Good food, but occasionally there is no one behind the counter?

Very special bowls, but extremely tasty and delivered with great care and service. I called again to make sure everything had gone through and I was greeted very friendly. The review below with 1 star without explanation...I don't understand it.

The staff is friendly, and the food tastes good. It's just a shame that the food is cold when it's delivered. The price-quality ratio isn't right.

They suddenly stopped delivering.

Babi Pangang. The meat was good, but the sickly sweet sauce ruined everything. Also the Foe Yong Hay. Chicken was good, but unfortunately that same filthy, sickly sweet, light brown sauce again. A disaster. The meat and chicken were thrown in the trash due to the sauce soaking wet...... It was inedible. In the noodles, I found 3 pieces of ham and 5 strips of leek in the 2 compartments, nothing more. Bald mess. I will never get Chinese food there again.
