Truly a gem. Cosy and comfortable with great food. Very tasty. Drinks are lovely as well. Nice place for some truly great Chinese food.

It's not as delicious as before, the mutton skewers are very poor. 🤥

It's average, the heat is low, the ingredients are insufficient and it's not charcoal grilled, it's very poor

I've eaten here twice. I like it very much. The barbecue tastes really good and the portion is huge. I love it.

Great hotpot and skewers in a bit of a different style than usual. The hot pot comes ready to go with everything that you ordered in it. The flavours were fantastic, some of the freshest Szechuan peppercorns and mala that I've had in a while! Plenty of offal and different ingredients like frog, if you're interested in those.... You don't need to believe me, but the pork intestine skewer was the best of the lot 🤤 It's a small place that's kinda hard to find, but definitely worth it! One guy serving and cooking makes it a little slow at times, but we had plenty of time. It was actually pretty chill and cosy. No pin. But cash or bank transfer okay 👍

The last time I had similar food that looks and taste like this was during one winter by the street cafe in Beijing. Authentic cuts of meat - fresh - complex taste - spicy (adjustable) What a great change from the normal Mala food all over town. Good service in an ambience that does not look at all Chinese restaurant. We over ordered and now have 2 extra meals at home!

非常出色的烧烤店，阿姆这家虽然店面不大，但是一样很有烟火气、食材新鲜分量足，一口下去吃得到肉串焦脆的外壳和内里鲜美的汁水, 素串吸饱了调味、清甜喷香。分量真的相当足，虽然是国内烧烤一样的菜单，但不建议根据国内的常规分量来点（建议参考淄博烧烤）。烤羊肉串有烤得滋滋作响、入口即化的羊油，是烤串灵魂没错了；烤韭菜这种虽然单价贵，但韭菜帮忙切成小段、锡纸烤的一份就够两个人吃，吃得出来的甜嫩，下酒非常惬意；烤生蚝单价贵，但本身肉质鲜脆肥美，个头是很大的，蒜蓉调得香，让生蚝本味的鲜可以吃出来。 另外这家店的火锅更像是麻辣烫，只是一锅连汤带水沸腾着端上来之后会给你继续点个小火加热，点好的菜色都是提前一锅里面煮进，连锅子掇上桌就可以开吃。南方人亲测辣锅还是有点辣度的，建议老板可以开个蘸料碟的选项，不然没有油碟可能一些朋友吃不下。黑毛肚和千层肚都很脆，当然比不上专业火锅店的大张厚片脆到弹牙，但这个价格这个质量、来低成本解个馋是绝对足够了。黄喉用的应该是牛黄喉（没有猪黄喉那么嫩），但比自己中超买的品质好，没有特别想吃的话可以多点一份毛肚、更省牙一些。馋牛蛙的话这个锅子真的必点，一份牛蛙分量足、肉嫩、入味，连汤带肉一唆就下来简直完美（真的只为了这个牛蛙就还会当回头客）。虽然其他中餐馆像福禄这种对牛蛙调味精细、鲜辣透香，但价格分量一看，这家绝对是对学生友好太多。而且在鸭血自己难以买到、买到也很贵的情况下，这家的鸭血真的四舍五入完全不亏，吃完还不用自己洗锅。 另外的凉菜只点了皮蛋豆腐。非常好吃，非常解辣，是豆腐那个细腻清香的味道，调的料汁非常绝，好吃到后来火锅的菜都是蘸这个吃完的。店内调制的饮料都不错，分量也足，这个百香果有一点酸酸甜甜，个人感觉还是另外一个长杯子的暴打柠檬茶解腻、因为那个有气泡（果然气泡饮料就是夏天最佳啊）。 店里面人不多，但是因为店小人多的话最好还是预订。老板真的非常非常客气～带着社恐的队友去干饭完全没有压力。唯一的缺点可能是这个地理位置……但架不住它真的好吃啊。 A friendly Chinese place to walk in if you want Chinese BBQ one day. All meat is seasoned well and roasted perfectly, just as how such skewers are done as street food in China. The quality and amount match the price. Staff are friendly. A nice cosy place in general. Could ask your Chinese friends to bring you if you haven't tried Chinese BBQ before~ Especially for the entrails that are rarely eaten here.

We stumbled on this place for a little date night after the thunder storm! It was absolutely amazing. Anyone who has been in Asia for a humid day… rolling thunderstorm, will appreciate the experience of a hot pot and Tsingtao beer! We ordered a spicy hotpot and pork belly and chicken skewers. Let me say, they’re not f*king around with the spice! We got medium spicy and it was HOT! ( and we loved it 🔥) So happy to find this little treasure. Would recommend for those craving an awesome foodie experience.

Good taste of grilled food! Went for several times!

food is very tasty. The owner and one female server were very nice and attentive. However, the one other female server who looked a bit younger was really quite rude to us for no apparent reason, she acted like she did not want to be working there at all. Not to mention she was vaping behind the counter. It’s a pity because the food was really nice but the experience could have been much better.

Food was great, haven’t had good Chinese style 烧烤 skewers for a long time, I don’t recommend hotpot here tho. Quite chill environment sat there with some friends to hang out and talk. Would visit again.

首先烤串并不是烤的，而是油炸的。其次也是评论里面大家都反映过的太咸味道重。烤饼是超市里的pita饼，并不是国内那种油酥烧饼，又小又硬又咸。烤茄子好像不是很熟的样子。皮蛋豆腐味道还不错。最后总体感觉就是咸，量小，价格贵。

肉类有点咸，蔬菜比较淡，总体来说味道还可以！玉米超好吃！是甜甜的并且多汁的玉米！

工作人员很友善，环境干净。晚上去的店里面好冷，完全没有感受到烧烤火锅的热情。菜量不大，味道重油重盐，感觉什么都有了但没有很香～ 吃完感觉喝了好多油进肚，尤其是牛蹄筋儿..

Authentic Chinese BBQ. It's street food from China. If you want to have a relaxed meal with friends, this will be a nice experience.

Van alle restaurants waar ik lams-spiesjes heb gegeten,vond ik deze het lekkerst,ze waren goed gekruid! De Beef Noodlesoep was ook lekker,jammer dat ze geen kommetje rijst verkopen. De serveerster(met bril) was ook heel vriendelijk!

Finally a place with Chinese bbq in Amsterdam. A bit oily but overall good. People are very nice there also.

羊肉串烤虾烤平菇烤茄子和韭菜可以。鸡胗肥肠略咸。鸡翅略淡。鸡爪猪蹄有点硬。其他无功无过。

3.5 stars ⭐️ in total. It’s worth to try there. We went there because of a friend’s recommendation. 1 star ⭐️ is definitely rewarded to the Chef! I like the taste. Usually this kind of skews could become quite salty or over seasoned, and in this restaurant, probably because of the taste of the chef, the skews are not salty but tasty. 1 star ⭐️ is given to the owner, who is kind and responding to the message quite quick. 0.5 star ⭐️ is for the location. It’s not hard to get there by public transportation (parking is such a mission in Amsterdam). 1 star ⭐️ is for the atmosphere. We walked into the restaurant, it reminded me when I was with my friends in Beijing (簋街).
