Exquisite, everyone was super friendly.

While sightseeing in Amsterdam, I wanted a quick and warm meal, so I stopped by "Wok To Walk." The restaurant is compact but lively, and you can enjoy watching the food being stir-fried right in front of you in the open kitchen, making the waiting time enjoyable. The appeal lies in being able to create your own unique dish by freely combining your favorite noodles, rice, ingredients, and sauces. I chose noodles as the base, added vegetables and chicken, and finished it with their popular Asian sauce. Since it's cooked immediately in a high-heat wok after ordering, the fragrant aroma stimulates the appetite. The noodles had a chewy texture, the vegetables retained their crispness, and the overall balance felt excellent. The portion size was also generous, making it a satisfying lunch or dinner during sightseeing. The wide range of vegan and vegetarian options is another plus. The price range is around 10-20 euros, which is relatively affordable for central Amsterdam. While you can enjoy a meal without the time spent at a restaurant, you can savor freshly prepared, authentic stir-fried dishes, making it excellent value for money. This restaurant is recommended for those who want to easily enjoy Asian cuisine even while on a busy trip, or for those who want to choose their own preferred seasonings.

This noodle Tastes better than it looks. Missing little bit more meat. The cook was mute, he had to knock on the window for you to pick up your order. Quick but ain’t cheap and nothing more.

The price-performance ratio isn't quite right. The food was also rather bland.

I gave this a try because I missed Jjigigo. 1. Egg Noodles / Teriyaki / Slightly Spicy 2. Rice Noodles / Oyster Sauce / I think it was moderately spicy. Since it's a wok dish, it's oilier than Jjigigo, and the spiciness is based on international standards, so if you like spicy food, you should just order the medium level. Also, I was surprised how quickly it came out haha. Sorry for noticing it late because I was busy with other things at first... Personally, I preferred combination #1, and I definitely ended up drinking a lot of water compared to the taste. Make sure to bring plenty of water before eating this. I don't know if there is another place in Amsterdam where you can get such a hearty meal and good vegetables for around 10 euros. The atmosphere nearby wasn't dangerous, and it was nice being close to my accommodation.

Large portions, reasonably priced, decent quality, quick service

I thought it was very bad. I went by the positive reviews, which don't reflect reality. I think people don't know Asian food. I found it tasteless, lacking seasoning, with little sauce, and the noodles were overcooked.

This particular location has become one of our favorite spots!

Overpriced and i found it tasteless. Ended up paying €33 for two boxes of noodles and we just ate it because we had paid for it.

Each time im around the area, i make sure I stop by here for my wok to walk. Freshly made and seasoned well with my own choice. The establishment is well kept and the staffs have a great sense of humor too. My food was delicious ( i forgot to take pictures) but I’ll be back soon Thank you all :-)

We wanted to try it and were pleasantly surprised by the taste and quantity, but the chef was extremely agitated for no apparent reason, and the drink is extra if you order the set menu.

Great food and excellent value for money! Ordering via the vending machine works perfectly, the food arrived quickly and was prepared completely fresh on-site. The portions are large and very filling – the approximately €15 is absolutely worth it. Cozy atmosphere, even if the place is a bit small. Highly recommended!

Always hits the spot, whenever I visit Amsterdam. Could do with being a bit cheaper, and you now order on screens, I guess that’s how things are now, but I prefer communicating with people, not a major issue though. Whether you’re high or dry, Wok to Walk👌

I enjoy wok to walks a lot! Everytime I visit Amsterdam, I do a pit stop there. My favorite are black pepper and garlic (saigon) and oyster sauce.

A great place for a quick lunch or dinner. You can use the totems to choose how to create your own dish according to your personal tastes. The portions are just right, the food is very tasty, and the dishes are prepared quickly. The only downside is the price, which I personally find too high.

Very tasty food, which was also prepared quickly. You could order via a tablet and put everything together yourself. This is a plus when you don't speak the same language. The staff was also friendly. I would eat here again anytime.

If you're in a rush like us, even on vacation, this is the right place! You order on the dedicated tablets, pick up your order, and sit down...very fast, ready to go...the one we chose was excellent.

You can order food from two vending machines. We took our food with us because it was very crowded, noisy, and impossible to eat there in the evenings. The food was very tasty and I highly recommend it.

If you're not very hungry and in a hurry, I recommend going here. The quality/price ratio is unfavorable, but they serve you quickly. The quality is uninspiring, as you can imagine. There's plenty of seating because it's a chain and is spread throughout the city. No table service.

Even more so than the yakisoba bun, this cup-shaped food seems like a natural and inevitable combination. It's also fun to watch the lively and efficient cooking scene unfold before your eyes. It gives off an Asian vibe, but it's different, and describing it as international doesn't quite fit. On the other hand, there's no doubt that the noodles here are a natural fit with any menu item.

I ordered pad Thai... I didn't like it. Although it's cheap food for Amsterdam.

Asmita, the cashier who directed me over from the touch screen order system, whose face matches her attitude- despondent and “could be doing something else” attitude rolled her eyes and scoffed every request. “Is that it?” She’d ask with disdain- which I can understand because the establishement overflowing with trash and wet shoe marks is her badge of honor. Enjoy ordering from Asmita- she “cares”, not.

I ordered two specialist recommendations and honestly, I was never disappointed. Tasty, generous, and very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity. I 100% recommend (the Oudon noodles).

Super tasty food served in around 5 minutes super quick service. We got the teriyaki chicken rice and yaki udon. Both tasted amazing with the teriyaki rice having a great kick to it.

I work in an office nearby and this is my go-to if I'm working late as it's the healthiest fast option in the neighbourhood and delicious too. My favourite combo: brown rice, chicken, saigon sauce, sesame seeds and coriander on top. (€12,35)

Great place to have a quick lunch/meal. We had good sweet and sour rice with tofu and broccoli for lunch. The taste of good and so as the atmosphere.

I was in a hurry so I ordered chicken egg noodles to eat on the train, but as I was eating my food I realized that the chicken was not cooked!!

Great experience here for dinner. Fast service with great staff, even with the bust being busy itself. The udon noodles base was delicious. The pork and cashews as addons were delicious. Worth a stop for a late dinner in the area for some Wok food.

Walk to Wok in Amsterdam is your go-to for a no-frills Asian fix. We grabbed some takeaway (seating is super limited, so keep that in mind!). The udon was tasty with a good portion, while the the rice teriyaki leaned a bit too sweet for my preference. Overall, it's good value, especially for Amsterdam's prices. If you're craving Asian food, don't hesitate to give them a try!

Wok to Walk in Amsterdam is a solid option for a quick, affordable bite. The food was decent - my "Sweet and Sour" choice had good flavor and was freshly made. We ordered Beef udon and Pork pad thai. Food quality poor. Instant noodles probably tasted better. Service was quick though.

For my part, I was a little disappointed because I had asked for "not spicy" and it was still spicy but not salty enough, so really average and expensive for this quality.

I have tried “Wok to Walk” several times in different places in Amsterdam and was always satisfied with staff service and food, but today it was AWFUL. I have ordered wok with egg noodles, pork and beef. From the very beginning, the guy who took ingredients for my meal did it with his BARE HANDS, after what the meal was not the best, talking about taste: it was too oily, definitely not for everyone. And the last part, the quintessence of my review: even my quite strong gastrointestinal tract couldn’t handle that much load and got poisoned. As the result, I’m suffering from diarrhea. In my opinion, the problem was in unsanitary conditions and in ignoring sanitary standards by guys who work there. I definitely not recommend that place, if You want to save one of Your days on the holiday in a beautiful city.

Another of this chain's stores located in the historic center of Amsterdam. There are a large number of dishes to choose from with different ingredients and sauces. Service is fast, although when there are a lot of people there you may have to wait a while until you are served.

Maybe ordered wrong. But it was totally soft. my udon noodles were extremely soft.. I couldn't eat the box I almost threw up.. ok the price 6€ cheap compared to the others .. but still 6€ for nothing. Preparation ambience and speed as well as great price. But the food was inedible. Didn't smell good, everything was too white and rather mushy.
