His food is tasty, but if ordered via home delivery Thunderbuns Smash Burgers takes 2 hours and that is the 4th time, each time with a different reason that I don't believe, that is also my last time.

The place offers takeaway only, and the food is excellent. Ordering online was seamless, and I waited less than a minute to collect my food. The owners and staff are among the friendliest people I’ve met—genuinely welcoming and hospitable. This is the only place I’ve come across that serves proper deep-fried chicken (100 times better than KFC), and it was outstanding. Their special sauce is a must-try and should not be missed. I will definitely be ordering again.

We placed orders of €25 and €15 each at Zari's Cafe. Home delivery didn't have a minimum order, so we could just order. After waiting an hour, the order was canceled. We called, and then they suddenly said they couldn't deliver to the beach where we were. We'd already called and asked if it was possible, and they agreed. The end result: no food, no refund, and just a couple of Turks who laughed at us.

Super good service, the chicken is delicious. The burgers are also really great. Highly recommended!!

We always order the buckets, delicious tender meat. The Zc sauce is especially delicious.

Disappointing customer service and communication After three calls, someone finally answered the phone to ask where my order was. It was supposed to be delivered at 12:15, but I didn't get through to someone until 1:30 PM. Then I was told the order had been canceled. I hadn't received any notification, and the order status was still listed as "will be delivered shortly." I'm very curious to see if this will work out and if I'll get my money back. What I find particularly disappointing is that they took absolutely no initiative to call me and let me know the order had been canceled. This caused a lot of unnecessary frustration and uncertainty. This experience has significantly diminished my confidence in their service. Good communication and proactive customer service are essential, and unfortunately, these were lacking.

I prefer not to write negative reviews, but I do want to warn future customers about what they should absolutely never order here. I've ordered from this restaurant twice. The first time, I had the ZC special anda shami kebab sandwich, which was basically just a limp, disgusting burger. My expectations for a traditional Indian burger—an authentic bun with tons of spices and flavor!—were severely disappointed. The burger itself had even less flavor than McDonald's. The texture is the only thing I can describe as: bland. The fries, on the other hand, were fine. A year later, and I thought, let's give our dear Zari another chance. This time, I ordered two Oreo milkshakes, and the fries again! The milkshake was apparently a bit more literal than my girlfriend and I anticipated. It was cold, flavored milk, probably shaken, with Oreo bits on the bottom. The fries were fine again. Not only was my expectation disappointed this time, but so were my girlfriend's. She called Zari to say the milkshakes might have thawed. They said they hadn't, and that's how it should be. Our advice was to just call it milk, not a milkshake. Furthermore, the €10 we wasted on this was "not a lot of money," according to Zari. The three photos provided serve as evidence for this serious accusation. One is of my lovely friend blowing bubbles in the milk. One is of what the milkshake should have looked like. In closing, never order a burger or milkshake here. Fancy fries? The Turkish ones are much better. Enjoy your meal!

When I'm craving a burger, this is usually my go-to restaurant for delivery. They asked me for a review, so here it is! Every time I order from here, the (beef) burger is incredibly delicious, and the fries have the perfect amount of salt and are cooked thoroughly. I don't know of any restaurant that makes better burgers. Also, the American chicken legs are an absolute delicacy. Unfortunately, I can't recommend their milkshakes. They don't taste good, and the plastic cup is very fragile and leaked when I ordered it. In other words, if you love burgers and chicken, Zari is highly recommended. Unfortunately, there are apparently a few items that don't maintain these high quality standards, so the personal rating depends heavily on the type of food you get there. In my case, a solid 4/5!

Chicken Biryani was delicious. I was order only biryani but surprisely they delivery with free coke 330ml.
