Yam Yam in Wijk 00 Binnenstad

Yesterday I had a durum chicken wrap delivered, and it was filled with red cabbage instead of salad. The description didn't mention red cabbage. Absolutely disgusting. I called afterward, but was yelled at and not taken seriously.

Third time the free drink is the wrong flavor! Then I indicate on the website that there's no other flavor than the standard one! There's no communication about it either. I think I didn't mention the drink in previous orders, but this time I told the delivery driver right away. Result: zero/none.

The shavoukha costs 10 euros, but it's worth it.

Tried ordering again, but the delivery wasn't correct. Ordered Lahmacun and didn't get it again. The salad also had way too much sauce. It's a shame they used to be so good, but they're getting worse and worse. Such a shame.

Got a meal delivered. Never been there before. Excellent quality and definitely worth repeating.

It was our first and last order. Disappointing. Tasteless. Rancid meat. Hardly any potatoes with the Kapsalon. Ordered a small sandwich instead of a huge one. Didn't order any vegetables with the Kapsalon. A mini container of garlic sauce for three people, each with a teaspoon on a large Kapsalon that was actually tiny. We paid a premium.

The food is definitely yum yum at yamyam! Only the toilet was broken, otherwise great!

Yam Yam, the name already suggests that you can eat well here. Absolutely the most delicious Dőner! Freshly prepared with vegetables and wrap! Staff always friendly and a party to enjoy this delicious sandwich here! Definitely recommended! Recently visited this place again! Delicious food, all vegetables, nice and fresh, and the meat..., very tasty! Super friendly service! Try it! And you will know!

We had ordered for €63, but did not get what we had ordered at 1 lachmachum! Food was lukewarm again. So we will not order here again

Faded glory. Power outlets hanging loose in the wall. No top on a table frame (take it away or something?) 10 euros for a durum is a bit exaggerated. The red cabbage is great and the sauce too.

Best döner EVER! The dürüm döner is also highly recommended. Only the new sambal is not tasty. The prices are also really good. But whoever reads this, if I were you I would order one too!

I order a doner box for 6 euros, then an extra 2 euros are charged for a small block of cheese and 1 pepper. I clearly stated that I did not want fries. He still comes with fries and according to the gentleman I had not passed on correctly. They can cash, but they can't listen. Then he talks to his employee in an annoying tone and foreign language. Not a pleasant experience.

Potato slices are normally delicious and nice and crispy, but this time they were very limp and not well done and it looks like they have been fried, but otherwise the food is delicious

Yam Yam is my second and sometimes my first choice because it is open until 5:00 in the morning on weekends. The food is delicious and the price is right. There are a few vending machines available so you can get everything you want and how you want it.

Doesn't taste like anything, and it's way too expensive

After a fun evening of bowling we were hungry. We went to Yamyam and had a doner sandwich. After driving home the stomach complaints started. I was vomiting all night and unfortunately the next day too...The pain was unbearable! I will never go to Yamyam again, the meat has no quality and you almost die from food poisoning.

When you order food you get the cold meat was cold and the fries were also cold and limp not even crispy I do not recommend ordering or taking it away!!

Often eaten at YamYam, when the owner is there it is delicious and good. Also in terms of service. If the older man with glasses and a mustache is there, you get 0.0 service, very little döner and almost no sauce in your box. Very unfortunate, this is the case every time. This ensures that I only pick up when I see who is working from outside.

yam yam once guaranteed quality, now you have to place an order via an order pillar, the ayran is €2.90 and you get your food enriched by a very grumpy man. they don't even use the yaprak principle. never again, I'd rather eat a dead rat.

Good food, friendly people and the food is ready quite quickly. You don't just sit there and eat for fun. If they want people to sit there and eat, they could decorate the book a bit more cosy. But in the end the food is the most important thing and it is very good.

Yam yam used to be THE place to get a tasty bite. Unfortunately, they have not renewed anything, which means that the tables, the bench and the toilets have a condition of 15 years of service. The sofa is full of tears, the tables are sticky and full of scratches and cracks due to excessive use, the toilets are just barely falling apart and even the white of the doors has decayed. All in all, time for an innovation and more attention to the atmosphere.

Very well filled Lachmahun, definitely worth the price. I have ordered several times now and keep coming back.

Ate at YamYam for the first time today. I am very satisfied with the place. The sandwiches and durum are very well filled. I've never had a filled sandwich like this before. I will definitely come back again! 5 stars!

Fast, friendly service. Big portions, with a lot of meat. The food is delicious and the prices are very friendly. Up until now, wherever I ate kapsalon, the portion was either smaller or much more expensive. I can only recommend it. 🙂

Honestly one of the best doner places in Hengelo. The meat is so great and the potatoes are both soft and crispy, the yamyam box is the best. Edit. The Durums, the Kapsalon, all of it is a MUST to taste. I never tasted such well made and crafted donor. And it's all hand made to the dough

Wrap Durum Kalfsvlees de Lekkerste rij ik van Almelo graag naar Hengelo als er genoeg benzine in zit.haha .Helaas stijg de prijs wel 4.00 euro 2006 nu 8.00 eur 2023 dus genoodzaakt niet tevaak gaan haha🤣👍

De beste Durum van Hengelo, ook de perfecte locatie als je naar een café of bar gaat en kom je uit met veel honger, ze zijn ook redelijk snel met alle bestellingen

Je besteld wat en komt thuis met de helft. Dan bel je netjes op een dan weten hun precies, zaak was nokkie vol maar goed, dat dat ook was wat je betaald had. Voor mij niet weer

Goede service. Alleen wie bedenkt het om op een kapsalon aardappel te gooien ipv patat. Dit was een domper die ik nooit meer te boven ga komen. Heel mn avond in Hengelo verpest. Saus was daarentegen heerlijk. Volgende keer kapsalon met patat en ze krijgen 5 sterren.

Op 't eten niets aan te merken. 5 sterren als het interieur ook eens refresh/update krijgt. Systeem plafond met vlekken is gedateerd en niet appetijtelijk....

Als ballonteam gaan we hier graag heen na afloop van de ballonvaart voor overheerlijke broodjes.

Prima kapsalons en wraps. En altijd lekker, het zelf te kiezen gratis blikje drinken. Volgende keer eens met foto's op locatie.

Dinsdag is het fout gegaan met de bezorging, ik had een bepaalde tijd doorgegeven ivm mijn werk, ik moest echt weg en na een uur nog geen bezorging, ben uiteindelijk weggegaan want was al te laat op m'n werk, zonder eten dus gaan werken, mijn partner nam de bezorging aan na 1.5u vanaf de bestelling, en nog koud ook! Na wat telefoontjes heen en weer kregen we vandaag opnieuw de bestelling als compensatie, helaas waren ze ons weer vergeten maar na 1 telefoontje kwam ons eten gelukkig binnen en warm!!! Bedankt Yam Yam hopelijk leren jullie hier weer van ;-)

Eerste keer dat je er komt goed gevulde kip box des de vaker je komt des de minder vlees er in zit het is nu haast allen nog maar aardappelschijfjes volgens mij gaat dit net verkeerd om

Heel eerlijk nog nooit gegeten maar ik ga het binnenkort doen. Ondernemer is zeer vriendelijk en heeft respect voor mensen die buiten de boel weer schoonmaken en we krijgen soms wel eens wat te drinken van hun. Zo hoort het toch ? Helaas kom je dat zelfden tegen in Hengelo en deze ondernemer sprint er met nog een paar uit ! Bedankt Update 6 dagen later had ik mijn machine in de fik staan en deze ondernemer heeft mij geholpen te blussen en hij was er erg rap bij zeg. Sociaal betrokken en daar mogen andere ondernemers in Hengelo soms wel even naar kijken. Nu wel wat besteld en was goed en lekker.
