Normally I am always so satisfied with the food. Always good and tasty. You can't complain about the service because instead of the 50-minute wait time they indicated on Thuisbezorgd, it was only 10 today, so that made a huge difference! But today I ordered a Turkish pizza with lettuce in a separate container. The Turkish pizza was rock hard, the meat was swimming in garlic sauce, and it was almost cold already, so I guess it was made earlier.. And the lettuce in the separate container is supposed to be lettuce with tomato and cucumber, which you also pay extra for; well, what I got was a handful of lettuce and onion. Very disappointing..

I used to order here regularly because it was always delicious. But after today, I won't be doing that anymore. I ordered a vegetarian pizza and received a pizza with multiple pieces of shawarma baked into it and on top. I called about this and I really had to plead my case before I was promised a new pizza. A few minutes later, the delivery person was at the door to pick up the old pizza, but after 10 minutes he was back with the same, by now cold, pizza. I didn't get a new pizza; according to the pizza maker, this was a vegetarian pizza. But if meat is baked into it, that is certainly not the case. I threw the pizza in the green bin. And now I'm hungry.

We often ordered from this doner kebab shop in 2018 when we lived temporarily in Brielle.

When is the police going to check here for once? Health and Safety/FIOD should pay a visit too. I haven't seen a single one of their drivers who wasn't on his phone; a bunch of antisocial people. Cash only, a bit weird, food quality okay, vague staff though nice.

I ordered a mixed salad (iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onion, corn, olives, cucumbers, mozzarella, dressing). The salad I received didn't contain any tomatoes, cucumbers, or olives. For that price and with the ingredients I received, you could make three of these salads. This is a weird joke, just no words!

My advice: never, ever order anything from Alanya!!! This manager or owner, whatever he wants to call himself, is extremely unfriendly, disrespectful, and should not own a hospitality business. I ordered: large kapsalon with fries separately. 1 medium kapsalon with fries separately. I received: 2 x medium kapsalon without fries, so just meat, cheese, and salad. The fries were completely missing. So the order was incorrect and incomplete. I called this lovely place to indicate that my order was incorrect. I was told that fries would be delivered later. I pointed out that this was not the only problem, since I paid for 1 large and 1 medium kapsalon, plus I indicated that if I received my fries later, everything else would be cold. So sending only fries later was not the right solution for me. I asked him to send my correct order. The man thought it was very professional to tell me that he was really getting an error because of me and that I was not cooperating with his solution. He said you absolutely cannot order fries separately; we don't do that, so I was supposed to be happy that he was even offering this as a solution. Even though he had accepted this order that way in the first place. Because I didn't agree, he thought, "Then I'll offer to send her 2 containers of meat with 2 separate containers of fries." To which I pointed out that the sizes—meaning large and small kapsalon—were incorrect then, and where was my lettuce and melted cheese? Since I order kapsalon with fries separately in two different sizes. The man completely lost it on the phone. I told him that if he didn't come up with the right solution, I would return the order and want my money back. I had even given a tip, mind you. He said, "You can come, but you won't get anything back." Having said that, I was standing in his shop waiting for my money. He refused to cooperate in any way; yes, later, after I think an hour had passed, he still wanted to give me 2 separate containers and separate fries, to which I indicated that I still didn't want that anymore. I want my money back. You sent a wrong order and didn't come up with a proper solution. He told me to leave his establishment. I refused because, as far as I know, nothing has been resolved. I paid; I don't have the food, and I don't have my money either. He called the police, but the gentleman immediately said: "I'm leaving; my shift is over, so sort it out with your colleagues." How strong of you to let your younger colleagues sort it out while you take off. Of course, the police couldn't do anything unless we started fighting each other out of the place. So basically, something has to go completely wrong before anyone helps? All in all: I didn't get the right order. Everything has been blamed on me, and on top of that, I've lost my money plus tip! It is unbelievable that I am so completely in the right and that there is a lousy owner with a short fuse who prefers his pride over how he could best resolve this for his customer. Never, ever will I go there to get my food again, and I would also think 3 times before buying anything there myself! It is a waste of money, because if your order is incorrect? Then, unfortunately, it’s bad luck and your money is gone!

Yesterday at Action, I was confronted by the antisocial parking behavior of this company. This Alanya car (license plate SZ-169-F) was practically parked against mine. The company car itself is covered in dents and scratches, but that doesn't give the driver the right to park so close to another person. I was trapped and had to call for help to drive my car away without damage. This demonstrates a complete lack of respect for other people's property. I have the photos of this situation as proof. A very poor advertisement for Alanya! P.S.: I called three times repeatedly, but there was no answer. P.S.: "Poor parking" is an understatement; the car was almost against mine. This isn't a matter of "it happens"; this is a matter of antisocial behavior, something no one would normally do. I could have called the police, which would have resulted in a hefty fine.

We live in the countryside, but if you get cold food for €50, I find that unacceptable.

It happens. They apologized and said the order would be ready in 5 minutes and that something extra would be included. 8:15 PM – Order received. The delivery bag was torn. The promised extras were missing. Sauce was delivered loose in bags, even though we had asked to put it on the dishes. One of the pizzas was burnt black on the outside and still raw on the inside. The fries were black. Dry. 8:20 PM – Called again to report the situation. They offered to deliver a new pizza and a free drink. The phone call ended prematurely mid-sentence. 8:40 PM – Received a follow-up delivery. Half the food was delivered hot. The other half of the order was simply missing. The Turkish döner pizza literally contained three pieces of meat. The promised drink wasn't delivered. Instead, I received three limp, falling-apart cookies in a grease-soaked paper bag. Conclusion: multiple delivery issues, quality problems, and communication problems. The overall experience was disappointing. Definitely not worth the money. Never, ever order from here again.

I can't really give good reviews for this place. The guy at the cash register is very rude and unnecessarily tense. The atmosphere is not nice. Turkish doner is not Turkish doner. I always really enjoyed the food. But lately, it's definitely not what it used to be. The sambal is making my ears tingle, and everything is drenched in sauce. And the lettuce was so wilted... Such a shame.

Coincidentally, I had to be in Brielle for three days for my VCA preparation. During the breaks I looked for a good place to eat, and on the first day I ended up at Alanya Döner. It smelled delicious there, so I decided to try a döner. From the first bite I was sold! The meat was perfectly seasoned, the bun nice and fresh and crispy, and the sauces made it perfect. Because I liked it so much, I went back every break for those three days. It was a pleasure every time, whether I had a döner or tried something else from the menu. But not only was the food great, the guys who work there are also incredibly friendly. They like to have a chat and make you feel welcome. In short, my VCA preparation in Brielle may have been tough, but thanks to Alanya Döner the breaks were definitely a highlight!

Ordered here for the first time yesterday. Delivery was fast. Only the meat, cheese and pizza itself were terrible. I don't remember ever having such a bad meal. I gave them the option to refund my money but I haven't heard anything from them. Hopefully this will happen then I will remove the review. But now I have become ill, have a headache and am very tired. I wouldn't be surprised if this is due to the food. I haven't had a headache in months. For €30 you can really expect something. A pizza from a supermarket is even tastier. Much tastier. I'm still sick about it. Bah. I'm sorry that I give my opinion so without a filter, but I don't feel heard.

Food tastes good, home delivery is very poor. Ordered twice, first time ordered at 4:00 PM for delivery around 6:00 PM. Wasn't delivered until around 8:30 PM. I wasn't hungry anymore by then, so I just grabbed a sandwich in between. Ordered 2nd time today, Order placed at 6:45 PM. delivery 20-45 minutes. After 15 minutes it said it would be delivered shortly. So it should be delivered before 7:30 PM, Unfortunately again with a hungry child who actually has to go to bed, we have to wait until 8:30 PM

Always order here and the food is always delicious! Delivery is fast and friendly. Here and there the garlic sauce is sometimes forgotten in the rush, but hey, we are all human and we all forget things sometimes.
