We had a delicious meal here in a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant is open late, which is very convenient since most kitchens in Zaandam close around 9 p.m. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Super delicious food and not expensive! A very sweet host. The only downside was the cold coming from the front door, but there's not much you can do about that :)

I picked up the pizza myself, but by the time I got home it was in this condition. All the toppings had slid to one side, the cheese and chicken were completely messed up, and it looked very unappetizing. This shows poor packaging and handling. For the price paid, this quality is very disappointing.

We ate at Zoras tonight. We chose it based on positive reviews, and they were absolutely right. We received a very friendly and hospitable welcome (from Dave) and the food was delicious (prepared by Dave's father). Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back! Bob

We placed an order through Thuisbezorgd at 4:00 PM. We wanted it at 5:30 PM. We called at 5:40 and 5:50 PM and were told it would arrive shortly. We called at 6:20 PM and were told there was a miscommunication but it could arrive any time. It hadn't arrived by 6:30 PM. Worst service ever. It finally arrived around 6:45 PM. Cold and broken. The employee we spoke to on the phone was also shocked and said we would receive compensation. Then he saw we had posted reviews and called back later to say we had to remove them first. We would do this after receiving the compensation and would be called back the next day. It's now almost two weeks later and we haven't heard anything. I would recommend not ordering from here. I've included photos of what the food looked like when it arrived, over an hour and fifteen minutes late and many (angry) phone calls later.

The restaurant is very clean and their food is delicious. It has a special flavor that will make you want to come back again. We got pasta and added mushrooms, and the taste was perfect. The shrimp was delicious, and for the pizza, we got vegetables with extra mushrooms. Their food was so good that we came twice! 👌🏼👌🏼 And their staff are so kind and welcoming; you'll want to come back more often! 👍🏽

We had a delicious meal here before going to the Zaantheater. We received a very friendly and polite welcome upon arrival. We told them we had to leave by 7:30 PM, and they accommodated us. The food was truly delicious! The chef even came by for a chat and asked how everything was going. Very friendly staff and a lovely restaurant with great music in the background (Eros Ramazzotti). Definitely recommended, and we'll definitely go back when we're in the area again!

An unexpected surprise: tender meat, fresh vegetables. Nicely seasoned. The bruschetta was a great success. Delicious pastries from Holtkamp. And above all: enthusiastic, friendly, warm, and professional service (six stars)! The fries were a bit pale, one pastry was a bit cold, but overall, a very successful meal.

Disappointing and unacceptable experience with Zoras Steakhouse. Last Saturday, I had a reservation for 6:30 PM, which I even arrived five minutes early for. To my surprise, however, all the tables were occupied and there was no room, despite my reservation. Even more disturbing was the complete lack of willingness to cooperate—even pushing two tables together was "impossible." Meanwhile, there were guests who had just received their pizza and were therefore far from finished, making waiting impossible. A reservation is an agreement, and I expected it to be honored. This was not only disappointing but also unprofessional. If a restaurant accepts reservations, there should be a guaranteed table available. I urge you to take this seriously and review your reservation policy. I will definitely share my experience with others, because this was no way to treat guests. Less kind regards, R.P.

I was disappointed. One of the worst restaurants I've ever visited. We had to wait forever for the very unfriendly waitress to take our order. We were given the wrong wine, and the food was delivered with a delay, which, to make matters worse, didn't match the menu. Music was played from YouTube with constant commercial breaks. Empty plates were left and only cleared after we left the restaurant. The waitress refused to come to the table to take further orders, which meant we had to shout across the entire restaurant. There was no card reader, and we had to pay using the waitress's phone, which seemed very dubious to us. The food tasted less than outstanding either. We ordered a bruschetta as a starter, two main courses, and two drinks, and were surprised to top it off with a bill of €70. Never again!!! The wait was long. They even missed one portion of pasta. The pasta sauce was mediocre, and the shrimp were chewy, soaked in water. I couldn't understand why I had to wait half an hour. The waitress had a terrible attitude and was very dismissive when answering questions. I will definitely not be back.

I was here for the first time yesterday. The pizza is delicious, and if you're not in the mood for pizza, you'll also find a large selection of pasta dishes here. The staff is enthusiastic and quick. I've waited less than five minutes for every beer I ordered—that's how it should be. All in all, a solid place for hungry and/or thirsty people in Zaandam!

I had a wonderful lunch at Zoras Grillrestaurant in Zaandam. The steak was absolutely delicious, cooked with real care and passion, and the pasta was just as impressive. What made the experience even better was the warm hospitality from Adel and his son, who made us feel truly welcome. This place is full of flavor and kindness, and I highly recommend visiting if you want to enjoy authentic food with a personal touch.

It was delicious i had the pepperoni pizza and it was made by love.

It looks good but it's really just plain old nothing. The service isn't good, the dishes are very small and not cheap at all.
