What a shame. The food arrived after an hour and a half and fell out of the paper bag because it was soaked. Well, then you think, "This doesn't feel right." Once inside, the granddaughter's bitterballen were squashed, and a corner of the hair salon was completely dented. And the fries were cold, of course. The dish was also just cold meat. We live in the countryside, but if you get cold food for €50, I find that unacceptable.

6:15 PM – Placed an order worth over €40. We order from here often, and it was better for a while, but recently the quality has declined significantly while the prices have risen considerably. Indicated delivery time: 30–50 minutes. 7:45 ​​PM – After about an hour and a half, still hadn't received the order. I called myself. They said there had been a problem printing the receipts. It happens. They apologized and said the order would be ready in 5 minutes and that something extra would be included. 8:15 PM – Order received. The delivery bag was torn. The promised extras were missing. Sauce was delivered loose in bags, even though we had asked to put it on the dishes. One of the pizzas was burnt black on the outside and still raw on the inside. The fries were black. Dry. 8:20 PM – Called again to report the situation. They offered to deliver a new pizza and a free drink. The phone call ended prematurely mid-sentence. 8:40 PM – Received a follow-up delivery. Half the food was delivered hot. The other half of the order was simply missing. The Turkish döner pizza literally contained three pieces of meat. The promised drink wasn't delivered. Instead, I received three limp, falling-apart cookies in a grease-soaked paper bag. Conclusion: multiple delivery issues, quality problems, and communication problems. The overall experience was disappointing. Definitely not worth the money. Never, ever order from here again.

I can't really give good reviews for this place. The guy at the cash register is very rude and unnecessarily tense. The atmosphere is not nice. Turkish doner is not Turkish doner. I always really enjoyed the food. But lately, it's definitely not what it used to be. The sambal is making my ears tingle, and everything is drenched in sauce. And the lettuce was so wilted... Such a shame.

Wow. Ordered regular doner. Instead, I got a few pieces of old chicken doner. It barely had any meat in it. It was also cold, and the sauces weren't complete. No sambal, just four garlic cloves. Ugh. Threw it away because it was hard and burnt. Don't want to get sick! Shame on you!!

Coincidentally, I had to be in Brielle for three days for my VCA preparation. During the breaks I looked for a good place to eat, and on the first day I ended up at Alanya Döner. It smelled delicious there, so I decided to try a döner. From the first bite I was sold! The meat was perfectly seasoned, the bun nice and fresh and crispy, and the sauces made it perfect. Because I liked it so much, I went back every break for those three days. It was a pleasure every time, whether I had a döner or tried something else from the menu. But not only was the food great, the guys who work there are also incredibly friendly. They like to have a chat and make you feel welcome. In short, my VCA preparation in Brielle may have been tough, but thanks to Alanya Döner the breaks were definitely a highlight!

Ordered here for the first time yesterday. Delivery was fast. Only the meat, cheese and pizza itself were terrible. I don't remember ever having such a bad meal. I gave them the option to refund my money but I haven't heard anything from them. Hopefully this will happen then I will remove the review. But now I have become ill, have a headache and am very tired. I wouldn't be surprised if this is due to the food. I haven't had a headache in months. For €30 you can really expect something. A pizza from a supermarket is even tastier. Much tastier. I'm still sick about it. Bah. I'm sorry that I give my opinion so without a filter, but I don't feel heard.

Ordered here regularly because it was always delicious. But after today I won't do this again. I ordered a pizza vegetariana and received a pizza with several pieces of shawarma on it and baked in it. I called about this and I really had to talk like a bridge man before I was promised that I would get a new pizza. A few minutes later the delivery person was at the door to pick up the old pizza, but after 10 minutes he was back at the door with the same, now cold pizza. Food tastes good, home delivery is very poor. Ordered twice, first time ordered at 4:00 PM for delivery around 6:00 PM. Wasn't delivered until around 8:30 PM. I wasn't hungry anymore by then, so I just grabbed a sandwich in between. Ordered 2nd time today, Order placed at 6:45 PM. delivery 20-45 minutes. After 15 minutes it said it would be delivered shortly. So it should be delivered before 7:30 PM, Unfortunately again with a hungry child who actually has to go to bed, we have to wait until 8:30 PM
