Friendly, delicious, and reliable at a reasonable price! We ordered and had our wedding cake delivered here. The cake was absolutely delicious, and the guests were very impressed. We were very disappointed when we didn't have doggie bags for the rest of the cake. Thank you so much! I would get married again just for the cake alone.

For several years now, we've been ordering our son's birthday cake from Zoet: a dinosaur-themed number cake. While it was a beautiful pastel color on his fourth birthday, Zoet has adapted it over the years by using bolder colors and matching decorations. A celebration every year. And when I turned 50, I ordered the cupcakes as a treat at work. A resounding success!

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at Bakkerij Zoet. My order wasn't filled correctly, and when I politely addressed this via email, I received no apology, just an unprofessional, sarcastic response from the owner, without any apology. The text on my cake wasn't correct; the owner didn't understand cursive, so I received large fondant letters instead of delicately piped cursive. The letters were also crooked, and the piped edges were sloppy. Initially, the owner said nothing could be done about the cake, but in her second email, she suddenly said it could be done. Incidentally, her second email was very sarcastic and rude, so I won't be returning. I've been very forgiving, but customer service and friendliness don't seem to be a priority here. I'm very disappointed and absolutely do not recommend this bakery.

A very, very, very bad cake. We are incredibly disappointed with our cake. The cake was hard and dry on the inside. It was expensive, so you expect some quality. This was definitely not the case. The taste was extremely disappointing, and the inside was hard and disgusting. Never again for us.

At Zoet! 🧁I ended up here after my order at another pastry shop was canceled last minute. Easily sent a WhatsApp via the site and explained the situation…. A message back from Shana in no time, who made a great cake within a limited period of time. I submitted my wishes via WhatsApp and gave free rein to my creativity. The cake was ready on the agreed day and time and to my surprise I found myself in a huge professional bakery! The owner said that she recently took over the business. Cheers! What a cool place! 🤩 On my daughter's birthday I placed the cake and it put a huge smile on my daughter's face! Then the cake was already a success for us. We are very satisfied and so are the 20 people visiting us! Recommended 🎉 Thanks again🙏🏻

I was looking for a nice giveaway for my husband's birthday party and I came across ZoetHoorn. Sandra was incredibly helpful and came up with a fantastic idea. She designed a logo and decorated the cookies with it. The cookies were then packed one by one and sent to me by post. Our guests loved them. Sandra is creative, thinks along and delivers quickly. Recommended

Cupcakes were dry and frosting had a special taste, a bit fishy? Not at all as expected. Final design also did not match the order. Only to be completely ignored when you say something about this. Very disappointing, not recommended.

I have never left a bad review before, but this service is really bizarrely bad. After careful consultation several times, I finally got something completely different than we agreed on (really something completely different). I then contacted Sandra and fortunately I received an apology, but she cannot link all apps to the orders (even though I sent a screenshot of my order and also included a clear description in the description when ordering online). .But apart from that, isn't that her job?). I was also told that it would have been my own fault, because I should have provided the order number instead of a screenshot with the details about the order, because then everything would have supposedly turned out fine? (She never said it either, it doesn't say that anywhere) After a lot of texting, I would only get my money back if I returned the cupcakes because she could still resell them (???). But I had already mentioned that I live too far away and therefore this would not be feasible (I had not picked up the cupcakes myself, which is why I only found out at home). After sending a message asking what I thought of the service, I never received a response again. Long story short, worst service ever.

Ordered 2 birthday cakes here, super nice, looked super nice and in the color I wanted. Unfortunately the problem was that the cake was extremely dry and the layer around it was so extremely thick that it was unedible. I sent a message to the company, who first replied very politely and asked for my details. After giving me my details, she indicated that she made the cake herself and that it should be 'dry'. After I indicated that I might want to return the remaining cake and the other one was already in the bin, I received no response at all. Ordered 70 euros worth of cake, which has now all been thrown away, no solution has been offered, nothing has been offered. It didn't even have to be a refund, but there wasn't even a simple apology. I don't recommend this case.

We ordered a smash cake here, in consultation with the owner I asked if it could be done in a theme. (example of the cake sent) This was possible, but they could not make the bumba hat. Then I asked, can you do it for more money? And that was possible. But when I picked it up, I was unfortunately surprised to see that the bumba hat was missing something. I pointed this out to her and she indicated that she does not have a star shape. It's a shame that she didn't mention this earlier but wants extra compensation for it. The service could be better, difficult to reach. The rest of the cake looked fine.

Unfortunately, our wedding cake was nothing to look at! We had so much frustration and stress trying to finally get it presentable (by another company). We had no further contact with the maker after delivery, which we really don't like. While before she discussed everything with us and responded immediately or the day after. This is not possible on the most beautiful day of your life! The taste was delicious, fortunately. A waste of our money and the stress we had after delivery. And extra costs to have it refurbished elsewhere.

Picked up the cake this morning, and it was so beautiful!!! The entire process, from ordering to collection, runs very smoothly and the communication is great. If I ever need a cake again, this is my go to place!

Voorafgaande aan het laten maken van onze bruidstaart hebben we een proeverij gedaan. Sandra voorzag ons van een hele hoop cake om te proeven, goed advies en dacht met ons mee over het ontwerp van onze taart en uitsteker. Wij waren op onze trouwdag onwijs blij met het eind resultaat. De taart was heerlijk en prachtig, voor een vriendelijke prijs. Zeker aan te raden!

Wat een onwijze topper is Sandra. We hebben in korte tijd een kinderfotoshoot, verjaardags cupcakes en relatiegeschenken laten maken. Haar gebak is een lust voor het oog en een feestje in je mond. De fotoshoot was er een om nooit te vergeten! Echt een aanrader -xxx-

Voor onze bruiloft cupcakes besteld voor in de goodiebags en ze waren precies zoals we wilde, zo mooi en iedereen vond ze heerlijk! Wij vonden ze zo lekker dat we voor de kerst ook nog cupcakes besteld hebben!

Super taarten! Mooi en ontzettend lekker, ook als je over houd en even in de vriezer hebt gehad blijft de taart heerlijk!
