We placed an order at 4:30 PM for a delivery time of 6:00 PM, but it arrived over an hour late. When the food finally arrived, it was wrong: we received prawns with noodles instead of rice and chicken. After contacting Mohammed, we were offered the option of having the correct dishes re-delivered, but because it was so busy, he couldn't tell us when this would be. We were ultimately advised to request a refund through Thuisbezorgd. It's a shame, because we were looking forward to a delicious meal, but the delay and incorrect delivery made it a huge disappointment.

It wasn't the first time it went wrong. This was the last chance, and they messed it up again. The food was delivered late due to a broken battery. The food was lukewarm, and they had indicated they didn't want vegetables. The dish was so mixed with vegetables that they were impossible to pick out. The food went straight in the trash. I will NEVER order from here again. Bad food, bad delivery, and unprofessional customer service. The reviews speak for themselves!

Because the door was open, my daughter and I walked in two minutes before opening time. We were immediately sent out. Because she really wanted a bubble tea, we waited two minutes at the door. At 12 o'clock, we walked back in, got an angry look, and was simply ignored. After five minutes of help, the man overcharged me. Until I said, "It costs 4.90, right?" They really need to improve their customer service. By the way, the bubble tea tasted like lukewarm milk.

Terrible food for the price! My rice and vegetables were swimming in sauce. I had sweet and sour sauce, but it was so thick it tasted more like glue. The sauce had a very sour taste, as if it had gone bad. There were only three pathetic chicken pieces and shrimp, and for that, you pay €30 for two people. Absolutely not recommended!!!!!!!!

I used to order here more often and the food was fine, last year in the past 3 times an order did not go well because of that I did not dare to order here anymore. Tonight for the first time again ordered here and wanted to give it a chance... I really do not want to complain but this was really bad. The kung pao beef hardly any vegetables meat tough and the noodles that were soaked with sauce and that gave a kind of chemical alcohol taste and really much too sweet. The teriyaki beef also way too much sauce which made it too sweet to eat. And unfortunately the brown sugar bubble tea had a very artificial taste. And I do not know what kind of balls were in there?? But they did not even remotely resemble tapioca pearls it tasted really bad. We did not eat it and unfortunately had to throw it away and I think that is a shame because this is literally wasted money!. Too bad that we had another bad experience here. Stupid of us to try again? Yes because we could have guessed the outcome but also no because I do believe in improvement and that mistakes are human. Unfortunately for Wok To Go Amersfoort that the improvement has still not come. We will really never order here again Plus I don't think you should want to deliver your products/food to the customer like this, it's just not possible. Shame!

Little meat and vegetables and a load of white rice that is tasteless. Boy behind the counter also not professional, uses street language with customers.

Only one star from my side I have been eating woks for a long time of my life but this wok was the worst I have ever eaten so I do not recommend it, it is a pity to spend money on such untasty food.

Bubble tea is really not drinkable. Very sweet and the tapioca is not tasty either. There are much better places in Amersfoort to get boba!

The service was very friendly, the food took a while, but everything was freshly prepared. Deduction for the ambience because it was cold and the music (hip hop) didn't fit the ambience.

Ordered a small beef wok with EXTRA meat, got a lot of noodles and very little meat. And when I called the restaurant the answer I got was “that's how it should be”. 4 slices of meat is not enough without “extra” but it is good..

Hilversum is better than Amersfoort, I think in Hilversum you have a screen, you can choose everything yourself, and you get a plate if you eat inside. In Amersfoort you get a cardboard box.

I've been waiting for 2 hours and the food still hasn't been delivered. The first time I called they said it was raining and they don't deliver when it rains. The second time I called they said they were too busy and I wasn't the only one ordering. Meanwhile, 2 hours have passed and it still hasn't arrived. It also appears that cancellation is not possible.

You order for over 30 euros, which is ridiculous. You will receive paid delivery costs. You will receive your food later than 90 minutes and the order is not even complete. There is also the promise that things would be made right. Great service... you can't expect this and there is no change. There was no change today and that had become my problem. First of all, something should really be done about the sewage odors upon arrival. It is honestly not pleasant to wait inside with such a smell in your nose. In addition, the food is unfortunately nothing to write home about. My stomach hurts a lot. Very disappointed. Apart from that, I got a few shrimps and more than half of them were rice. For 2 woks of €25 you really expect a little more than 4 pieces of dry shrimp and just rice. Hygiene should certainly be looked at. The gentleman also wiped the wok pans with a dirty dishcloth. When I took my bag away, I later saw that dishcloth with all kinds of stains, but I thought it was a different cloth. Judging by my stomach ache, the hygiene aspect can certainly be questioned. Too bad, but I will never come again. I have never experienced this problem at the Utrecht locations.

After not eating there for a while, I thought I would try a healthy wok again. Unfortunately again as there was a piece of thin iron wire in my wok. Of course I asked the employee where this came from. The employee indicated that this comes from the wok that heats up food. Very annoying, this could of course also have caused traffic if I had not seen that thread. Just buy a new net if the net is outdated!

Ordered via UberEats, unfortunately we didn't see any photos of the food but we still wanted to try it. After an hour of waiting the food was delivered, the food was severely overpriced for the quantity and quality we received. Not recommended.

Ordered food via UberEats. An hour later a phone call stating that there were no delivery people and the order was cancelled. No other alternative offered. Next time, don't list your restaurant on UberEats if you don't even have delivery people.

Eerste keer gegeten bij deze plek op vrijdag 25 augustus tussen 1600-1700. Werd meteen vriendelijk aangesproken dat ze zo bij me kwamen. Dat kan ik altijd zeer waarderen. Ik koos voor de nieuwe zalm nuggets met groente en rijst en de brown sugar latte. Beiden overheerlijk gewoon. Alles lekker gaar en mals en als de contrast de mierzoete latte. De man aan de kassa ging ook nog goed in overleg met de keuken of mijn bestelling wel op voorraad was zodat ik later niet teleurgesteld zou raken. Ik voelde me heel erg belangrijk als klant. Dit waren top medewerkers! Ik ben in één klap fan van Wok To Go geworden. 🙂

Eten is 3 kwartier later bezorgd dan afgesproken. Het eten was vrij matig, loempias sompig, taai & koud. Noodles was niet goed gemixt waardoor er een bonk vastgeplakt noodles aan de onderkant zat. Het was prima, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

10 minuten voor sluiting besteld en medewerkers vonden het gewoon oke, top service! Het was echt heel lekker Super vriendelijke mensen.

Prima eten, meerdere opties, schoon en nette inkijk keuken! Voor een snelle hap voor onderweg uitstekend, om er te zitten; sfeerloos.

I travelled to Amersfoot for business and visisted this place to grab a quick bite. The moment I entered the shop I saw Indian masala curry chicken option in the wok . Initially I was apprehensive if the shef would be able to make it as per the Authenticity as per Indian curry standard. I was super surprised to find out that they made a perfect curry. The taste is out of the world. It was a fulfilling meal. I recomend if you visit please ask your work be made by nasreddine. Mama mia its delicious .

Gisteren hier langs geweest met een vriend van mij om wat eten te bestellen. Ik was gewoon echt positief verbaasd over hoe vriendelijk het personeel is. Heb meteen vandaag nog een bestelling geplaatst <3 (dit keer via thuisbezorgd). Ik ben heel erg te spreken over deze Wok to Go! Heerlijk eten, lekker veel garnalen :) Jullie hebben er een vaste klant bij!

Red crystal upon noodles with extra cashew and crispy mix is not red , yet satisfyingly chocked with veggies , in my case . Requires zen master level patience though .

Ik heb 3 uur geleden via Thuisbezorgd besteld omdat ik doodmoe was van werken en ook niks in huis had, na anderhalfuur 4x gebeld, niet opgenomen, mijn bestelling zou er volgens de app nu gewoon zijn, nou ik wacht in spanning af. 23:50 werd er aangegeven. het is 00:09. Edit: Ik ben langs geweest de dag nadat dit was gebeurd. Was blijkbaar storing met bezorgers. Hele klantvriendelijke medewerkers gesproken en heb netjes een excuses gekregen. Daarna nog compensatie gehad. Blijkbaar had de eigenaar iedereen gebeld, maar mij waarschijnlijk gemist. Foutje, kan gebeuren, maar netjes opgelost!

I fondly remember getting boxes of delicious food here for €4 or €5. Then the prices went up a little. That was okay. Then the contents of the boxes dropped by 2/3rds and I stopped going. Now the prices are around €12! For that kind of money I expect a meal, not a small snack.
