial shock of 230 euros for 4 people, the second shock came from the food, which was more than just okay. I wanted to let you know because I'm very disappointed. It's okay to cost €230, but at least it's edible. We had imagined the outing (which had already cost extra because we needed a special car to transport my sister) very differently. Great all-you-can-eat restaurant. Drinks included, no spirits. A variety of options available, and for the kids, there's plenty of fries, poffertjes (small pancakes), pancakes, and other fried food. Sushi bar, fresh fish, even deviled eggs. Self-service drinks, with a tap and waiter service. Lots of meat and fish, and a separate area for stir-fries. Desserts are too numerous to list. Despite the Christmas rush, everything ran smoothly. Empty plates were cleared immediately. We will definitely be back.

Free parking nearby. Great deals. (birthday/65+). Cozy location, spacious, relaxed atmosphere, varied, plenty of choices, hot and cold dishes. Excellent for such a large scale, plenty of choice, delicious. Service: the table was constantly cleared. Recommended: yes, a nice gift for a birthday person to take out for dinner. Wok: busy between 6:30 and 7:45, delicious, professional staff.

Good food and drinks and fun for the kids.

The food from the grills is fantastic. It's always a pleasure. The side dishes were a bit cold this time. The selection of dishes and treats is enormous. There's something for everyone.

If you love meat, Breed is perfect for you. A thick, large steak for the grill, with great flavor. Not thin and overcooked like other restaurants. Plus, the chef behind the grill is a real winner!

The kitchen has improved significantly since the restaurant upgrade. The food was delicious. It's still a busy place, though, because of the buffet. It was also incredibly busy.

We recently dined at Breed in Leek. The food was delicious and there was plenty of choice, but our experience could have been a bit better. We were seated in a corner, which meant we had to walk quite a distance to get our food. This somewhat detracted from the ambiance. The atmosphere in the restaurant could also be a bit warmer and more inviting. All in all, we enjoyed the food, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of layout and ambiance.

I had a great time eating here with my boyfriend. The steak was delicious, cooked exactly how I wanted it, and there was plenty of food to choose from! The staff were friendly and the price was good. I would definitely go back.

We've been to many wok restaurants. We thought we'd go to Breed, given the name, they'd probably have a wide selection. Unfortunately, it was. Upon entering, there were a ton of seats, and they were really close together. We started with sushi, which was really delicious. A quick stir-fry was also doable. But if you order the tenderloin, for example, they were filled with those infamous "white threads." Such a shame! Then you think, let's go for dessert, well... first of all, they tempt you with the familiar chocolate fountains on the website, just like at every wok. Unfortunately, they didn't have any today. Never experienced that at a wok before. We also wanted a pancake, for example, with a scoop of ice cream on top. The pancakes aren't near the desserts, so they're cold when you walk up, and it took a while for a woman to come help. You could also choose two ice cubes at a time, which makes sense, especially for children who waste a lot. But if you ask for two, you get really tiny scoops. Instead of rolling them up properly. We even asked for three scoops, but no... on to the cappuccino. Because yes, the equipment looks good. Then seal it properly with that... uhm... yeah. Oh well... I'll leave it at that. It's a shame, a real shame that you expect more from a restaurant like this, and especially more helpfulness and friendliness. Even our daughter, who never says anything, already mentioned there wasn't much choice. Even though she likes absolutely everything. And especially missed the fountains. No Breed weather for us, unfortunately... a waste of money.

It used to be more extensive, but I think they've removed the tasty things. I think the price is too high for this. The meat is mediocre.

I'm not usually a fan of these types of restaurants. But we were here with a group, and it was fantastic. A wide selection, especially lots of fish. The quality was good, and even though it was busy, it didn't feel that way. We had a great time.

All-you-can-eat restaurants are everywhere, but the quality can vary. Fortunately, Breed in Leek is different: despite the familiar "veetschuur" concept, the quality of the food is remarkably high. For a fixed price, you get good food and a wide selection. Maybe not the sexiest slogan, but it's honest. 😉 The consistent quality means you can almost always go here for a relaxed and carefree meal. A tip: choose your time. On quiet days, it's wonderfully relaxing to dine, but at peak times, it can get quite busy. In short: if you're looking for a place in Leek where you can enjoy delicious and varied food without any surprises on the bill, Breed is a safe and tasty choice.

The food was delicious! I especially loved the sushi. The wok, endive with bacon and cheese, and the delicious freshly fried fish and meats are also highly recommended. Excellent.

We've been coming to Breed in Leek ever since it opened. Over the years, the selection has become less and less diverse. The last few times we've been there this year, the quality and selection have declined significantly, which we find a real shame. There are fewer and fewer exclusive items. They always had a wide selection of sushi, which looked very tasty and presented well. Unfortunately, the last few times, the rice was bland and not quite cooked enough. There was also much less choice, and the food looked unkempt. We liked what we ate. Many items were gone or were frozen on the plate. When we wanted to give our opinion, there was no one at the counter. Like us sailors, we think it's a real shame that Breed is no longer what it used to be. This was a disappointment for us, and we won't be going back for a while.

It's a restaurant worth coming back to. Everything was constantly replenished, and it was delicious. Despite being busy, there were no long waits; you were served quickly.

We had an excellent meal here. But the selection we had to choose from was mediocre and many of them were empty. It was refilled, but that took quite a long time. Gathering around the cooking plates was also a nuisance. The soup portion was excellent. Four soups were offered. Sitting was impractical with benches where others had to get up if someone else wanted to get something. Not our choice. Even annoying. Would we eat here again? Probably haven't experienced a better restaurant. The food was of good quality but it did not entirely live up to our expectations.

It's not affordable for the normal one anymore and we are also vegetarian but you pay the same for that

Ate here with 2 people at the weekend. Was very noisy, long line at the wok, the rice was very sticky, you throw pizza pieces off someone's bike so hard, prawns were full of frying oil, the churros were hard, the steak tasted watery, fruit from a can. You can't compare this with Omnia in Drachten, more spacious, not noisy, more variety and the quality is much better. You pay a bit more but then you have quality and you eat with great pleasure. We don't recommend Breed.....

If you want to throw your money away, this is the place to go! You can hardly walk, it's so busy. You wait longer than when you sit down. The food is either cold and limp or, when you take it from the grill, it's still really raw! Little choice of food. You pay too much. In addition, everything is also very dirty! This on a normal weekday. So not recommended.

My wife is gluten free. Then only the salad bar was possible. Then the price is very much.

Food was tasty. Lots of choice, also for children. Salmon was overcooked on the plate. Furniture needs to be replaced. Hard chairs that wobble, a kind of plank idea in your back. Very uncomfortable.

I would give it a 5, but I think the tables are too small in width, it is better for the back, now I am at home with a rugherina.

We have been married for 55 years and had dinner with the children and grandchildren at Wereld restaurant Breed in Leek. Highly recommended, fantastic food and friendly staff. Eat and drink as much as you want for a fixed amount.

Update, We have been there again, the food is fine, there is one downside and that is the waiting time at both baking trays, 25 minutes waiting for a piece of meat. Busy busy busy. It sometimes took a very long time for the empty plates to be collected.

The best all you can eat restaurant in the area if you ask me. Beautiful cuts of meat and a lot of choice. And nice staff

Just really good food. The wok cook is quite fast and the service is friendly and helpful. I wouldn't do the tepanyaki or the grill if you have little time, they take a very long time but were very tasty. Everything freshly prepared.

This all-you-can-eat restaurant is located in a beautiful location on the Nieuwe Streek, in the center of Leek. The staff is exceptionally nice and hospitable. The restaurant itself is cozy and attractively decorated. I only found the food slightly disappointing (despite the price). The grill and wok are great for this concept. However, the other dishes are either overcooked and overbaked, or too cold (just not fresh).

The food was okay, not great, I think this restaurant is too massive, and the seating areas with the benches are not very convenient.

Finally a wok again where the staff is super friendly. The chefs are also very friendly. The food was very tasty. Definitely recommended.

Was echt gezellig...lekker eten daar is niks mee...we hadden een tafel met dichten lampen erboven..al het stof wat daar op lag dwarrelde gewoon na beneden in me eten en drinken..echt jammer...enige wat ze gingen doen dat het volgende x schoon is..

Good food, good atmosphere, definitely worth repeating

We ate here together with my colleagues from our metalworking company MBN from Roden.... the food was of excellent quality (fresh and good in taste) and the choice was more than sufficient... I mainly had fish (sea bass fillet, shrimp skewers). ) and ate meat (Argentinian steak, steak from the lava grill and pork tenderloin with vegetables from the wok)....the staff was very friendly....the atmosphere was cozy.....we had a nice evening here ....and oh yes. ...after the agreed time there is no one immediately next to you....thanks Breed!

The buffet concept is well known. What makes Breed different is the quality of the meat and food in general, the good service and hygiene. But I think the steak is very good. The cheeseburger is also recommended. With bread!

I was late but I was served very nicely. I liked the place. Large parking lot in front of the premises. Comfortable tables with seats. A very large and rich assortment of sushi. I highly recommend it. I will definitely come back.

Formerly a top all you can eat restaurant. We were actually all very disappointed this time, only the food from the plate, BBQ and wok were good, all the edge stuff was old and lukewarm to cold. If you have eaten real mustard soup, you should definitely leave it alone, this is just preserving soup with water. Given the low number of visitors, this has been going on for some time. Hopefully there will be some improvement.

The ribeye and Argentinian steak in particular were great. The rest was reasonable. Except the chicken fillet. I personally didn't like that.

We were there on vacation this year and we were and still are thrilled! The service is top, very friendly staff. The food is super varied and really delicious, we will definitely come back. PS: there is even a children's play area and it is also super large, our children were very excited.

Wide range of food and well prepared

Prices have gone from to high to crazy.150€ for a family of 4 incl 2 children. Decided not to visit anymore and found another restaurant,over border Germany,which is as good,and cheaper incl the trip.go figure. Real pitty but thats what you get if you try to get rich over others

For an all you can eat this is a reasonable store. However, the population walking around here is very low. Belongs and perhaps. I'm not a fan of it at all.

Top voor de kinderen: alles zelf uitkiezen, onbeperkt drankjes / toetjes, en zelfs suikerspin. Maar de drie volwassenen aan tafel vonden het eten zeer matig. De sushi was ok, evenals de koude voorgerechten. Maar het Chinese eten in bakken was niet lekker, de wok viel tegen, de pizza was zichtbaar geen lekkere verse Italiaanse pizza, de pannenkoekjes waren droog. Sowieso vond ik het weinig werelds/breed. Het is meer een Chinees wokrestaurant, met een paar andere keuzes.

Absolutely fantastic! I went there once with friends and the food was super tasty. The buffet is incredibly diverse, with dishes from all corners of the world. Every dish is freshly prepared and full of flavour. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, perfect for a relaxing evening out. The staff are friendly and attentive, always willing to help and make you feel welcome. This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who enjoys good food. Five stars, without a doubt!

Had a very nice outing to the north of the country with the staff. To top it all off, we had dinner at Breed. Very well received by the heart-warming team there!
