It is ridiculous that you have to pay this price for this food; it is a huge disappointment.

A waste of money on the food; it doesn't taste good. And very different from what I'm used to. However, the service is very nice; they are very friendly and work hard, helping us well. The atmosphere is quite dull.

Just been here with our family. What you notice immediately is that the Wirowok has a different owner. Whereas the food used to be tasty and fresh, it is now very disappointing (to put it mildly). I don't like doing this because the Wiro used to be a really good restaurant, but with this experience, unfortunately, you are asking for it. Also, zero atmosphere. No, we will not be coming back here.

Horrible! This is the most uninviting restaurant on earth. The dirtiest food ever; the food was tough, cold, and raw. The staff was very rude. Very unhygienic, staff had wiped down the counter with a cloth and cleaned the poffertjes fryer with the same cloth, absolutely terrible. When I walked in, I felt a nasty atmosphere. Peace out✌️

All the ice cream in the freezer had melted and was therefore not tasty, because it was not frozen properly. Table 10 cm away from other people is not normal! There was also not much variety in the sushi, contrary to what is shown in some photos. There were no ready-made meals or even simple hamburgers available for children. I couldn't even find a simple cucumber without toppings. The selection was really very limited. I would not recommend this place and I certainly will not come back here.

Looks like a retirement home they put a kitchen in; bad atmosphere, unwelcoming, no background music. I think the food had been sitting there for a few hours because it was very tough and cold. Subsequently, I was forced to bombard the toilet here because the food went straight back through me. Not recommended; I’d rather go to McDonald’s.

This all-you-can-eat restaurant proves that a lot isn't automatically tasty. Miraculously, the food all tastes the same. Chicken, beef, shrimp, vegetables—everything seems to have been dipped in one big “meh sauce.” Spices are apparently optional here, just like character. You can help yourself to five rounds and still feel like you’re eating the same plate every time. Variation? Only in form, not in taste. Then there’s the atmosphere. Or rather: the noise level of a departure hall at Schiphol during a strike. Clattering plates, sliding chairs, children at top speed, and conversations that are routinely taking place three tables away. Eating quietly here is a sport no one wins. The concept is clear: serve yourself quickly, eat quickly, don't think too much. Ideal if you mainly want to fill yourself up, less suitable if you also want to enjoy yourself. You won't leave hungry, but you will leave with the question: “Did I really have a good meal… or just a lot?” Conclusion: Wiro Wok is perfect if your mission is to generate volume rather than experience flavor. I have been in most of all-you-can-eat restaurants in and around Eindhoven. This restaurants gives you on a moderate price a wide range of food. Never rough, never dry, taste as it should be. Their VIP card gives you always discount, you have always a table. Staff is very friendly, easy to park you car right at the entrance. Not far from Centrum. I have went there many many times, and definitely suggest to visit once.

I have never eaten anywhere so badly... a waste of money. After serving myself once, I left my food and walked out.

The atmosphere is not cozy. The food is okay, but there is little choice, and the wok only has 2 types of meat and was also halal; definitely not our kind of place. Service is bad; we came for the first time and received no explanation whatsoever. We had to search for everything. Our cutlery was taken away. My husband hadn't even swallowed his food yet and his plate was already being taken away. Chairs stick to the backrests. The place is filled with smoke. All in all, a really bad place.

Getting married in a wok? It’s totally possible! We rented a section of Wiro Wok for our more than 200 guests, and we were already very impressed by the hostess's hospitality beforehand. Nothing was too much trouble. Agreements regarding payment were interpreted differently on both sides, which led to an unpleasant situation. Fortunately, we resolved this together, and everything else went completely as planned. The guests enjoyed a delicious meal, the children had a fantastic time, and there really was something for everyone! Many people talked about it for a long time afterwards, and everyone was very pleased with the experience. Highly recommended!

We used to eat here often, under the previous owners. The food was always perfect. Since September, there has been a new owner, and the quality has really deteriorated! Cold food, tough, not the selection shown in the photos, dry, tough, wok that didn't work. Very bad, we won't be coming here anymore. It's a shame the old owners look so bad.

Today, February 28, 2026 Another time at Wiro Wok. Well, it was terrible. The food kept running out and wasn't replenished. The staff wasn't friendly, and the atmosphere wasn't great. We also returned to our table, where we'd left our drinks and coats, and one table had been completely cleared. I reported this and was told to just restock everything because it was so busy.

As for the ones in other places, and I've been to quite a few, this one is great. But the best one was in The Hague, I don't remember the name, but this one has 80% of the food. I try to give these reviews honestly because the manager served us cheerfully, so best regards, and see you next time, we'll eat more.

I've never eaten at such a bad restaurant. I went there out of necessity because it was getting late, around 6 pm. The service was terrible. The noodles had a nasty aftertaste. They were overcooked on a baking sheet. It also wasn't clean, which is crucial. Of course, I'll never go there again. Especially at €82 for two people.

For the price you have to pay, it's really not worth it, it's stale and not clean. The food has an aftertaste, it's dried out and lukewarm. Definitely not recommended. A deep fryer is even better. Never again!!!

Good, honest food with plenty of choice - something for everyone; cold and hot buffet, followed by griddle, grill, or wok. Don't forget the soup and sushi. Choose from a variety of bottled drinks, beer, and wine. Finished with fresh soft serve ice cream and fresh whipped cream with warm cherries. Coffee or tea afterward. The service is friendly and quiet. We love coming here.

The food wasn't fresh at all. I arrived around 6:00 PM, and by 7:30 PM, the same items were still in the bins, and they hadn't been replenished. It's ridiculous to charge so much and get nothing in return, just the fear of food poisoning. It used to be a good all-you-can-eat place, but now I don't recommend it anymore.

Very bad. I ordered steak three times, and each time it was raw. It was poorly prepared. I asked for napkins, and you have to go to the counter for them. This is one of the worst restaurants ever with terrible service. Totally not recommended.

No fresh food was replenished on time, but it was left out for too long. They even managed to screw up the mini pancakes, which were undercooked. The drink selection was good, but the glasses were broken, and no, not once. The plates weren't clean; they had a lot of starch on them, so a thorough cleaning of your dishwasher would help. Also, the toilet wasn't clean, and the kids' things were broken. In short, this is a shame, I wouldn't recommend it anymore. Unless they change to smaller portions. And fresh. But also, there's a lack of management in the restaurant, with young, inexperienced staff.

Charging €41 per person for such poor service is truly outrageous. I initially thought this was a joke, but unfortunately not. You also have to pay upfront. The food is utterly disgusting. The schnitzel resembles chipboard. The "sushi" is haphazardly thrown onto a plate, with no clue what's in it. The carpaccio tastes and looks like cheap salami. This isn't even on the level of a bad roadside restaurant; it's far below. If you want wok or meat, you have to order it yourself and stand next to it until it's ready. No service, no system, just complete chaos. Then, with this terrible food, you have to sit at tiny tables where four people can't possibly sit; even two are cramped. The interior is old, neglected, and everything exudes cheap, utter indifference. There were four of us. One of us rightly decided not to eat here and asked for a refund without having touched a thing. That was the smartest decision. But they said if he got his money back, he wouldn't be allowed to sit with us anymore and would have to wait outside. Unacceptable and disrespectful. Seriously: what right do you have to charge €41 for such an embarrassing experience? Don't go there. Our Friday night is completely ruined. Right now, as I write this review, we've left to get a burger, which speaks volumes.

Super friendly people. Our toddler had a delicious meal. The wok dishes used to be amazing! Now you can't even call it wok cooking anymore. It's a lot of water, cold pans, and watery sauces. Not a real wok-hei flavor. Wok lovers should probably eat somewhere else.

The food was okay, only the sauces were watery and lacking in flavor. The staff at the wok and griddles didn't seem to enjoy their work. The ladies who came to collect our plates were friendly. The food in the warming trays wasn't replenished properly, and the leftovers were left until the end of the evening. For this price, I'd rather eat at another restaurant. Such a shame. It used to be good.

Where I used to enjoy the rich, authentic flavors, it now feels like the dishes have been adapted to a much more neutral palate, as if salt and pepper are the only seasonings. The teppanyaki was noticeably bland, and the wok dishes are now overloaded with overly sweet sauces. What I especially miss are the original sauces, like the black pepper sauce, which once offered a perfect balance of heat and depth. A few years ago, the food was truly delicious; it was precisely that taste experience that I fell in love with and kept coming back for. I sincerely hope you'll consider returning to those authentic recipes and flavors. Not just for me, but also for other regulars who have noticed this change and share my disappointment. Because as much as I love coming back, the current flavor direction is slowly pushing loyal customers away.

Our grandchildren, ages 4 and 7, said this was the best restaurant in Eindhoven (they had a wonderful time playing after a small bite to eat). Wiro Wok, nothing wrong with it, just a good all-you-can-eat restaurant with a wide selection, and everything was plentiful. My parents accidentally overpaid (our own fault). We discussed this with the restaurant owner, and it wasn't a problem. We received a full refund within 3 minutes. The service was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return when we're back in Brabant.

I'm never coming back here again. It's so bad. Grease is dripping down the beams near the grill, and then you see one of the cooks walking around in flip-flops, wiping everything down with a dirty cloth and then cleaning the plates with it too. You burn your hands on all the spoons, and they don't know about cross-contamination. They just grab meat and fish with the same tongs. It doesn't matter if it's raw or fried. I wouldn't come here. It's not worth your money.

A very expensive price for a terrible experience. Staff takes away plates that are still being used, spoons are so hot you can't hold them for two seconds, and to top it all off, a chef comes to empty a faucet drain with a bicycle pump, revealing a construction worker's crack. Because of this, I'd already eaten and drunk after eating plates. Not a recommended experience.

Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience and we left quickly. The children's play areas, the game consoles, were completely broken, and the playground was simply too small for our almost 10-year-old son. The response to the broken computers was that no technician was available during the holiday. However, it didn't look like this had happened in recent weeks, because everything was broken or gone. The food wasn't hot, and if you go at 4:30, you expect everything to be fresh and nice and hot. But unfortunately, that was absolutely not the case! My wife had some noodles with her first dish, and there was a bit of iron in it (see photos). We thought we'd spend our holiday here nearby at the cinema and have a nice meal out. Our son loves being able to choose for himself and play occasionally. Unfortunately, it was a huge flop. The worst thing I've ever experienced.

It's so much fun to come there and eat; the food is fantastic. The people are friendly. There's a play area upstairs for the kids. You can play games upstairs, so it's great for adults as well as kids. And children under 11 are free.

Coincidentally, I went here twice in one week. We normally come here 4 or 5 times a year. The first time, it wasn't too bad because everything seemed the same as before, even though there were fewer staff. It was the holiday season, so I kind of understand why. But the second time, just like the first time, it was almost empty at 9:00 PM. Even though we had three hours and could have stayed until 9:45 PM, they casually told us at the bar at 9:15 PM that this was really the last time because the bar was closed. A lot of it was in English, which I don't have a problem with, but she did because she didn't understand that we still had half an hour. I couldn't find the owner, and I don't mind, but I would have liked to mention it before leaving. They were busy with toogoodtogo, so we just left. Besides, the food was minimal, and I understand it's the holiday season, but I wasn't used to this from the previous owners. So, it wasn't a success for me this time.
