Disappointing customer service and communication After calling three times, the phone was finally answered to ask where my order was. The order was supposed to be delivered at 12:15, but I didn't get someone on the phone until 1:30 PM. Then I was told the order had been cancelled. I had not received a message about this and the status of my order was still set to 'will be delivered shortly'. I am very curious whether this will end well and whether I will get my money back. What I especially regret is that no initiative was taken on their part to call me and let me know that the order had been canceled. This has caused a lot of unnecessary frustration and uncertainty. This experience has greatly reduced my confidence in their service. Good communication and proactive customer service are essential, and unfortunately this was hard to find.

I prefer not to write negative reviews, but I would like to warn future customers about what they should absolutely never order here. I ordered from this restaurant twice. The first time I had the ZC special anda shami kebab sandwich, basically just a weak, dirty burger. My expectations of a traditional Indian burger, where you think; an authentic sandwich with lots of herbs and flavor! Was very disappointed. The burger itself had even less flavor than the McDonald's. I can only describe the texture as: crazy. Fries, on the other hand, were fine. One year later and I thought, let's give our dear Zari another chance. This time I ordered 2 Oreo milkshakes and the fries again! Apparently the milkshake was a little more literal than my girlfriend and I thought. It was cold flavored milk, probably shaken, with oreo bits at the bottom. Fries were again fine. Not only was my expectation disappointed this time, so was my girlfriend's. She called Zari to say that the milkshakes might have been thawed. According to them, this was not the case and it should be so. Our tip was; just call it milk, not a milkshake. In addition, the 10 euros we threw away was "not a lot of money" according to Zari. The 3 included photos serve as evidence for this serious accusation. With my lovely girlfriend blowing bubbles in the milk. A photo is what the milkshake should have looked like. In conclusion, never order a burger or milkshake here. Fancy fries? The Turkish ones are much tastier. Enjoy your meal!

Whenever I feel like having a hamburger, this is usually my go-to restaurant for delivery. They asked me for a review, so here it is! Every time I order here, the (beef) hamburger is incredibly tasty and the fries have the perfect salt content and are well done. I don't know of a restaurant at the moment that makes better burgers. American chicken legs are also an absolute delicacy. Unfortunately I can't recommend their milkshakes. It doesn't taste good and the plastic cup is very fragile and leaked when I ordered it. In other words, if you love burgers and chicken, Zari is highly recommended. Unfortunately, there apparently are a few items that don't maintain these high quality standards, so personal rating is highly dependent on the type of food you get there. In my case an excellent 4/5!

Chicken Biryani was delicious. I was order only biryani but surprisely they delivery with free coke 330ml.
