Pick-up was estimated at 15mins, waited 50. Food was good, generous portion size!

Why is wok so tasteless? So disappointed :( .. please do something about your sauces.

I recently ordered udon noodles, and they were cut to fit the container. Ridiculous, and then you pay so much...

I ordered food there for the first time. It's a bit pricey, but very tasty. I'm very picky about food and I'm 100% honest about what I like and don't like. I would definitely order food there again.

We've been waiting over two hours for our food! When we try to cancel it, they say it's on its way, and then we wait another 20 minutes!

I always eat here to get my protein. The fish they make here is really good, and I never have to wait long.

I always eat at Yasami, but they seem to be getting more expensive every day. I ordered something that normally costs 18 euros on average. Ordered food at the office at 9:30 PM with the message that it would be delivered within 30-60 minutes. Called at 10:35 pm to see where it was and the restaurant indicated it would be delivered within 15-20 minutes. After 11:30 PM I went home because I was done. Called more than 10 times and they no longer answer the phone.

My worst experience ever! They don't know hygiene! Commodities Act must definitely pass here, If you go to pick up, you will be in quite a draft because people open the back door and the front door (buy a better extraction). Worst place ever to order or eat. I order at 8 p.m. for 45 euros, but still no delivery person and no food until 10:30 p.m. I finally drove to the store myself after calling 20 times to a number that was not working, then I was told that they wanted money from the order because I didn't want it anymore, eventually after an unnecessary discussion, the chef pushed 35 euros into my hand. Really great! The food is super tasty, fresh and tasty. The portions are large and you get value for your money. Delivery is fast and everything arrives neatly packaged. The staff is also very friendly. I enjoy ordering here and am always satisfied. Definitely recommended!

Very bad experience. Ordered noodles with fish and shrimp. Paid 3.50EUR extra for shrimp and 3.00EUR for the fish. There was no fish OR shrimp in my food. Called up to make a complaint, was promised to be refunded for the missing items, and never received the money back. Steer clear from this place.

Been waiting for an hour and a half, the phone isn't answered, I assume they won't come anymore, I would never order from here on a man's life, I'm just being robbed, it's a real shame.

Didn't receive an email that the order had been placed, so we assumed it wasn't successful as no money had been debited. The order will be delivered anyway, without the delivery person asking for payment. We call politely to report that delivery has been made without payment. However, the staff immediately reacted unprofessionally and blamed us. We point out that their site is not working properly and that we are therefore calling to arrange payment. They react very unprofessional and rude. As a regular customer, never again!

Picked up Yasami wok today. The Yasami sauce is delicious. The sauce is not a standard sauce, which gives the wok a nice taste. I took the wok with uden noodles and chicken. To be repeated. Employee also top.

Wok are packages of ready-made noodles that fall apart. They add a sauce to this. Nothing special, but the main prize for questions...

I ordered to pick it up over the phone. it could be picked up in about 15/20 minutes. And indeed it was made and ready at the agreed time. Arrived at work with great joy, first treating myself to yassami wok and then starting work. Opened my container and saw that the wok was too red in color, which I was not used to from them. I took one bite once and it felt like I had a mouthful of lava. I immediately turned red and my eyes started to water. It turned out that the young man on the phone had not heard me properly and had ticked the box very forcefully. I angrily call the restaurant. They managed to calm me down and promised me a new bowl of wok. Owner was patient and willing to come up with solutions and managed to calm me down, which not everyone can achieve.

My brother and I placed an order last night via their own website, because it was still open according to the internet and also home delivery. Then order never received. The gentleman did not contact me this afternoon, so I made a call myself. Very unfriendly service. Acts like it's our fault when he should have been the one to contact us. Apparently he doesn't understand Dutch very well either, because he kept talking about 2 orders while we had ordered 1 order with 2 dishes. Continues to fuss, reacts in annoyance and does not come up with a solution on his own. Never order anything here, because if something goes wrong, it is apparently the customer's fault and you can solve it yourself. Big fat miss on this case. I'm sure this attitude won't last long.

Decent fried noodle portions and ingredients, all prepared fresh in front of you. Watch out if you ask for your sauce to be hot... because it's HOT! Good to know: all wok noodle dishes include onion/cabbage as a basic veggie. Dine-in doesn't offer much ambiance, also limited space and people coming in and out as its mainly take-out. No pork and no alcohol. No PIN/debit card options (in spite of it being advertised as an option). Cash or they offer you a quick mobile bank transfer via your banking app.

Hun wok heeft m'n verwachtingen echt overtroffen. Ondanks de drukte hebben ze mijn bestelling redelijk snel geleverd.

Yasami wok goeie wok lekker ook altijd genoeg saus nooit wat te klagen over hun heerlijke wok aardige personeel. Snacks ook goed niks te klagen. Voor mensen die wok willen uitproberen zeker een aanrader.

Yasami Wok in Oost is de allerlekkerste wok van Amsterdam. Goede portie met heerlijke verse grotenten erbij. Het is werkelijk genieten van elke hap. Alles is vers en schoon , vriendelijk personeel. Werd geholpen door een vriendelijk gentlemen bij de kassa.

De wok is de perfecte definitie van een 7.5 niet de beste maar verreweg van slechtste. Soms kan de saus wat weinig zijn. Zeg dan ook altijd "extra saus graag". De snacks zijn super lekker. Lekkerste nuggets die ik ooit heb gegeten. Dit zijn nuggets die smaken als hoe de McDonalds nuggets ruiken. Cheesenuggets zijn lekker creamy. Houd het dus niet alleen bij de wok maar probeer zeker ook de snacks zou ik zeggen.

Afgelopen tijd smaakt het eten erggggg goed! Ga zo door. Top. Oh ja maar niet duurder worden he anders ga ik mn eigen wok maken haha.
