Nice location, but part of the staff was very stressed, unhelpful, and unfriendly. They reacted very irritably to children (maybe this isn't the place to work then) and were very annoyed when asked questions. A shame, because the location and menu are great. Only one girl with curly hair was very friendly, but the rest of the staff was very grumpy.

It is very annoying that your site hasn't been updated. We made a whole plan with some people to rent a boat from you, but now it's all gone. Because apparently you haven't rented out boats for quite some time.

Nice location, friendly people. However, the food is fine but not special; it doesn't cost a fortune either, so it's okay. The staff is friendly but a bit slow. Additionally, they came up with a concept where you grill your own steak, resulting in the entire restaurant being filled with smoke.

What a lovely place! We come here regularly, and every time the food and drinks are delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff is always incredibly friendly. Recently, I ran a lap around the lake on a very hot day. I was incredibly thirsty and asked if I could get a glass of water. Without hesitation, they gave me a glass of water for free. That might have been a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me. Great service, delicious food, and a place where you feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!

A beautiful location. We arrived at 1:30 and finally got our lunch at 3:00. The food was tasty, though.

Great spot for warm days. Service can sometimes be a bit limited when busy. Ordering via QR code doesn't work. If it does work, the aforementioned issues wouldn't be a problem either.

We enjoyed the new three-course experience concept at Wet&Wild Alphen aan den Rijn this evening. There were four of us, and I can safely say that it was more than enough for us and the food was very good. The young man who served us the entire evening was also a real star. Friendliness at its finest and very helpful. Because of the quantity we were served, we were also politely asked each time if the next course could be served already or if we wanted to wait a little longer. We will definitely be coming back here. Thank you for the lovely, enjoyable evening.

I visited here for the first time today! I ordered a cappuccino and a mocha ball and it was really delicious and I enjoyed it😊 It looks beautiful inside and out! The staff here are very friendly, nice, and you are warmly welcomed! I will be coming here regularly and I can recommend this beautiful place to everyone!

We came for lunch today, which exceeded our expectations. The food was very tasty. We were also served very kindly by a blond young man, who clearly did everything he could to make the guest feel comfortable. This naturally contributed to a very good experience. We will certainly come back again.

The restaurant is located right on a lake. We ate steaks cooked on a hot stone there. They were so good that we returned the next day and had another steak. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

We called that same day to ask if we could come for coffee in the evening. We were told over the phone that they would be open until 10:00 PM. However, when we arrived at 8:00 PM, we were told, "We're closing now." We found this very disappointing and unfriendly, especially since we had clearly inquired beforehand.

Beautiful location, warm atmosphere. Wet 'n Wild has everything you could wish for. We got married at this venue on July 31st. The day went exactly as we envisioned, thanks in part to the fantastic service provided by Wet 'n Wild. Naomi and Lindy listened wonderfully to our wishes beforehand. As a result, everything was exactly as we envisioned. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was open to discussion. On the day itself, Naomi looked after us wonderfully. You can tell she's a true professional. She regularly checked in with us to see if we, as the bride and groom, had eaten or drunk anything, or if we needed anything else. We felt truly cared for by her. During the evening, Naomi was taken over by several lovely women and a friendly man who took fantastic care of us for the rest of the evening. They also regularly came over with snacks and drinks whenever they suspected we hadn't eaten or drunk anything ourselves. We also really appreciated her helping us with any tidying up. In short, want to celebrate a party/wedding in a relaxed and carefree way, without having to worry about a thing on the day itself? Entrust it to Wet 'n Wild, and everything will be fine.

Fantastic to do once, highly recommended. We were all young and old, and everyone had a blast on the slopes, which was great fun. The explanation was rushed through very briefly, there were far too few helpers, and we saw another group waiting for a while because there weren't enough skis yet. A toilet would be a nice addition to the changing room, and the toilet outside by the restaurant didn't have toilet paper. One of the men at the start gave a lot of helpful tips, the other didn't, but otherwise did his job. Furthermore, the swim from the penultimate bend is very long and difficult, and there are many falls. Perhaps something could be done about this, even if it's just a rope to pull you to the side or something. After swimming this three times, you're exhausted and done for the afternoon. A few people in our group gave up halfway through. We had a great afternoon.

Horrible service experience. My friend and I visited this restaurant yesterday (27.07.2025) around 8:45-9:00 pm and were told by a young waitress that the kitchen was closed. We explained that we were extremely hungry and hadn’t eaten anything, and politely asked if she could bring us even something small - like cookies or snacks. We made it very clear that we’d be grateful for anything. She said it was impossible - the kitchen was closed. About 10 minutes later, we saw her bringing french fries and snacks to another table, which left us very confused, especially since she had just told us no snacks were available. We asked for clarification and I requested to speak with a manager. She came back with a young man, who I believe was the bartender, and said the manager was not there. I was told to speak to him instead. When I asked for their names in order to leave a review, they refused to give them. I explained that this was unacceptable given the way we had been treated. There was no apology at any point for the poor communication or the way we were dismissed. Eventually, they brought out what we had requested. The fries and nachos were fine, but the service was unacceptable. The management should seriously consider training the staff to treat customers with basic empathy and human decency. I’m not even talking about service standards here - just humanity.

Een tijd geleden dat wij hier hebben gegeten. Nu, na lange tijd hier weer diner gedaan. Simpel een maaltijdsalade met een portie friet. Bediening was goed. Snel en correct . Eten was ook goed. Patat was goed doorbakken. De salade was goed gevuld. De ervaring maakt dat ik hier vaker ga komen.

Poor service. They kept walking past our table without asking for our order. We weren't in a hurry and were finally approached. The coffee with oat milk was cold. No attempt was made to improve or fix this. "That's how the coffee machine works," was the answer.

We ate at your place today, 10 of you ladies. The food order wasn't taken until we all knew it, which makes sense, but it just depends on how it's said. Either this waitress was annoyed or wasn't in a good mood. I do want to mention that the rest of the staff was very friendly. The food was flawless, and we had a delicious meal, but when it came to the checkout, we had another surprise waiting for us. This same lady wouldn't let us pay separately. We were given a meter-long receipt and we had to decide among ourselves who would pay and then settle it from there. Perhaps this lady forgot that she has a job thanks to the guests who come there, and that you also want to be helped by friendly staff. We understand that it can be difficult sometimes, but being friendly costs nothing, and you can also take it to someone else or discuss it with them. Too bad, because we probably won't come here again for lunch or just a cup of coffee.

Voor ons bedrijfsfeest met meer dan 200 collega’s kozen we voor Wet ’n Wild als locatie – en wat een geweldige keuze was dat! Alles was perfect geregeld: van de ontvangst en super leuke activiteiten tot het heerlijke BBQ-diner, photobooth en natuurlijk het knallende feest met een top DJ. Dank aan het team van Wet ’n Wild voor de fijne samenwerking en de vlekkeloze organisatie. Het was een onvergetelijke avond! 🎉

Wij hebben ons bedrijfsfeest met 230 gasten georganiseerd bij Wet 'n Wild. Het was echt een geweldig feest, alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld. We hadden verschillende activiteiten, een photobooth, diner met BBQ en ijscokarren en een groot feest met een super goede DJ. Allemaal geregeld door Wet 'n Wild. Dank voor de fijne samenwerking, het was een groot succes!

Honestly I was ready to be disappointed when I saw Dutch cuisine.. but the nice and fast service, the VERY GENEROUS portions and the lovely view gives it a 5 star. I got the salad gamba Thai and there was so much gamba. This is Middle Eastern level generosity.

Very nice place to go to waterski. But too many people can book in a time slot, so I had to wait in line for fifteen minutes before it was my turn. In one hour I could only go on the slope four times. And because I am a beginner and therefore fall easily, I may have stood on the skis for a total of one minute. Really disappointing. We will never come on a weekend day again.

Wedding party on the top floor was great. Drinks came quickly, service was good and the snacks were great. Free parking close by and a lovely view over the water.

Did a 1 hour wakeboard session here. Friendly staff, was a bit messy with the handing out of stuff. They didn't really have a permanent person here The track is nice and lots of jumps etc. that you can use.

Super cozy restaurant with nice terrace with fortress. Very friendly cheerful staff. The food was great. Ate carpaccio and salmon carpaccio and very tasty coffee with super cookies. Definitely worth recommending and coming back. Top service!! Went again in May 2025. I think it's much less so now. Staff still friendly. Had wreck with salmon. Very sparsely invested, small piece of salmon, price was quite high for what I got. Nice tent for coffee and wine. Not for lunch

Sometimes we are happy with people in the hospitality industry. After a tiring (work) day and traffic jams in sight, we decided to go for a bite to eat before the return journey. We were close to Wet & Wild. They had just reopened after the winter closure, the cheerful young man from the service told us and he is clearly looking forward to a new season. Just like his female colleague. Nice young people. Service-oriented too: heating on the terrace? Cover the terrace? It is made pleasant for us without asking. The food tasted excellent. We wish them a nice season.

Nice 5 mast cable running clockwise, features were super nice custom features, cable guy was nice and friendly, went on a Wednesday evening was pretty busy. Location is nice and secluded in nature which is always a plus as well

This track was open early this year. Friendly and helpful people who also know how to help a relative beginner get started. Had a lot of fun doing a few laps.

A beautiful spot on the Zegerplas near Alphen aan den Rijn. My friend Michael came here regularly. Now he has passed away and we said goodbye here.

Cozy tent. Sit nice and warm inside and outside in winter you can sit covered under a heather or fire table. In the summer it is a cozy terrace with a view of the Zegersloot and water activities.

We were there for the company's end-of-year party, which was just normal and okay, the food was also like last year, grilled burgers and pieces of half-cooked beef and chicken satay with fries and peanut sauce. everything Halal, (if someone doesn't want Halal what should he do, respect for others is good but if you forget yourself then you go in the wrong direction) of course everything ordered by our company but I miss taste in everything I eat. Sorry to say, but I don't go there for my free time. I think taste is very important in a restaurant. I have to say that I wanted Coke and it came from a machine that makes fries drinks and I found it really tasteless and just a black sweet liquid. Shame.

Op vrijdag 25 oktober het personeelsfeest van Pi Alphen gevierd bij Wet ‘n Wild. Alle aanwezigen hebben een geweldige avond gehad, na ontvangst in stijl kon men genieten van een heerlijk barbecuebuffet. Het aanvullende programma wet tot in de puntjes begeleid door Seraya, met grote complimenten aan haar! De gehele avond heeft in de teken van ontspanning en plezier gestaan, wat dubbel zo goed gelukt is dankzij de samenwerking met alle medewerkers van Wet ‘n Wild.

75 jarig feestje lunch van schoonmoeder, helaas was eten bedorven, kind ziek, geen vervanging van eten gehad of na gemeld verminderen in de kosten, eten was erg weinig voor het geld en de bediening vreselijk, zeer brutaal en opmerkingen waren vreselijk, 1 keer geweest nooit meer

Mijn verjaardagsfeest hier was zeer geslaagd. Het personeel is zeer attent, vriendelijk en persoonlijk. Door het warme weer mochten we het bijbehorende strandje gebruiken voor mijn feest wat nog eens extra zorgde voor een heerlijke ontspannen beachvibe. Ik wil Lindy, verantwoordelijk voor de planning, bedanken voor het meedenken en de flexibiliteit. Tevens wil ik natuurlijk ook de hele crew bedanken voor een onvergetelijk feest.

Last Friday I was a guest at a wedding here. Accommodation and food just okay, nothing special. The service, on the other hand, was fantastic. Nice, sociable, genuinely enthusiastic girls who often came by, I heard about them from several people in the group. Really great!

Ordered coffee and tea with something extra. No one came to take our order so we walked to the bar. Soft drink in a mini glass. Bread with dips: little dip and both something mayonnaise-like. It felt very cheap. The first portion of bitterballen was still cold; the second portion was warm through and through. The accompanying chips were chewy. We were asked if we wanted the patio heating on, which was not the case. However, it was still put on, which was not nice. We agreed that we didn't dare to dine here.

Op een zeer warme zomerdag geluncht met een vriendin. Prachtige locatie, sfeervol teras en binnen ook prachtig. Wij komen hier met enige regelmaat. Kaart is gevarieerd. Zelf had ik een broodje carpaccio deze was prima. en mijn vriendin bestelde een paninni pesto. Kreeg ze dit broodje met serrano ham erop. Zij gaf aan "ik eet geen varkensvlees" broodje werd mokkend meegenomen en binnen no time had zij weer hetzelfde broodje. Deze werd een soort neergesmeten. Wellicht was de ham er vanaf gehaald. Het leuke was er wel vanaf. Bij het vermelden hiervoor kreeg mijn vriendin te horen dat zij dit beter kenbaar moest maken. En die jongeknul beende zo weg. Wij hebben het ruime broodje carpaccio gedeeld. Je snapt het voor ons geen wet & wild meer. Wij waren stomverbaasd.

We are not from Alphen ourselves, so we looked on Google to see what a nice restaurant was. Then we arrived at Wet 'n wild. Nice location on the lake and the restaurant looks nice and hip! Service was also extremely friendly and helpful. However, we personally did not think the quality of the food was very high. The satay sauce tasted chemical and clearly came from a packet, the truffle pasta with prawns had a bland taste, the hamburger bun was dry and tough. The fries were also of cheap quality. We would recommend, for example, making the satay sauce yourself, getting the fries from a slightly higher segment and ordering the rolls from a bakery instead of a factory. Then you will spend a little more on purchasing, but you will boost your restaurant considerably! Also make the truffle pasta a little spicier so that it does not taste so bland and serve the carpaccio a little more generously. House wines could also improve slightly in quality for that price. Chocolate desserts were very tasty and well-seasoned. The location is absolutely great, but you don't come here (yet) to have an extensive and delicious meal. X

Today we had dinner with 8 people. We were helped quickly and had a dip sandwich beforehand! Indicated that the main course could wait a while, but after 10 minutes it was already on the table. Ordered dessert and it wasn't ready yet, they already asked if we wanted coffee, this time we declined but came back pretty quickly and indicated that they wanted to wait a while, they were still busy eating dessert. Everything was in a rush, even the drinks such as coke were poured half full! Food is delicious and of course the setting is super nice!
