I've ordered food here before, and it's always delicious. This time, I thought I'd order a layer cake. For €2.75 each. I have to say, I find it a shamefully small piece. I'm used to something different from other Asian stores.

Good restaurant and friendly staff. I especially like the KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) and the chef's tacos. It's a shame they're closing on August 31, 2024. So if you're looking to take over a restaurant with a great concept and a good menu...

A village restaurant with a beautiful, authentic atmosphere and friendly staff. Unfortunately, it wasn't as positive as many others about the food. I had a vegetarian three-course meal when we came to dinner with a large group. It was very disappointing, unfortunately. The non-vegetarians thankfully enjoyed their food, but the few vegetarians really struggled to scoop the crunchy leek mush out of the avocado and ate the wrap with the equally unappetizing (ready-made?) filling. Such a shame, because it's apparently perfectly fine for meat-eaters, and the atmosphere is nice and cozy, but it was truly disappointing. We can't comment on that because we were invited, so we were, of course, polite and courteous so as not to offend the hosts. COOK'S TIP: There are so many good vegetarian cookbooks these days. If we can prepare fantastic vegetarian dishes at home with the help of Ottolenghi or Veggilaine (and the many other high-quality vegetarian cookbooks available), we should definitely be able to do it as a professional. With a little more interest and passion, the chef can certainly do more than what we now taste with these shoddy dishes from times gone by.

The six of us dined there tonight. Bistro appetizer platter, a real gem, special beers, red wine, main courses, rosefish, sea bass, venison steak, vegetarian lasagna, dessert, tiramisu, bistro coffee, chocolate truffles, chocolate trio, cortado, and a flat white. It was all very tasty; we thoroughly enjoyed it.
