Always excellent food, service is fast. Our host, Levi, took great care of us. We'd love to come back.

A cozy restaurant for a quick bite to eat. The atmosphere was good. Unfortunately, three of the six dishes my party received were cold or lukewarm. They resolved the issue promptly and made new ones, but unfortunately, they still weren't hot afterward, and the onions in my food were raw. The desserts were delicious.

Cozy restaurant with friendly service. The food was disappointing. You'd expect a pizza restaurant to know how to make pizza. It was served on a large stone, which was cold. Because of this, the pizza had already cooled down considerably. The worst part was the crust, which was completely soft, wet, and raw. It was inedible. I reported it to the staff, but nothing was done about it, in terms of a new pizza or a discount on the bill.

Delicious food at a reasonable price

I visited this place couple of times, but my recent experience was very disappointing. The waiting to by the door is so not well designed as people blocks the entrance to check their reservation. The level of the WC cleanness was poor. The waiters kept asking us to double check if we ordered some stuff that we didn’t request, they kept messing the orders and interrupting our discussions with side checking questions. I had the reservation at dinner time and it was incredibly noisy, I don’t recommend the place for kids / adults who have noise sensitivity. I felt disappointed, and I don’t think I will back.

Delicious food. As always. Friendly service despite it being quite busy on a Saturday evening. We were spontaneously given a free drink because the price was lower than usual. That's thoughtful.

The food, staff, and atmosphere are all excellent. It's wonderful to have a pizza and a glass of wine here. Service is also quick. The only downside is that it's one large room. It has a very atmospheric layout, but it can get quite noisy when it's full.

The food is absolutely delicious – I especially loved the pizza and focaccia, which paired beautifully with the wine. The wait for our order was a little longer than expected, even though it wasn’t very busy, but the quality and taste definitely made it worthwhile

Woodstone, located in the heart of Hoofddorp, has a modern, cozy atmosphere with an open stone oven as its centerpiece. The food is delicious and of good quality, with a nice wine list and friendly service.

We live nearby and usually visit WOODSTONE for a dinner when we are lazy to cook :) Food is very nice, even though this is far from traditional Italian, the quality is good and the choice is quite various. Pastas and starters are tasty and very well served. Definitely this place deserves better score on Google maps!

Excellent service from Shirley, enjoyed her coziness, care and friendliness. She pays close attention to her guests and likes to keep them satisfied. In addition, the food at Woodstone was so delicious again. Definitely recommended and for the dessert lovers, the white choco cheesecake is incredibly delicious. Worth coming back again!

Had a nice pizza pesto pollo here. Not stingy with the parmigiano reggiano, but I would have liked a bit more chicken 😄 Service was great! You certainly don't see cheerful and professional service everywhere. Too bad it was completely empty of customers at 9 pm on a Saturday night. But hey, then you see that for many people it is a combination with watching a movie before/after 😅

We were always very satisfied but yesterday it was all a bit less. The snack vegetables were watery and even a bit slimy at the bottom, the non-alcoholic beer turned into one with alcohol (but it took a while for my girlfriend to notice that, so she had almost finished it), it took more than 20 minutes before we could order drinks. And the pasta aglio-olio looked more like Arabiata, so many peppers. Hopefully this is a one-off, because otherwise a great place. The waitress was almost overly enthusiastic, but that was also nice, she really did her best to make something of it. Tip: if a lot goes wrong, maybe offer coffee, or take that drink off the bill? Now the beer could still be replaced by a non-alcoholic beer, but by then we already wanted to pay. Pizzas are delicious, nothing more to do.

We hadden lekkere lunch. Pizza's waren goed gebakken en rijkelijk belegd. Alles was zoals we besteld hadden. Bediening was heel vriendelijk.

Unfortunately today I received a starter that was completely burnt on the bottom. Opacity, softness of the bread goes well with the sauces, but I prefer not to have burnt food served on the table. For those who prefer not to eat pork and/or are religious, pay close attention to the menu. Sometimes it is stated in a difficult way in the description, such as the chicken pizza, and they do not clearly indicate that it says “Pork”. So pay close attention to that.

The lunch pizza was two palms wide and cutting the hard base with a dull knife was really laborious. The service is friendly and fast.

Very little for the expensive amount and it doesn't taste like a very expensive place, not worth it, I'd rather go to Frenkies in Hoofddorp than here, which is a shame

Delicious lasagna… highly recommended. Super sweet people, we were already full from the starter and the 2 of us only wanted 1 main course. That was no problem. Top restaurant

The food was very tasty, with the starters being the absolute highlight. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Everything went smoothly, and we felt well taken care of. The atmosphere was also very good. The only downside is that when the tent is full it can be quite chaotic and busy in the background.

We hadden een verjaardag te vieren en we hebben het erg gezellig gehad, maar dat was omdat we in leuk gezelschap waren en niet omdat het eten nou zo lekker was. De pizza’s waren niks bijzonders, flauwe bodem en flauw beleg, maar de Glutenvrije pizza was gewoon niet te eten. Hoe durf je je gasten iets dergelijks voor te schotelen. Hier gaan we nooit meer eten!

Wij hadden vrijdag 21 mrt een fijne avond. Het was héél druk en vol. Maar de jongen die achterin de tafels en bank voorzag van een fijne ambiance en voortreffelijke vlotte bediening, had alles onder controle. Waardoor wij een top avond hadden. Dankjewel! Het eten en de wijn was ook lekker. Woodstone is wat personeel betreft er op vooruit gegaan. Eten is nog steeds goed.

Great place for a quick bite. Service fast and friendly. Pizza was too sweet for me, but that's a matter of taste and it can vary. Side salad was fresh and delicious.

Pizza van mijn partner was lekker en goed gebakken. Mijn pasta gerecht vond ik matig. Linguine met grove stukken kaas en wat tomatensaus. De linguïst was goed “al dente” maar de apart bij bestelde brokken kip ontsierde het gerecht. Had allemaal wat verfijnder gekund.

The meal was fine and delicious until we wanted to pay with a dinner voucher that we had called specifically for and this was no problem by telephone, but when we wanted to pay this was not possible. It is on the dinner site, but personally I think this causes a lot of confusion and so in my opinion it should not be on the dinner site. You can then only pay with a physical dinner card that is available as a gift voucher. After much protest and several apologies from the chef there, it was neatly resolved by an adhok sprain. So all in all, it was solved very neatly by the chef. They're going to change it for the future if it's for the best 👍

the sgroppinos are really bad sorry. and the restaurant has a Center Parcs appearance. very large space and looks chaotic. the lemonade tastes of nothing and the pizzas were very mediocre. There are vegan options so that's nice! the bruchettas were delicious. sparse decor, which makes the room suuuuper loud, as if you were back at school. service is very good

Very very disappointed! While I was breastfeeding my baby, the manager asked me not to do this in public. (While I was simply covered and had put on an extra jacket so that nothing of my skin would be visible.) 'People are already looking'. “And no, it wasn't their policy.” (?) Whether I wanted to go to the disabled toilet or else he had a blanket for me. Very unfortunate that this still exists in 2025. That discomfort wins over nature. Avoided discussion and went home sad.

Ordered pizza quattro formaggio. Never had such a bad pizza in my entire life. Cheese was barely visible and certainly no gorgonzola. It looked like fake cheese. The pizza was further covered with a thin layer of 'tomato juice'. Whoever prepared this needs an apprenticeship! We were here on Monday December 30 between approximately 7:15 PM and 8:30 PM

We waited an hour and a half for our pizzas so that was quite stressful because of our movie. Service was okay. But the food was also disappointing. Pasta was over cooked. Pizza was crispy but meager in toppings. Would skip this restaurant

You can really eat here! Food comes quickly, service is friendly and the value for money is really great. Starters were tasty, the pizzas also great! No dessert this time. The children have also been thought of.

What a perfect place if you go to the theater! Service and quality go hand in hand here. And now that I think about it, going to the theater would be a great thing even without it!

Despite a reservation, we had to wait 10 minutes for our table due to the crowds, but that was resolved promptly by the employees and was no problem for us. The atmosphere was super cozy and the food delicious. Beautiful golden brown, crispy pizza bases and delicious desserts. We were even just in time for the movie. Highly recommended this restaurant 👌

Really delicious pizzas, service is also great

Haven't been for a few years. Service has improved, the team really did their best. Still sometimes very slow "would you like some extra bread with the cheese fondue?" and that takes 5 minutes. Bring your bill but don't take the PIN terminal with you? Food... cheese fondue was tasty but a bit bland. 6 pieces of bread is meager. Add a glass of wine, I ask for some water. Includes two mini glasses. I see a bottle of chaudfontaine in a cooler at other tables, so it is possible, but not at ours? Pizza was ok, oven could be a bit hotter. The quatro fromaggi could have really used a little more blue cheese. The pollo pesto, why not with real pesto instead of some weird green sauce? The case is still very noisy due to the shape and the bare interior. In case there was a moment of silence, there was of course also music on. All in all... it's not all bad, but it doesn't make me very happy either.

Pizza's voor een leuke prijs! Bij sommige gerechten hadden wij wellicht meer verwacht (lees: truffel pasta waar je amper truffel proeft) maar voor die prijs kan het ook niet anders. Bediening was scherp en kwam vaak langs, niets op aan te merken

An original Italian pizza. Very thin dough base that is even crispy in some places. As usual in the Netherlands it is expensive and we had to wait a long time.

We ate delicious pizza prior to our theater performance in Cpunt. Reservations are definitely necessary, otherwise you won't get in. It was quite busy during IBM Ladies Night at the cinema, but they worked hard in the kitchen to provide everyone with food quickly. Quality was very good. Sprinkle plenty of toppings on the pizza.

Great Italian Wood fired pizza. Walked 20 minutes from the Novotel and it was worth it. Staff were very friendly and the prices are reasonable.

We always came for the gamberetti piccanti, it's a shame that this dish has been removed from the menu. We opted for the Lobster pasta, which is new on the menu, but this pasta was inedible. Will the Gamberetti piccanti return to the menu?

Gluten-free card! Really nice that this is there. This way you know exactly what you can and cannot order, and that for a pizza restaurant. More restaurants can follow this example. I personally went for the carpaccio and the chicken wings. Really enjoyed it. Was very tasty.

We had pasta with chicken, a tuna pizza, sticky chicken wings, shrimp in garlic, The pizza was still ok, bit of a sweet tuna pizza but good. the pasta was really not tasty, large chunks of tasteless chicken, the taste of the pasta was also really not okay After dinner we both had to go to the toilet straight away because of stomach pain. The staff at Woodstone are nothing short of exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The servers are quick to offer recommendations, ensuring you find the perfect pizza to suit your taste.

The pizza was tasty as was the melted cheese appetizer. The server was nice and we enjoyed the atmosphere and food. We would recommend.

We got a pizza package from Woodstone. It was really a whole new experience! Delicious sauce, cheese, fresh dough, unfortunately no arugula, but super good instructions! We will definitely do this again! (PRO TIP: with a pizza stone it's out of this world!)

The pasta was undercooked, we reported to the kitchen but they provide another undercooked pasta... The appetizers were delicious, the main dishes were soso and a bit expensive. There was not much service but the waiter expected a tip very much...

De omgeving was totaal niet gezellig . Veel te veel lawaai . Bestelling ging ook nog een fout. Uit eindelijk na 45 min kregen we onze pizza. Voor mij persoonlijk was de carnivoro niet te eten. Nul smaak. Kaas leek wel een plak gesmolten niks . Pizza deeg had totaal geen smaak.

Not very good. Haven't been for a while. It was quite disappointing. Only 3 meals were served, even though we were 4 people. No one realizes that one person has nothing on the table. Forgetting an order can happen, but it is still messy. Furthermore, some of the staff seem to focus mainly on removing “empty” glasses from the table as quickly as possible. However, in many cases the glasses were not completely empty. This happened up to 3 times. This exaggerated focus is very special. Every now and then the question “can we have the empty glasses?” The pizzas could have been in the oven a little longer. Still very light on one side and therefore limp. The taste of the food was basically good. Apart from a piece of plastic (or something like that) on the pizza and a not quite correct bill, we had a pleasant evening, but in my opinion there is a lack of someone who coordinates things well there. It's a shame. NB: there was a very nice, nice boy serving. He apologized several times. It was for him a bit awkward, but he was very correct.

Ate with a large group. Our dishes were served with a difference of 35 minutes. I had a pasta with cheese, it was 1 large lump of cheese, it was inedible. There were too few staff so we couldn't order much. Shame

Highly recommended! I had a super fun evening last Saturday, the service was very sweet and cooperative. We didn't have a reservation, but she still made room for us despite it being busy. Pizzas were tasty and affordable.

Wow, the quality has deteriorated here! Cheese fondue was very minimal with soft bread (from the fridge?) and a truffle tapenade that tasted like soap. This has been deducted from the account. Then the chicken wings. Straight from the microwave, nothing crispy about it. My partner's pasta was cooked too long. Staff super friendly, yes. What a disappointment, I was not used to this from Woodstone! It's also strange that there is almost nothing left to find on Google Maps, must there be a reason? A real shame!

The lasagna is a very small portion, it looks like a children's menu, and yet you pay E 16.95, staff said he heard that more, so maybe a tip, some larger bowls of Woodstone?
