Perfect Christmas evening tonight in Valk restaurant. First time for us but we will definitely come back. Food was perfect, service was great, staff was very friendly and nice. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to eat out with family at Christmas!

We regularly eat out here with the family and also bring friends, we like it, the choice of non-alcoholic drinks is very good, the quality of the food for the price is also good. We last visited this year on December 25, 2024 and what a good ending. It was so perfectly arranged on Christmas Day, nice luxurious extension of the buffet, we had a really nice evening! We hope to be able to visit you a few times again in 2025.

The ice cream tastes very chemical, and there is not much choice of reasonably healthy food, but if you go out to eat sometime it is a lot of fun, there is even a slushy machine! However, the time slot is really ridiculous. Can't even have a nice chat, which is a shame because you pay a lot for food that you can also buy at the snack bar.

Pricey, and I find paying in advance very strange. 2 hours and every half hour later you pay extra. I think it is of lower quality compared to when it first opened. Furthermore, the staff is friendly, clean and there is plenty of choice for everyone. Especially fun for families

What I really like is the separation between people with children and those without. If you are there with children, they can walk back and forth and be enthusiastic. If you are without children, you can sit quietly in the other part. Furthermore, excellent food, also looks very neat

Last Thursday we had dinner with 6 people around 7 p.m. and used the All-in dining. The staff is friendly, but it is a pity that all the preheated food was lukewarm/cold. We have also indicated this to the staff. Nothing further was done with that and that is why most of us quickly switched to the wok or griddle. And one of us ate almost nothing. In addition, it is very annoying that after a while people did not ask whether it was to your liking, because let's be honest, cold meat/chicken can cause annoying problems. And the response to the complaint also leaves something to be desired and is very short-sighted. We had 100 guests and no one was bothered. The concept is nice, but it does bring down the atmosphere. But it's a good reminder for us not to eat here again!

Very bad experience. The buffet food was all cold. This is indicated. We were a group of 6 people and 1 baby. Complaint indicated. Nothing is done with it. Reported again via email, but you are made to believe that you are a liar. We did not continue eating from the buffet due to the risk of food poisoning. I think it would be a good idea for the inspection service to drop by here to put a thermometer in the food. This is really not possible!!

Food was cold, told it was cold. They didn't do anything about it. Got sick the next day from eating. Don't eat here. Then a complaint was filed and it was said that we were lying.

We had a delicious meal there! We had indicated in advance that our youngest daughter has allergies and we were told in detail what she could and could not eat. Each dish also indicated which allergens it contained, which was also a big plus. We sat with our three children on the 'children's side', people without children sit on the other side. Well organised, because I can imagine that it can be very nice to eat without young children around you. The food was very good! There is a lot of choice and everything was tasty. The sushi is highly recommended!

We eat there every few months. Most of the staff are friendly, there are some cheerful ones, lots of choice of food, something for everyone from meat to vegetarian. Good clean.

Excellent quality, enough variety, friendly people....

Taste is good, better than the E10, I think the layout is a bit less. The exhaust works poorly and makes a lot of noise. I would go there again. But I wouldn't sit in the middle section again. There's a lot of smoke, doesn't seem healthy to me. It will be better in a year, then I will make a new review. Nothing has changed in all that time, except the price. I think the price is too high for what you get. If you eat elsewhere for €90 for two, you will have better food and you can take it easy. And the owner does not turn off the air conditioning when it is too quiet.

Ate here on May 10 after a day in Harlingen. This was my first time coming here. What a good restaurant this is. The food was very tasty. I have been to several all you can eat restaurants but this is really the best so far. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. In addition, the staff is also very friendly. RECOMMENDED!!!!

Large restaurant. Lots of seating. Great variety of food. Various places where food is freshly prepared and already ready. Versatile offering. Tokens for alcoholic drinks are available separately. Enough space to park. The exterior looks a bit dingy and could use a makeover/cleaning. The grille for the extraction system was also very dusty.

Also compliments for the hygiene, everything looked very clean! We even saw that all the tables and even the chairs (!) were being wiped down, and I regularly saw staff using wipes to keep everything clean and fresh! The food is fine except for a few dishes. But this can also be the taste that someone likes or dislikes. The salty herring in each batch was not fresh, I immediately tasted this. The ambiance is okay, but it is not really cozy. Staff is fine, nothing to complain about. I thought it was a lot to spend 79.90 euros for the two of us. And if you want to drink alcohol, you can buy this extra, you can buy coins for this.

Found the buffet and the griddle mediocre. Price ratio much too expensive.

I didn't really like meat and fish on one plate. Much less choice than with e10. In the end there wasn't really much left, too bad.

Overall fine but 2 hairs in the food. 1 black and 1 light. Got the feeling of not being believed... 200 people and for me it was twice. I didn't get it, too bad. Apart from this little glitch it was fine.

The delicious smells of food greet you in the parking lot. It's cozy inside. The food is beautifully presented and the establishment is nicely decorated. Furthermore, there is plenty of parking and easy to reach from the highway.

Heerlijk gegeten en enorm ruime keuze aan diversiteit. De voor gebakken dingen: loempias, kipwings enz zijn lauw dat is wel jammer.

Met de hele familie hier gegeten, alles in buffet vorm. 2 uren de tijd om te eten, was allemaal erg lekker en veel keuze! Er zou wel meer parkeergelegenheid mogen zijn.

Het is niet "the top of the class" Eten is wel lekker maar de entourage straalt niet.

Vis rook enorm, was ook flink verkleurd. De warme gerechten waren goed!

2 Stunden Essen und Trinken (alkoholfreie Getränke) zum Festpreis. Das Essen wird vor den Augen zubereitet und ist sehr lecker. Die Wartezeit an den Grillstationen ist okay. Die Vielfalt der Speisen ist groß, so dass für jeden etwas dabei ist. Lediglich die Parkmöglichkeiten sind etwas begrenzt. Das Restaurant liegt im 1. Stock, ist aber per Fahrstuhl erreichbar.

Het is ook een wegrestaurant, vanaf de 31 wordt je hiernaar geleid met borden, maar niet eerder open dan 17.00 uur... beter naar de Mac in Harlingen

Was heerlijk rustig dat we er laatst waren.. tafels worden altijd snel afgeruimd, heerlijk.

Helaas niet zo'n goede ervaring. Onder andere: Sushi was niet erg smaakvol. Gebakken garnalen zijn vetbommetjes en inktvisringen smaken naar oliebollen. Zalm dat je van een grote vis af kon snijden was waterig en wat smaakloos. Lamsvlees en T-bone was aardig, maar niet top. Het restaurant doet wat oud aan, en geeft geen frisse indruk. In andere wereldrestaurants hebben we vaak beter gegeten met betere sfeer. De service was wel goed, lieve en behulpzame bediening.

Restaurant waar je rustig kunt eten.

Een All you can Eat restaurant met een uitgebreid aanbod. Vooral gericht op de Aziatische keuken. De sfeer is ontspannen. Wij hebben hier nu een paar keer gegeten met een gevarieerde groep van kinderen tot ouderen en ieder komt er goed aan bod. Kinderen kunnen spelen in de speelhoek als ze zijn uitgegeten. Dat zorgt voor rust aan tafel. Wij komen graag nog eens terug.

Groot assortiment voor elk wat wils. Schone toiletten, alleen zou er meer P mogen zijn.

Vooraf gebeld en gevraagd wat er mogelijk was met een allergie voor specerijen en kaas. Dit werd keurig nagevraagd bij een van de koks. Eenmaal ter plaatse volgegeten korte rondleiding en uitleg over wat wel of niet geschikt was om te eten. Er was een schone bakplaat geregeld voor vlees en vis en een aparte pannen groenten te wokken. Omdat er apart gegrild werd, hoefde ik niet te wachten, maar werd het gebracht als het klaar was. Echt super geregeld en ook kwalitatief erg goed. Chapeau! Dat maak ik wel eens anders mee. Dankjewel voor de fijne ervaring en het lekkere eten.

Voor een doordeweekse dag was het best gezellig druk. Lekker gegeten het eten was prima verzorgd en geen wachttijden bij de grill.

Wij vonden het eten matig, het vlees was absoluut niet gaar ( hier ook last van gehad) en vonden weinig keuze qua eten en vooral qua vlees voor het wokken en grillen.ook het personeel was absoluut niet vriendelijk en vrolijk helemaal niet net of er onweer aan kwam! Wij komen hier niet weer.

Zekker heerlijk gegeten hier. Waren der met 2 volwassenen en één kind, kregen tafel iets verder van de speelhoek. Vroegen om tafel er naast wegens ons kind, dit was geen probleem. Vriendelijke koks en bediening. Echt een aanrader om hier te gaan eten.

Zeer geschikt voor met kinderen, gezinnen of de hele familie. Ruim en divers aanbod.

Heerlijk gegeten in dit kindvriendelijke restaurant. Er is een leuke speelhoek waar de kinderen kunnen spelen met o.a. een keukentje en blokken of ze kunnen er een filmpje kijken. In het restaurant werden pannenkoeken in de vorm van een beertje gebakken! De keuze van het eten en drinken is groot; en alles was even lekker!

veel verschillende gerechten, ook voor vegetarische eters. De bediening nam de tijd om ons even uit te leggen wat vega was, de kok nam zelfs even een andere pan voor de vega wok. puntje: iets meer sfeer door bv muziek aan te zetten zou goed zijn. nu hoor je enkel de afzuiging van de wok.

Echt je kunt hier prima uit eten,er is voor elk wat wils,zelfs rolstoelers kunnen er terecht

Ongegeneerd veel eten, voor weinig

Een zeer goed (wereld) restaurant waarbij het opvalt dat al het personeel dat daar rondloopt zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam is. Aan beide zijdes zitten grote ramen waardoor het altijd licht is in het restaurant en je dus geen bedompt en opgesloten gevoel krijgt. Iets wat bij andere restaurants nog wel eens voor wil komen. Het is een restaurant met een zgn. "all you can eat" buffet waarbij je van alles kunt krijgen, varierend van Chinees tot Italiaans. Zo kun je ook terecht bij de Wok, de teppanyaki, de grill en eventueel zelfs de pannenkoekendesk alwaar je gerechten door goed en verzorgd personeel werd bereidt. De buffetprijs is all-in, dus inclusief de drankjes. Alleen voor de alcoholische dranken moet je een muntje (á € 1,-) kopen wat op zich best wel een goedkope prijs is. Het was voor ons de eerste keer maar zeker niet de laatste keer dat we hier waren.

Van alles wat in het restaurant, ruime keus, goed vlees. En een kok bij de tepanjaki die er iets lekkers van maakt en het vlees heerlijk bakt (dus niet dood) Piza, patat, warm buffet, wok, bbq, tepanjaki, salades, ijs, slushpuppie, desert, eigenlijk genoeg keuze. Drinken zelf te pakken. Cola/sinas uit een automaat, andere dranken uit de koelkast. Iets te laat zagen we ook verse sinaasappelsap, jammer, net gemist. Personeel vriendelijk en genoeg ruimte in het restaurant. Zagen nog een speelruimte voor kinderen, maar geen idee hoe dat werkt. Wij hebben een heerlijk gegeten (€29.95 pp), dat mag ook gezegd worden. Oh, betaling vooraf, maar dat is geen probleem.

Op dit moment is het lopend buffet gesloten en werken ze volgens het systeem van een tapas/sushi restaurant. Alles is keurig geregeld en het eten is van zeer goede kwaliteit. Ook het drinken wordt gebracht en men komt regelmatig langs om te vragen of je nog wat wilt. Wij hadden verleden week gereserveerd omdat we een paar dagen vakantie hebben in Friesland. Toen we aan het eten waren bleek dat we voor vandaag de enige waren. Ze deden daar totaal niet moeilijk over en gaven echt een super service. Respect voor hun klantvriendelijkheid. Dus als u lekker wilt eten met een uitgebreide keus voor ieder wat wils én een goede service wilt is een bezoek aan wereldrestaurant De Valk zeker de moeite waard.
