Ordered sushi for takeout, and we found a closed door.

Waited 2 hours for the order via Uber Eats. Then tried to contact them by phone four times but got no answer. Eventually, we cancelled the order via Uber Eats. So we never received the order.

Terrible shop… received nothing after waiting an hour and a half, called twice but no one answered. Eventually managed to cancel the order via Uber. Never ordering here again.

The sushi itself is fine, but the delivery was incomplete. It now appears impossible to reach them through Thuisbezorgd and their own website. That's not great service. So make sure you check your order carefully! Anyway, how do I get a refund for the undelivered item?

I tried to use a social deal promotion on the website. Unfortunately, you can't enter a time slot or place an order, and I can't reach them by phone. I already regret using a social deal promotion.

Tonight I ordered a delicious poke bowl with a few spring rolls. I didn't feel like cooking at all, and it was only supposed to take about 35 minutes. I think it arrived after 20 minutes. I was a bit shocked when I unpacked it, thinking it was someone else's order. Luckily, after reading the cute message on the lids, I was able to thoroughly enjoy my poke bowl, which was crammed full to the brim. Tomorrow I'll enjoy my other bowl for lunch :) I'll order from here more often when I'm in the mood for sushi again.

Delicious sushi, quickly ready (takeaway), wide choice and excellent promotions

I ordered sushi last week. The order didn't arrive. When I called, they said it had just left. However, it wasn't delivered until 30 minutes later. It wasn't tasty, it was cold, and it had no soy sauce. A few days later, a manager offered us the same order on the house to make up for it. We appreciated the gesture, so we accepted. Unfortunately—you guessed it—the sushi didn't arrive at the agreed-upon time. After my call and a lot of effort, it was finally prepared and delivered. Weird (blue?) sauce was poured over all the sushi, and the chicken skewers were cold. No more Sushi Time for us!

Sushi was always great. But unfortunately, the service isn't what it used to be. It takes an insanely long time for delivery. After calling, I was initially told that a vegan order had been prioritized. No idea why. Then, another half hour later, the order was supposed to be delivered. But I still hadn't seen any sushi. All in all, it was delivered over an hour and a half later than promised, and the hot dishes were now lukewarm/cold. Very disappointing.

I took advantage of the Wednesday special, and wow! What a great value. This way, people who are a little less well-off can still enjoy delicious sushi. The special rolls were excellent, and the rice had a wonderful flavor and was cooked just right.

All the sushi is terrible and looks absolutely disgusting. You guessed it: absolutely no flavor. I don't often complain about food, but this was truly the worst sushi of my life. P.S. I almost threw up because of the bell pepper in the sushi (the culprit in the photo).

I have ordered food there several times. Small adjustments to the standard menus are gladly made. The sushi is of very good quality. And as a regular visitor to Japan I have tasted how it can taste. The sourness of the sushi is just right. And that is one of the most important things, besides fresh fish of course. In my neighborhood sushi time is the best choice

Waiting over an hour and a half is really too long, especially if it was supposed to be delivered within 50 minutes. The sushi was reasonable, but we won't order from here again.

Super fast delivery and very tasty poke bowl

The sushi was pretty bad. The rice seemed old and tasted mealy, so not fresh at all. The seaweed had a strange aftertaste as if I took a sip out of an aquarium. Delivery was quick though

We ordered a number of items from the menu at sushi time today, but we should have skipped this. The pieces of sushi were just thrown together in the box, the yakitori was so cold it looked like it had just come out of the freezer. Finally, the pokebowl had more lettuce than rice and a very sour sauce topping.

Took more than 20 minutes than agreed time to be ready, nice people and food was tasty.

Went to sushi time on Friday at 4:41 PM and asked if the food could be delivered to my home at 6:45 PM, which was possible according to the employee. Then the delivery person doesn't arrive until 7:35 PM... So I really don't understand that at all... not even an excuse or anything. Bad service... Next time I'll go across the street to Mr. sushi along..

Not good sushi at all. Although the employee was very nice, the sushi was of really poor quality. Rice had no taste, salmon came from the Albert Heijn package and the seaweed tasted like child glue. The only tasty thing was the cucumber roll and the deep fryer…. Ordered for 100 euros, it looked nice, but was simply not tasty. When people call this the best sushi, I wonder what they ate before.

Dry and very firm rice, the basis of sushi is the rice, so if it is not good... disappointing In response to the owner: my girlfriend got the sushi for us, that's why you don't recognize my name. Unfortunately, it does concern your restaurant. If I were you I would test the rice (and whoever cooked it?), maybe it was an incident and it is normally better and less dry and firm?

We ordered at 5:30 PM and the order would be there after 45 minutes. At 7 o'clock I called to find out where the order was. I was assured that the order would be there within 5 minutes. At a quarter to 8 I tried to call several times, but they didn't answer. Our food didn't arrive until around 8 o'clock... So our experience was very bad.

Always been the best sushi place in Amersfoort. Unfortunately there isn't much left of it. There is also no response to emails about this. Bad thing.

Erg lekkere sushi. Vers bereid en was op tijd klaar. Personeel was vriendelijk!

Iedere keer weer een top ervaring. Vers gemaakt en vooral de service, de oprechte vriendelijkheid van de eigenaar en zijn collega's! Klantvriendelijkheid die je niet vaak ziet in de horeca / retail, echt fijn.

Prima service...vaste klant, vandaag voor het eerst iets gemist bij de bestelling...keurig nagebracht (ondanks de vele zieken) en prima afgehandeld en uiteraard was de sushi weer heerlijk

Twee dagen geleden hebben wij voor het eerst bij Sushi Time online besteld. De website is makkelijk in gebruik. Ik was ook verbaasd hoe makkelijk het was als iemand gluten-vrij wil eten. Er is een apart menukaart voor ze (en ook voor vegetarisch, zwanger). Sushi was echt heerlijk. We komen zeker weer terug voor het afhalen!

De sushi was lekker, vers en goed verpakt. Sushi time is zeker een aanrader voor sushi liefhebbers.

De sushi was erg lekker maar helaas twee weken er ziek van geweest..

Ik herken de slechte reviews totaal NIET! Een van de beste en meest verse sushi zaken in Amersfoort! Ja een beetje aan de prijzige kant - maar alles is supervers/mals/smaakvol. Ik ben zelf aardig kieskeurig wat betreft hygiene en heb hier nooit iets gezien wat niet hoorde of niet netjes was! Ik voeg een fotootje bij - dat was via afhalen met TooGoodToGo! Zoals je kunt zien - zeker niet teleurstellend!

Via Groupon een schamele sushi box "gekregen". De afbeelding beloofde meer!

Smaakt wel erg als supermarkt sushi om eerlijk te zijn. Voor hetzelfde geld kun je beter elders halen.

5 sterren voor het personeel/ 3 sterren voor de sushi. Vriendelijk personeel, sushi box stond op tijd klaar. Helaas niet de kwaliteit/smaak die we hadden verwacht. Volgende keer toch maar naar een sushi restaurant.

Onverwacht bezoek gekregen. Wijn was er in overvloed. En daar hoort natuurlijk een lekker hapje bij. Ik ben vrienelijk geholpen en er is snel gewerkt om deze hapjes klaar te maken 🍷bedankt Sushi Tim het was weer heerlijk.
