Great place! Delicious pancakes and a very good eggs Norwegian. They now know my coffee order when I sit down, magical people. That feeling of a second living room is right.

Noisy parents and many parents with small children running around.

Today I had a disappointing experience at 30ML Zeist. My girlfriend and I come here often — we always order properly, have a drink, and often also have something to eat. Today we ordered two cappuccinos and I opened my laptop during my break to study a bit, as I often do. Then I was told that it is not allowed to sit with a laptop on this side of the store, and that there are separate places where it is allowed. In itself fine if you have such rules, but then make that clear or communicate it kindly. Now it felt anything but hospitable, while we are just normal customers who always consume properly. I understand that as a catering company you want to prevent people from occupying a table for hours with only one drink. But that was absolutely not the case here. We always order more, and if it were busy or we were done, we would have sat down on a bench outside out of politeness — after all, it is 24 degrees today. What bothered me most was the tone: it did not feel hospitable. In the end, I cancelled my order and went somewhere else, where I was welcome with my laptop and where the rules are clear and reasonable: you can work quietly as long as you keep ordering something when it's busy. Update: After also sending an email with my experience and receiving a response, I would like to add the following: In my email I wrote, among other things: "What I found particularly annoying was the way this was communicated. It felt unfriendly and uncomfortable, as if I was doing something wrong, while I was just calmly waiting for my order. It made me feel unwelcome." In her response, she indicated that it was not her intention to come across as inhospitable. I appreciate that in itself, but to me it did not feel like an acknowledgement that the communication could have been better or that the situation was unpleasant for me. It sounded more like: "that was not my intention, so it may depend on how you interpreted it." I also noticed: The 1-star review was mentioned directly in the first response. I was asked several times to edit the review. There was no real acknowledgement of my experience or how it came across to me. The communication felt more focused on restoring my reputation than on understanding me as a customer. That confirmed for me the feeling I described earlier: I did not feel welcome

I've worked here before and had coffee with my girlfriend. The coffee is always good and there is a relaxed atmosphere. It is often quiet

Delicious lunch, friendly person. Pancakes were filling, dense and not too sweet. Matcha strawberry was of good quality, sweet and there were milk alternatives. Really nice seat

A very cool, spacious place with a very pleasant area to sit and eat for a long time alone or with friends, the food very original and healthy. I definitely recommend the place.

It's crazy how long it takes to get your coffee! Just 1 simple coffee..! After 19 minutes I went to the bar to pick it up, and then they still had to start working on it. Sad... coffee is nice, but yes, that is also allowed after 22 minutes!!!

Went here last week for a drink with a friend. I ordered the mint tea and when I received the drink I saw that there were small animals in the tea (I always pay attention because mint is not always washed beforehand) Reported it to the waitress and I would get a new mint tea. I had asked if the coin could now be washed properly. The next mint tea I got also had some bugs in it. When I pointed this out, the response was somewhat irritated. I only ordered ginger tea, when I was served it, it was not thrown on the table. The waitress didn't look friendly. I thought it was a disappointing situation.

We like to come here for the delicious coffee. The "all day breakfast" is a good move, so you can go here for an egg, sandwich or pancakes (deluxe). It is nicely decorated, with lots of greenery and the atmosphere is just good. What we have noticed is that everything seems to be taking longer and longer. It takes a while before you are noticed to order, and then getting your order also takes quite a while. If you still want something afterwards, it is faster to walk to the counter yourself and the staff will only clear the table when they see that nothing else fits. This was very different in the beginning, and that's quite a shame. Furthermore, a really great coffee shop where you can go, but you should definitely not be in a hurry.

This afternoon we had lunch with a friend at 30ML in Zeist. I know 30ML in Utrecht and Amersfoort, but this branch surprised me very positively! It is spacious, nice lighting, friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. The coffee is always good and the lunch was delicious! It turns out they also have a wheelchair-accessible toilet, this was not indicated but they do have it. As a wheelchair user, this is very nice and other catering establishments can follow this example. In short, only positives! I would love to come back here someday.

Ate pancakes deluxe. Very dry and together with the garnish it still tastes like batter. Club sandwich was tasty, but you expect a bit more in terms of toppings. The interior is very cozy.

Nice place to have lunch with friends or to work. There is plenty of space and light and the lunch - for me the BLT - was delicious. Lots of bacon and lots of avocado. We received pleasant help and it was nice that the owners are a father and daughter. At most they could make some small corners to close you off from the open spaces, but that is a side note. Oh yes…good coffee too!

Cozy atmosphere, the best coffee and delicious lunch. I like to come there both for business and private purposes. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Serves pork in a sandwich and I can clearly be seen through a Muslim headscarf and have clearly indicated that I want a sandwich with ONLY cheese WITHOUT bacon. no compensation offered, no sincere apology.

They made a mistake in our drinks, okay, it can happen. But then you also make a BIG mistake with the sandwich. It is explicitly stated that there should be NO bacon and that the sandwich must therefore only consist of cheese. We assumed that they were doing their job well and the children ate the sandwich and we only discovered at the end that it contained bacon, which was scandalous! This is no small mistake! Received no compensation, just a lame excuse.

The iced latte here is excellent.

Friendly people, but it doesn't really live up to expectations. Normally the coffee at 30ML is perfectly made at other locations, I think that should also be the standard considering you pay 4.95 for a latte macchiato. A price that is on the high side even by Amsterdam standards. The coffee was ok, but certainly not perfect. The rather small piece of cake of the same price was disappointing. While there are so many good suppliers of cake, etc., in the area. (E.g. the Veldkeuken, tip!). I admit, for Zeist this is better coffee than anything else available. But then I prefer to go to Driebergen, Doorn, or Utrecht on my day off for coffee and something tasty.

I had to wait 30 minutes to be helped even though the place was quiet. People who came in later than me were helped earlier. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Instead of a flat white I got a large cappuccino and when I made a comment about this I was made to say that I had no idea about it. (I've been a barista myself, but okay). Coffee was also very sour and the milk burnt. Also the trainwreck sandwich, a sandwich for €13. It was mainly topped with cheese. The other ingredients were missing or there was only 1 piece of it. A waste of my money.

Delicious coffee and snacks (5 stars). Highly recommended for breakfast is the Croissant Deluxe. And for lunch the Club Sandwich and Poached Eggs Norwegian.

Very nice place, food was delicious, but service... friendly, but it takes quite a long time and on the second morning we were waiting for half an hour and no contact had been made yet, so we left. Too bad because the food and drinks were delicious.

It's a nice place, but the last few times no one came to me and I always had to ask if I could order something. So it took a very long time. And unfortunately laptops are no longer allowed. Loved coming there to have lunch and write.

Nice place with a tasty menu. Nice place where you can sit comfortably and look outside. Recommended for a tasty breakfast or lunch, but also just for a cup of coffee to taste. The average price of a dish is around 13.95. Staff friendly.

Nice place, friendly staff, but they didn't come to me after a while. After half an hour I asked if I could have something else, but we were very friendly. Whipped cream was tasty, not buttery, but not really fake either. Very expensive, 3 of us and 6 of us drank chocolate milk, €28, that's around 4.6 euros per chocolate milk😱

2 stars because of the delicious croissant deluxe. The pancakes deluxe were undercooked. Received new ones for this but they were also not completely cooked. And to top it all off, you can pay 38.60 for this with 2 coffees and 2 orange juice. Waste of money.

30ml in Zeist is really worth a visit.Their v60 pour-over coffee is like a warm hug in a mug, and the flapjacks? Simply out of this world! But my personal favorite has to be the Goat's cheese burrito - it's a flavor festival in every bite. The atmosphere at 30ml is cozy and welcoming, and the staff? Always friendly and ready to serve. If you find yourself in Zeist, don't miss out on this charming cafe. It's a delightful spot to unwind and savor some seriously delicious treats!

Great opportunity for lunch, very extensive menu. Service was very friendly. Eating outside was also possible, but the wind was too strong. Prices were reasonable and the sandwich was perfect.

We come here almost every week but one thing really stands out. The old gentleman and the staff members in the kitchen, their behavior towards the ladies in the service is really not okay. Even when you work on the grill / griddle, you just have to wear a chef's jacket. Now the ladies behind the grill in a T-shirt is very dangerous. According to the Quality and safety guidelines, this is not allowed at all. If you look into the open kitchen you will see that more HACCP conditions are not met. The ladies who serve work hard, are friendly and ensure that you are not short of anything. Then the hostesses are what you will come back for. The kitchen is certainly not.
