A-Fusion Sushi in Houthavens

Some of the best sushi we've ever eaten! A definite recommendation! We had many different types of sushi, and every single one was incredibly delicious. We also had the noodles. They're simply incomparable to the noodles you usually get on the street. We've never had such delicious noodles. We would visit the restaurant again just for the noodles. Of course, you have to keep in mind that this comes at a price. You should expect to pay at least €40 per person. Unfortunately, the restaurant is very dimly lit, which is why we and many other guests had to use our flashlights to read the menus. All in all, truly excellent and well worth a visit. Making a reservation is recommended.

We were absolutely thrilled with our visit to A-Fusion. The selection of dishes is huge – from the finest sushi and dim sum to delicious wok creations, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. We especially loved the Japanese lamb chops, some of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is lively and modern, and the open kitchen lets you see the passion with which the food is prepared. The service was also incredibly friendly and attentive, despite the restaurant being packed. A true highlight in Amsterdam for anyone who loves Asian cuisine. We'll definitely be back and are already looking forward to our next visit!

What a spectacular place! Sushi, nigiri, maki, gyoza, and their own creations—a fantastic fusion. The best sushi option in Amsterdam. The Guide's mentions are well-deserved, and I highly recommend it. The service is good and efficient.

The food is really good, made with quality ingredients. I ordered all the vegan food, but the place really leaves a lot to be desired. It's a long corridor with simple tables and an open door that lets in a cold breeze. In short, it's not a Michelin-starred place...

A surprising Asian fusion restaurant in Amsterdam's Chinatown. Included in the Michelin Guide for several years, it offers top-quality food. One of the best Asian restaurants I've had the opportunity to eat at. Absolutely delicious noodles and rice. The crispy rolls are spectacular. The service, as in all of Amsterdam, is unprofessional and efficient, but it's a pleasure to eat. Definitely a return visit.

Salmon tartare - Not enough dressing Japanese kani salad - the mayo dressing taste weird. Like mixed with cough medicine. Salmon gin- The sauce is really good. The salmon was complicated... Curry, sweet... Vietnamese spring roll - very crunchy, the sauce is delicious with bit of sweet and spicy. Mama Wong dumpling - Slightly spicy, typical dumpling but I think they added a spicy sweet soy sauce. Special California roll - Good. It's California roll. Dynamo roll - very creatively done with crispy thin noodle on top. Nice flavor. Tom yum Chicken stick - Very creative. Love the Tom yum saucer but the curry chicken inside the stick was quite delicious already. Scallops - good garlic flavor but on a bit salty side. Teriyaki chicken - Singapore prawns -

I live in Iceland, and we have very fresh fish, but this sushi was on another level. Rock-and-roll order it. Bomb flavor so good. 7 stars if I could rate it

The place is bland, maybe it's asceticism or maybe it's just a lack of ideas. Efficient service but no contact. Food for 4. I've had better Peking duck. Indonesian beef is great. I recommend it for a business meal, but not for a "romantic evening".

Very nice restaurant to do, however remember to book otherwise you will end up like us eating at the bar in the middle of the passage. Everything was really good, but still expensive. The place is a little noisy (but when there isn't a huge table of 12 maybe it's quieter.

Als vegetariër kun je hier echt genieten! Ben bij meerdere filialen geweest. Sushi ziet er prachtig uit en is gevarieerd. Je wordt super vriendelijk geholpen en krijgt vaak iets extra’s er bij. Als er wat ontbreekt wordt het direct nagebracht, uiteraard met een klein extraatje :-) Enige minpuntje: prijs is aan de hoge kant.

A Fusion quality as usual. Nice to have a A Fusion in Houthaven now. After visiting the Volendam restaurant frequently can't wait to see more A Fusion's. Prehaps Groningen next place to open one? I will be a weekly guest for sure.

We thought 49 euros for 20 pieces of sushi might be pricey and not enough for dinner for two, but we enjoyed the special box as dinner for two a lot. The quality was amazing, flavors were really good and it was enough.

You just have a beautiful newborn at home, too tired to cook, you look at what you might want to order or so. You look at your beautiful partner that just gave birth and the fact that she couldn’t eat Sushi for 9 months..... the solution? A-Fushion, first time here but so DELICIOUS

I had never eaten sushi before in my life. My best friend recommended me this place. Now I’m in LOVE with this restaurant! Fresh, super tasty and perfect quality! Service is awesome!Definately recommend this place! BEST SUSHI IN TOWN!!

Echt heel lekkere en bijzonder mooi gepresenteerde sushi. Naast de gewone ook een aantal bijzondere versies die ik nog niet kende. Normaal vind ik sushi lekker, maar niet per se heel bijzonder. A fusion heeft me bijzonder verrast.

Al bekend in Amsterdam Centrum (Zeedijk) maar nu ook in de houthavens. Heerlijk gegeten!
